Follow-up review. After continuing service with them another four years we finally got the news we were anticipating for awhile. The central heating and air conditioning units that were in the house when we moved in before out 22 yr. old daughter was born were headed for replacement. Cheaper to do both at once and today was the day.

Cha-ching. That kind of equipment and installation is pricey. You know that, I know that.

Guys arrive at 7:30 a.m., are out of the house by 4:30 p.m. (my wife even made lunch for them) and everything installed including a walk-through to show us the new gear, and... wow, immediately, the heater is running less, running quieter, better moisture in the air. We're more comfortable, win-win. We are really happy. Installation looks like a million bucks and we are set for a long time now. Amazing how this company continues to really impress us.

Sure, go ahead and use Yelp to review that espresso shop for the 500th time. Never know when that might be critical, but a business like this and less than a handful off reviews? That's just sad. Take a good look at this one. These folks kill it with superior service.

want to send a huge shout out to Austin Pierpoint with Pierpoint plumbing.  I won't go into details, but because of his knowledge and follow up on a holiday weekend, he may well have saved two very precious lives.

I had a great experience with At Your Service Drain Cleaning. My main drain was backing up sewage into my basement. I called & they were able to come out that same afternoon to clean out the roots that had grown together in my sewer line. They were done in about an hour and were very proficient. I recommend this company to everyone needing their drains cleared.

I've asked McCann to come in for everything from a basic faucet repair to replacement of multiple fixtures across several bathrooms over the course of several years.  When it's been critical to the point where I'm considering shutting off the water to the house, they're there quickly.  

Every tech they've sent has been knowledgeable and able to explain and rapidly correct the problem.  Superior professionalism and honesty.  They are my absolute go-to for the Leavenworth/Lansing area.

Consistently overcharges for services and repairs even after applying the service contract discount. Also, if you do pay the annual fee for the service contract, expect only inexperienced techs to be sent on the AC and heat checks. Save your money and trouble.

So there I was, Saturday night and my water heater was leaking.

It was bad enough that I had to start putting cups down to catch the water.

Maybe I should tighten the pipe I thought.

As I tighten my pike brakes and boom! water everywhere!

I run to turn off the water to the house and then frantically start calling every plumber on the internet.

Everyone was booked or would not answer the phone. It was one thing to not have hot water, but now we had no water.

My wife found the PipeDoctor on yelp and they answered right away, they made it over in a hour and he worked late to make sure the job was done.

I wish I could give 10 stars!

Jim and his team know their stuff. They met my schedule and performed as promised. It's nice to know a competent plumber when you need one. Although they're a fairly new business they should be around for a while. Give 'em a try !!

Bryan & Casey were very professional.  Installation of Trane AC and Furnace went smoothly.   Attention to details of the install very good.  No shortcuts taken.  Job site maintained and cleaned before leaving. Overall cost of system reasonable.  Communication with business prompt and courteous.  You should feel comfortable trusting this business.

All-n-One Plumbing has done work for us on several occasions the last couple of year.  They are always dependable and efficient!  I will continue to use and I recommend them!

This company appears to be a call service that dispatch work to different subcontractors. They will not give you an idea about the cost associated with their service unless technician shows up at your door. This is exactly what happened to me. The estimate was 2-3X what a normal charge would be for drain cleaning. I told him no thanks. What a waste of my time and his gas. $500 for a mainline cleaning from a clean out? I am not that desperate for your service. Thank you. Save your time and find someone more reasonable.

This company was sent out by our home warranty company. The work order had two items, the main one being a huge sewage backup in our basement The technician that came to perform the tasks did not have any idea what he was doing. He told us he couldn't more than 15' into our main line, and that he'd need to come back the next day with a camera and equipment that was not covered by our warranty company. Then, he told me that I would more than likely have to take apart my deck so he could get an excavator to dig into the concrete to get to the pipe (which didn't even GO under our deck!). For no reason, he concluded that the problem was in pipes outside of the house, which would not be covered period. On top of this, he drug LITERAL sh!t UP OUR CARPETED BASEMENT STAIRS AND CAKED IT ONTO OUR KITCHEN FLOOR WITH A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT!!! Now I need a carpet cleaning!!!!!! I called another plumbing company to pay OUT OF POCKET (A-1 Sewer and Septic Service), and the technician not only respected our property, but did a simple ROOTER and OUR ISSUE IS FIXED.

I called on an emergency problem with our water pressure after I had botched my efforts to try to fix the problem on my own.  Aaron's was fast and worked with me by using some of the parts I had purchased to complete the repairs in the most cost effective manner possible.  After fixing the plumbing he inspected and cleaned all of our faucets out to make sure our was water service working properly.  I thought the charge was well within reason especially given last minute weekend time frame.  Super courteous service and everything was well explained professionally completed,  I highly recommend Aaron's and they are  first on my list for any future plumbing or HVAC work I might need.

We have had a good experience with MVP . Antonio & Rhonda  we're very easy to work with & responsive . We invested in a whole new HVAC which is one of those investments in which you feel like you are getting screwed bc the mere cost. The installers Charles & Don were professional ( laid tarps down , were not disruptive as they are at your house all day & explained everything ). Guess we'll see how system holds up but so far so good . I would definitely recommend MVP at this time !

Our experience with Anthony Heating and Cooling has been frustrating, time-consuming, and utterly disappointing. We purchased our first home in August of 2017. We signed up for the Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing ASAP service through Anthony right away, believing erroneously that it would be an affordable way to maintain some of the major systems in our new home.

The problems began with the A/C tune-up we received in May of 2018. We have a dual-zoned HVAC system, with Zone 1 on the main level and Zone 2 as the upstairs bedroom level. Having no experience with such a system, I asked our initial technician, Lance, if he knew how much blow-by could be expected when Zone 1 was off but Zone 2 was running. I found out later that Lance was unqualified to analyze this problem. However, desiring to give five-star service, he attempted to figure out if our dual-zone was working at all. He removed and switched wires on the main control board, took off thermostats and tried switching them, and ultimately concluded after an hour of switching wires back and forth that someone else would have to come look at it. After he left, our upstairs level became very warm. I checked the thermostats and found that only the Zone 1 thermostat was calling for air. Zone 2 was not able to communicate at all with the control board. So, when Zone 1 reached the appropriate temp for the main level, the whole system would turn off. To be clear - our dual zone system worked perfectly before Lance, the Anthony technician, messed around with the wiring. Once he left, it no longer worked. To this day, I do not know what he did incorrectly. My best guess is that he did not power the system down properly and shorted out the control board. But as I said, before he started switching wires around, my dual zone system worked perfectly. Zone 1 could be off and Zone 2 would call for air and cool the upstairs level separately. After Lance left, Zone 2 no longer worked at all.

Anthony sent another technician, Chris, out to diagnose what happened. Chris could not figure out what happened to cause the problem, but said that at this point our control board was not working needed to be replaced. He deferred to his supervisor, Jake, to resolve the issue. Jake told me that he didn't know exactly what went wrong, but that it was an unfortunate coincidence that our board and Zone 2 thermostat stopped working when his technician came out. He said it was not the company's fault, that it was simply our bad luck. After a lot of haggling and frustration on our part, Jake agreed to put $399 toward a solution. However, our Aprilaire board isn't made anymore, and so short of having Anthony install a whole new dual zone system for a cost of between $4,000-$5,000 out of our pockets, Anthony would not do anything to fix the problem they caused. They came into our home, broke our system, and then told us we could spend money to fix what they broke.

We trusted Anthony Heating and Cooling with our HVAC system. We trusted them to do business in an honorable fashion, to be a place of integrity. Instead, we have found Anthony Heating and Cooling to be unreliable, incapable, and dishonest - certainly not someone I trust to work on anything in my home, much less with my house keys. I hope this review serves as a warning to other homeowners in the area NOT to use Anthony Heating and Cooling.
