Best Water Heater Installation in Aurora CO
I recently had the pleasure of hiring Nate's Plumbing for an issue. Nate exemplifies professionalism, expertise and exceptional customer service. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and quick diagnosis. Explaining the problem to me helped me understand what occurred. Thanks again!

Bluefrog is the best. Ryan came out a week and a half ago. They had a time slot earlier than scheduled and fit me in a day sooner. Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate - which I approved. He rebuilt the laundry standpipe (which had been leaking), rebuilt the T that joins the laundry drain and the main line which drains half the house. Then he snaked the 50 feet or so all the way to the street. I had washed an old blanket which disintegrated and created a clog in the cast iron beneath the basement concrete. When he left, everything drained perfectly and I was completely satisfied. Ryan also suggested using Bio Clean drain cleaner which is an excellent product.
Well done, Ryan and well done, Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain!

Don came out to run a gas line for my new stove and did a fantastic job. He was quick, professional and very affordable. I would highly recommend PHI Plumbing!

I was in an absolute bind and emergency this week. Luckily I found TCF via Yelp. I found Thomas, who was able to get to my house the same night. He was efficient and very polite. Highly recommended if you need emergency help!!

Very pleased with Justin's work. Solved a long term slow flushing toilet problem for us. Seemed very thorough in checking for cause, considering all options. Great communication about what he was doing and why, notification about arrival time and options to consider.
Definitely recommend to others.

Does not deserve even a one star rating. I was scheduled for a 3-5pm appointment. I called at 2:30 to confirm the appointment and was told the owner was stuck on a job and it would be closer to 4pm, but he would call when he was on his way. Ok - no big deal. i called back at 4:30 and was told that I was still scheduled. I call back again at 5:30 and 6:30. Same song and dance = you are still scheduled and Will should be calling you. Bottom line, no one called and no one showed up. My advice is NEVER use this company.

These guys deserve more reviews, that is if your experience is anything like mine. After having a disastrous encounter with Patriot Plumbing via Yelp here in Castle Rock I googled for someone else and found Barnes.
After a few questions Barnes informed me that the part was under warranty, but that B&W warranties were hard to deal with, essentially I needed to have the part replaced and then the plumber would return it via the supplier and eventually B&W should refund the price of the part.
However, Barnes would drive up to Littleton, get the part and fix my water heater today.
They fixed my water heater and bottom line the cost was over $900 less than Patriot and I can expect, eventually, the cost of the part to be refunded. Unlike Patriot they actually had tools and volt meters etc. and did a full function test of the system, gas leak checks, etc.
They may not have pretty trucks, but compared to Patriot, they're priceless.
Oh and I have hot water.

I had a flood inside the walls downstairs in my new house. The folks at McComb plumbing were so helpful and were at my house within 30 minutes. Upon arrival - he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to help me quickly! Thanks so much!

They unfroze my water meter and got water flowing to my house after 4 days with no water. Highly recommend.

We have a house in Park Hill on Montview Blvd. (for some reason Yelp shows that we are in southwest Denver but I assure you, we're are in Park Hill :-) ) Our house is 90 years old this year and we knew it was high time to get rid of our galvanized plumbing. We contacted Just Plumbing and they came out the next day and gave a very reasonable quote to repipe our entire house and repair the holes that were needed to be cut. Our main concern was the drywall repair since we have some very custom hand plastered/textured walls in the living room and dinning room. Their drywall guy came out, looked over the walls and said, with confidence, that he could reproduce the plastering. The repipe team was able to replace 95% of our pipes with PEX (there were a few small sections that were embedded in our masonry walls that could not be removed, mainly 2 hose bibs). They completed the work in 2 days. This is what they do and they know their stuff. Everything passed the city inspection with flying colors. The drywall team came the day after the inspection and finished in 2 days. As he promised, he was able to reproduce the hand plastering. We are very happy. I do need to mention to anyone considering having this done, especially those with the old plaster lathe walls, it can be very dirty and dusty. Just mentally prepare yourself for the mess, take the time to cover everything you can with plastic, and understand that there will be quite a lot of cleanup afterwards. That is to be expected but it's good to be aware up front.

So this would be my 6 company I interview for servicing my sewer line. Guy showed up and asked me my profession. Then after he found out I was an engineer gave a quote of $1,200 for hydro jetting. Two other quotes were $429 an hour or $395. Consumer beware!

Jacob and Pipecraft Plumbing are top notch. Super responsive through the initial process of getting an estimate appointment setup, and kept me updated on changes in his schedule that actually allowed him to get on site earlier than planned! When he arrived I explained what I needed worked on to satisfy a recent home inspection for selling the house, and he got to work right away after giving me a quote that was incredibly reasonable and fair. Heck, it might be the first time I've had a contractor do a job where I've felt like I got the better end of the deal. Ya know those times when you have an ideal price for a job in mind? Well apparently Jacob is a mind reader too because his number matched mine exactly! Quick response time + incredible knowledge of his trade + no BS + the most fair pricing I've ever seen = everyone should call Jacob and Pipecraft Plumbing if they ever need a plumber.

Do not use this company! We made an appointment and were told the person would be here from 9:00-11:00. We switched our work schedules around to make sure that we would be available to explain the plumbing problems we were having. We called the company at 11:15 because nobody had shown up. Nobody answered the phone so I left a voicemail. 11:30, called again, no answer. Thought maybe they were having trouble with their phone lines so I emailed and left a message on Facebook Messenger. STILL no reply. At noon, we finally got a call saying they would be here in 45 minutes. At 12:50, they finally showed up. The kid looked like he was 18 years old but we gave him the benefit of the doubt because everyone has to start somewhere. He was nice enough but he had no idea what he was doing. He kept calling someone else on the phone and asking questions. He was asking us questions which we didn't know the answer to (that's why we called a plumber in the first place)! He finally figures out the problem and leaves to buy parts. An hour and a half later, he returns with the parts. We are now close to 4 o'clock. Turns out, he couldn't find the right part, so he takes a hacksaw and saws off the end of the valve handle because it's too long! Then he proceeds to take our small trash can, dumps the trash out ON OUR FLOOR and uses it as a bucket to catch the water! Seriously!? Next, he starts to solder the pipes together and instead of putting some protection over the insulation he burns through the plastic and fills our house with acrid smoke. Around 5:30, he is finally done. We pay $700 for incredibly bad service just to get it over with. The next day, we realize that he didn't put the manhole cover back on our main water line correctly after our kids tripped over it. In the process of putting it back on, we realize that he has stripped the bolt. Terrible experience! We will never use this company again and would not recommend anyone using them either! Save yourself the trouble and call ANYONE else!
Uodate: per the response from the company below. We have NO problem paying for good service. The service received was subpar. The reason my husband gave permission to saw the handle off was because the worker said he couldn't find any other parts. What else were we supposed to do? This had been an ALL DAY fiasco. We have jobs and other responsibilities. Most companies are more prepared with parts, especially when they know ahead of time what the problem likely is. As far as previous damage, that does not give the go ahead to cause more damage, throw trash on the floor or leave a manhole cover open as a tripping hazard!

I had a short notice requirement with unusual requests and Done was able to meet them. In addition, the tech they sent out, Jamey N. was the best! Took the time to listen, didn't try to upsell me, and was responsive to what I needed at the moment while offering me a number of options to meet my needs. A true professional. Definitely recommend!

Is a zero star rating possible?
Do yourself a favor DON'T HIRE Adams Plumbing & Heating. We made the hefty mistake of hiring this company to install a brand new water heater. Not only was the water heater not installed property (i.e., NOT heating water when the plumber left) - they had the audacity to LIE and say 1) they did install it correctly and 2) then recanted, stating it's our fault that they didn't properly check the water heater before leaving the house then 3) the owner refused to come back to the house unless he CHARGED us an ADDITIONAL fee to repair the issues that we initially hired them to correct.
This story ended with us hiring an attorney to rectify the issue - which cost us MORE MONEY.
Do yourself a favor, don't hire this company. Their incompetence is only exceeded by their insolence.
