Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Kansas City MO

A keeper.  I recently moved into an older home with a somewhat recently installed furnace.  The furnace had a bad exhaust fan so I called another company who came out and inspected it.  After charging almost $80 for the inspection they tell me they don't have the part to fix it.  So I called A&H.  The tech suggested that I contact the manufacturer to see if there was a warranty on the furnace and the company indicated the furnace was out of warranty.

A&H, on their own contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and pointed out that based on their records the furnace should still be under warranty!!  I ended up only paying for labor which I was glad to pay since the tech was a 1st-rate professional.  Not only that but A&H helped transfer the warranty from the original owner to my name.  

Blown away!

First to respond, good work. Didn't have water in my shower for a week, they schedule me in the following Monday. Made quick work of the repair and now I have water in my shower

Total rip-off. They bill you $50 just to walk in the door and DO NOT apply it, any of it, to your final bill. Even if they show up for 5 minutes and do nothing : $50 bucks. Not cool.

Pat's called back right away, and sent someone our within 2 hours.  They emailed a profile of the tech that was coming to our house (very nice!).
The tech was great, helpful & knowledgeable.  
We were lucky today & only needed pilot light reset.  But signed up for a service plan as they also take care of hearing & air conditioning.

Purchased a new home and he came by, looked over everything, and gave us recommendations about what needed attention and what didn't. Many things recommended by home inspection were deemed by Randy to be just fine. In short, he spent about 1.5 hrs looking things over and we didn't need to fix anything. And he didn't charge us for coming out. Later we had new toilet and faucets installed by him and he did excellent work and didn't overcharge us. I would call him again in a heartbeat. A great guy!

Matt has come to save our house a couple of times after some basement sewage issues. He has always been extremely friendly and thorough, giving us a great rate on some pretty extensive work. We look forward to using him at the next house as well! Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

They were very knowledgeable about how to fix a leak that was coming from a broken pipe underneath our garage. When the plumber that was involved in the building of our house was not available for support I have leveraged Crosby Plumber with excellent results.  When that plumber retired and there has been a plumbing related need arise I have continued to work with Crosby.  Dustin has been great at planning/estimating a solution.  Jason has gone the extra mile making things work with on-site execution of planned work to include site clean up.  Jen is excellent with billing and scheduling. Do not use. Their owners will lie to you for their comfortability. Their work is professional but their owners morals are compromised and they will lie to you even about the most personal things. Please do not use.
