A keeper.  I recently moved into an older home with a somewhat recently installed furnace.  The furnace had a bad exhaust fan so I called another company who came out and inspected it.  After charging almost $80 for the inspection they tell me they don't have the part to fix it.  So I called A&H.  The tech suggested that I contact the manufacturer to see if there was a warranty on the furnace and the company indicated the furnace was out of warranty.

A&H, on their own contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and pointed out that based on their records the furnace should still be under warranty!!  I ended up only paying for labor which I was glad to pay since the tech was a 1st-rate professional.  Not only that but A&H helped transfer the warranty from the original owner to my name.  

Blown away!

Had a fair quote. Did the job, had a couple of issues but both of us were able to set pride aside and come to an agreement. Will be calling again for some bathroom vanity, replacements and shower install. Anyone willing to learn and grow as a business owner will get my business every time. Good guy and hard worker. I've asked McCann to come in for everything from a basic faucet repair to replacement of multiple fixtures across several bathrooms over the course of several years.  When it's been critical to the point where I'm considering shutting off the water to the house, they're there quickly.  

Every tech they've sent has been knowledgeable and able to explain and rapidly correct the problem.  Superior professionalism and honesty.  They are my absolute go-to for the Leavenworth/Lansing area.

First off  - Todd is a really nice guy. This is customer service at it's best folks. My elderly mother has been ripped off by not so nice service people in the past. One of the perks of the age of the internet is you can check up on service people instead of relying on your hairdresser for a recommendation. Todd came in and quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us options and then quickly fixed the entire problem in an hour (we chose to have him do additional work that would need to be done down the road anyway). We were very impressed. Todd will be getting all our future plumbing related business!!

This company was sent to our house from our warranty company 1st American home warranty to CYR air conditioner suddenly stopped cooling the guy from mechanically inclined was here for about an hour taking pictures wandering around said that he didn't know what was wrong he went downstairs where our AC unit was came back upstairs went outside he said that he thinks that the drain hose on R AC needs to be changed and moved so the filters come out easier so he d $695 to move that, then he decided to give me a quote for$225 to come out next week and clean the outside unit.  When I reported to the home warranty that I think he left these wires exposed with a couple of wire nuts he told the company that our air conditioner was not salvageable and that it could was not part of the warranty claim that it had not been upkept. This is the same claim that he has made about several different clients of warranty companies if he can't get you to add another $1000 on to the claim then he claims your unit is no good if you look at his reviews you will find out that he says the same thing about everyone. Now the warranty company is denying my claim and I have to get an outside AC contractor to come and dispute what he is saying. This company is no good avoid them at all cost.

Highly recommend Mission for your plumbing needs! Pager was flushed down the toilet and stuck. (Had another company come out & they stuck a pole in there and said they couldn't get it but it was fixed- charged me $250 and said if it stops working again to get a new toilet. Stopped working again 5 min after they left). So called Mission (very friendly woman on the phone and they were able to come the next day).  Great news- I didn't need a new toilet bc they were able to get the pager out! They also did a quick fix to my garbage disposal and didn't charge me! The plumber's name was Nate- such a good guy. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and didn't rip me off like the first company. My husband and I ventured into a laundry room/half bath remodel only to discover the water shut off valves didn't shut off!  Ugh!  I googled a local plumbing company and found All-n-One Plumbing.  The reviews were great so we called them and Stacy (plumber) showed up to fix our shut off valves. He was friendly, thorough and super efficient.  The price was fair and service was above and beyond.  We highly recommend All-n-One.

This company appears to be a call service that dispatch work to different subcontractors. They will not give you an idea about the cost associated with their service unless technician shows up at your door. This is exactly what happened to me. The estimate was 2-3X what a normal charge would be for drain cleaning. I told him no thanks. What a waste of my time and his gas. $500 for a mainline cleaning from a clean out? I am not that desperate for your service. Thank you. Save your time and find someone more reasonable.

I had a very slow main drain from the kitchen/laundry area and thought it might be a problem where it tied into the main sewer drain. R-Mech was running a promotion for cleaning the main sewer line. The day before the service, they sent me a confirmation with a picture of the tech which was a  nice touch to ally any  fears of who would show up at the door. The technician was very personable and got right to work. He found that because of the age of the plumbing, the drain pipe size was too small for his camera to go down, but he had the right machine to run down that size of pipe. Because of the way the clean-out plug was located, he struggled to get the snake into the system, but didn't give up until he finally got it into the pipe. He found the area of the clog, and not only cleaned that section, but did the remaining pipe all the way to the main line just to be sure. He explained to me exactly what caused the drain to run slow, and how to maintain and fix it in the future. He put everything back the way it was and left the area cleaner than it was to start with. Overall, great guy - knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Great guys to work with.

Tracy and his people were amazing. Right now honestly and integrity are hard to find. These are amazing people working together and I will use this company for any services that I need. They replaced my whole HVAC system.

Andy came out on short notice to investigate some unusual sounds we had been hearing from our condenser/heat pump system. He explained the typical behavior of these systems and was able to recreate the issue and diagnose it as normal. He also took a quick look at our furnace. He agreed to waved the fee for that visit if we purchased the spring/fall AC and furnace checkup package. This was a worthwhile deal since we needed to have some general maintenance performed on both those systems. Overall, Andy was knowledgeable, professional and nice.

After calling them on Saturday at 7:30am, a wonderful technician named Gary arrived at 9:30am. I was not currently a customer with them but they got to me quickly. Gary checked and tested my furnace and discovered what part had gone bad. We talked about all my options with absolutely no pressure. My system was quite old and I decided to get a new system. Gary called in for the sales guy to come out. About an hour and a half later, Biff arrived. He looked at my system for sizing purposes. He then asked a ton of questions about what I was looking for and what my goals were for heating and air systems.  We talked about several options and brands and settled on a system that met my needs and didn't break the bank. Due to the weekend and heavy demand (coldest weekend here in Kansas), install was scheduled for Monday (today). Biff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. There was never any pressure and no rush as I made my decision.  Ben and another installer arrived this AM at 10am to begin installation. They were so nice and got to work right away. Ben asked few questions throughout the day. Once installation was complete, Ben showed me all the functions and where everything was located. He took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. The guys cleaned up after themselves and left the area just as they found it. I am so thrilled with the service I received from this company. I highly recommend using them for all your heating and AC needs. I will be recommending them to all my friends in the area!  I wasn't a customer before - now I will be for as long as I live in this area. I am so pleased. You can't go wrong with Anthony PHC!!!
