Best Plumbing Inspection in Las Vegas NV

I called A Better Plumbing yesterday at noon. They said they would have to have an estimator call me back, and that I would get that call at around 4:30 or 5:00. It is now 24 hours later and I have not received a call back, and no one is answering their phone. They had me at free estimates, but now it has been a day without water and I will have to pay someone more to do the work on a Saturday. I should have just paid the other companies the $49 to get an estimate. I now have three companies coming and I will gladly pay for their estimates and get the work done!

I called and had them come out to give an estimate on a leak repair which ended up being a reroute of the pipe lines. I also wanted to have a rain shower added. The bid came through and I signed it.
While they were up in the attic it was discovered that I could not have the rain shower put in because of the angle of the roof line. Because they were unable to put that line in he took the amount off the invoice. I have dealt with other company's that would not change a bill just because it was less work.
They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company!

Called up and scheduled an appointment.  The plumber was a nice guy who showed up on time, repaired my leaking shower faucet and pressure regulator valve and left his work areas clean. The prices were reasonable and I'm very happy with the service I received.  I will not hesitate to call this company again.

I would highly recommend this company and the owner Elvis, is a pleasure to work with.  I had a main line clog the plumber wasn't able to budge, so they called in Elvis to get things unstuck with his hydro jetter and things seemed to clear up.  However, I have an older home and the clog came back a couple days later.  I was relieved when I reached out to Elvis because he came back within a couple hours (no extra charge) and I'm happy to say everything is flowing smoothly again.  If you have a stubborn plumbing issue or just want to get old drains cleaned to prevent a future problem, then I encourage you to give Advanced Drain Jetting a call.

I had an emergency plumbing situation late in the evening at a time when I had just received guests to my house. The toilet backed up on my guest which was not a pleasant situation. I have a second toilet that also backed up so I knew I had an emergency problem. I googled plumbers and found Drain Bears. I went with them because they offered 24 hour service. I spoke with a very friendly man who then connected me to Stoy, the plumber. Stoy made it to my house within an hour after finishing up another job he had. I was so grateful that he was available at 10pm in the evening!  He was thorough in his approach and got my pipes drained and toilets flushing again. He stayed til 11:30pm.  Ow, that's what I call incredible dedication!  Thank you, Stoy, for helping us so late in the evening and for providing such a great rate for your services!  You'll be the one we call next time we have plumbing issues.

Prestige Services is amazing.  I have lived in my house for 8 years and have had problems with my water pressure.  I have had other people out to try and fix the problem and each person told me that there was nothing that they could do.  Mark fixed the problem and I can't tell you how happy I am.  If I could give him 10 stars I would.  I highly recommend this company!  Thanks Mark!

Our water heater busted yesterday afternoon. We called around looking for a plumber to get us a new one to install since it's still under warranty. We got the most ridiculous quotes from other companies that couldn't even come till days or weeks later. Rocky point plumbing was the last phone call we made and they were able to get someone out the next morning. They took care of everything for us and we are up & running within a couple hours. This place had the most reasonable price! I most definitely will recommend them to anyone in need. Vegas needs more honest companies like this. Keep up the good work Rocky Point you guys rock!

DEPLORABLE service!!!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. We had an unknown leak and filed a claim through our home warranty. A tech came out. First time, he essentially shrugged his shoulders and said he was stumped. He said it could be that the outside drain was clogged. So we had to get that approved by the home warranty (which they did) Guy comes back out (believe his name is David) then says ducts are loose and corrects both issues. A couple days later, downstairs is STILL leaking (and very well could have before that) so we do a redo of service. The guy rescheduled because he has to get his car serviced. You only have one tech??? Um, okay... So we're set for a couple days later.

Meanwhile my husband's dad comes out to see if he could find the leak. Mind you, he is NOT a technician. He finds it in less than 10 minutes. We take pictures to show the tech who responds with Oh didn't see that before then says we need a coil replacement. He has to get THAT approved through home warranty.

So Home Warranty tells us that they won't cover it because it's too expensive and offers a buy out. After going back and forth with them, we had no choice but to accept and try our luck elsewhere.

Waste of f***ing time and NOTHING is fixed. 4 visits, BS service and a continuing leak and no one to help us.

Don't waste your time on their service. They'll string you along, so lazy work (really, none at all) and charge you an arm and a leg if you don't have a warranty and if YOU DO have a warranty, ask for someone else because you'll just get strung along and left in the dark, in the end.

We have had several interactions with them lately, and have used them often this year. They have done a great job on all occasions. They answer promptly and show up timely once you get on their schedule. Typically they work you into the schedule in 24-48 hours if not an emergency (same day if emergency). Their plumbers are very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Must say Dan was a good hire for the job we needed done. Came with all his own tools and didn't need anything from us. He was on time and respectful,  cause it's not easy to allow a stranger into your house to do work for multiple hours but Dan was a cool guy. Needless to say he got the job done and we are up and running.

My experience with Ramon was 5 star.  He responded to a quote request install of a new Kitchen Faucet within 10 minutes and by the end of the day on a Saturday it was completed.

Danny did a good job. He did a good recommendations for our problem and solved it immediately.

Had water heater fixed at the office 2 years ago.  They did a phenomenal job with the price and the job was superb.  

Had another problem at home over the weekend.   Again the price was reasonable and the job was done in a flash,  no mess,  looks fantastic and all fixed.   I've used at least 8 plumbing companies in the past.  I'm sticking with this one.   Miguel is very good. The company is polite and efficient.  Very happy customer!

Found myself in somewhat of an emergency situation on a Sunday afternoon where a pipe behind the wall in our garage appeared to be leaking and had damaged the dry wall and was leaking out into the garage. Called a few other services trying to find out how quickly they could come out. Everyone had a 3-6 hour window. Called Larkin and they said they could be out in the next 2-3 hours. The tech arrived 1 hour after scheduling the appointment and promptly fixed the issue in 45 min. Essentially only had to pay the 1 hour service charge ($149) since the parts needed were cheap. Good service.

I can't stress enough how important it is to find a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company in Vegas. After my heater broke down in the middle of winter, I called out another company to fix it but after over a week of working with them, my heater was still malfunctioning. On the recommendation of a friend, I then called The Right guys. The scheduling was easy and after explaining that I have a small child in the house with no heat, they came out the same day, even though it was later in the evening when I called. The technician Serge was very nice and very professional. Serge explained that the inducer motor needs to be replaced. He got my unit up and running in no time at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them first next time I have any heating or cooling issues.
