Best Plumbing Inspection in Kansas City MO

Riden Plumbing has been my go to plumber for over 20yrs. The customer service is over the top. Dan Riden has personally stopped by on his way home or on the weekend to help me out. They stand by their service and the warranties for the products they install.

Had some
Kitchen sink issues with blockage and broken pipe. Gene's worked me into his schedule for the day. Larry came out and quickly fixed my issue. Enjoyed visiting with him as well. Very reasonable price for drain clean out and pipe replacement. Highly recommend and will call them again if we have plumbing issues.

We have used Alan for all our plumbing needs for 20 years.  He also does some electrical, washer/ dryer repair, dishwasher repair, refrigerator/icemaker hookups, etc.  He is honest and reliable.

Follow-up review. After continuing service with them another four years we finally got the news we were anticipating for awhile. The central heating and air conditioning units that were in the house when we moved in before out 22 yr. old daughter was born were headed for replacement. Cheaper to do both at once and today was the day.

Cha-ching. That kind of equipment and installation is pricey. You know that, I know that.

Guys arrive at 7:30 a.m., are out of the house by 4:30 p.m. (my wife even made lunch for them) and everything installed including a walk-through to show us the new gear, and... wow, immediately, the heater is running less, running quieter, better moisture in the air. We're more comfortable, win-win. We are really happy. Installation looks like a million bucks and we are set for a long time now. Amazing how this company continues to really impress us.

Sure, go ahead and use Yelp to review that espresso shop for the 500th time. Never know when that might be critical, but a business like this and less than a handful off reviews? That's just sad. Take a good look at this one. These folks kill it with superior service.

They responded quickly to my quote request through yelp, and gave a reasonable price range estimate. They were very accommodating to come out on a Saturday for us, even just to do a plumbing water valve replacement. While he was there I asked about nest thermostat installation, and he already had one in the truck and he was able to install it for us while he was there for a reasonable price. We will be calling them for future needs!

Would like to thank Anthony Crownover and his crew for an excellent plumbing repair on our main waterline. I've had the opportunity to work with this company at my resident and businesses for mainline snakes and small and large plumbing jobs and have been satisfied every time.

Williams Plumbing has always been knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient.  We have looked for a plumber in Independence for years and took a chance on Williams.  We are so glad we did!  They are available when we call, they are so friendly and get the job done fast and RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!  Highly recommend!

True Blue Plumbing, referred by Home Depot. Upon his arrival dw before I signed the work agreement, I discussed with the installer about where he was going to put the expansion tank on the new water heater and specifically using the existing pipe on the tpv (all copper) and the copper piping to be removed to install the 4.5 taller tank. He said he would re-use most of it and he agreed all unused piping would remain in my possession, expecting scraps.  He did re-use a little but cut off a WHOLE LOT MORE than was used and necessary, then substituted a lot of bright shiny pipe and fittings instead, and literally had more than 2 feet of the original copper piping which he put into his right rear pocket.  I asked about it and he said he had brought it from his truck which it was obviously not true. He only used a 4 piece of the original pipe in the middle of the shiny pieces on one side, and 5 on the other side.  He added 15 more PIECES to connect to exactly where the old heater was connected above it.  My water heater connection pipes now looks like a school science project. This guy lied to my face three times because we also had a similar discussion when he gave me the estimate days earlier. He is a LIAR, DISHONEST, UN-TRUSTWORTHY, UN-SKILLED and UN-ETHICAL.  I will not ever use them again.  This was the absolute worst, most terrible service and experience ever with this company.  Certainly not very True Blue.

Courteous, professional and fast. Sprung a few leaks after an extended absence from my house. Even though no one ever looks forward to needing a plumber, the Taylor Plumbing crew made it a relatively pain free experience and had the problems solved in what seemed like minutes. Needless to say, they have made the iPhone contact list so if I ever need a plumber in Kansas City, I will know who to call immediately.

Cannot fix a kitchen sink that 'sunk' from the granite countertop , at least they're prompt.  
And it did take 2 days for a plumber to tell me he can't fix it earlier this week.

Our ceiling started leaking in several places out of the blue. We called this company because they were the ones the builder used when building the house. Kevin was our technician. He was on time, had a positive attitude, and did everything he could to help us try to find where the leak was coming from. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the service call was scheduled a week out from the time we called. I understand the company is busy, but it was a bit stressful not knowing what was going on with the house and having to make some temporary adjustments with not running the water on the upstairs floor until someone was able to come out.

Joel at Spirit plumbing did a great job servicing my tankless water heater and installing new pipes to fix some leaking.  Knowledgeable and reasonable rates. He was recommended to me by other plumbers (who do commercial plumbing only), and he's the first plumber I call for residential work.

I want to highly recommend Earl and Rising Son Plumbing!  We waited 5 days for our normal plumber to call back and finally called RSP. Earl is the most professional and nicest person. He came out the same day and fixed all problems done by the previous plumber. Very reasonable as well. Earl is also a master plumber.

Chuck came by, he was here in a flash. Same day I called. He was kind and really helpful. He actually helped me save a lot of money, He directed me to do something else rather than pay them to do it. That speaks volumes to me. I most definitely will be calling him if I ever need anything done.

Incredibly disappointed by Heartland Plumbing. I called on Wednesday morning early about a cracked pipe actively leaking. I received a phone call back and advised the earliest they could have someone out was Friday afternoon.

Friday afternoon a very nice gentleman comes out and tells me he will email me a quote as soon as possible. Several days go by and I hear nothing from them. I called back to no answer.

I ended up hiring someone else who came out the very next day and had everything fixed.

It has now been 11 days without an email or a call back.

I do water damage restoration and always recommend PW to any of my customers that need a plumber!
