Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Aurora CO

I keep seeing McComb plumbing's truck around the neighborhood and all I feel is dread for anyone who called them. They might be Ok at clearing a clogged drain, but do not hire them for any remodeling work. I had explicit, printed directions for a toilet install, and yet the rough-in was placed at the wrong location, TWICE. The tile then needed to be redone, TWICE to account for that mistake.
Moving on to the shower/tub rough-in which needed to be finished before the tile guy came --well, no worries! McComb showed up on time, but whoops! they had to leave early because they made plans to leave on vacation without letting me know to reschedule, so I was left with a half-done job and my tile guy couldn't finish the job and so the remodel was pushed out an entire month.
There was no mention of reimbursement for any of my costs to re-do the tilework of course. In fact, they wanted to be paid 3x for the toilet rough-in...totally selfish business, just Wow.

Changed their pricing after coming out. I understand estimates but they gouged the price by 200%. Were really rude when addressing me, did not reply in a timely fashion, felt like the job was labored.

They started the business, it felt like everyone I spoke with at the company was rude and angry. Very disrespectful. I had to get the work re-done and didn't want to waste my time or stress by getting my money back. Good riddance.

Do not hire these fools - look elsewhere first.

Jacob and his team at Pipecraft Plumbing are simply the best. We recently replaced some toilets in our home, and after discovering one of them had a manufacturing issue Jacob stood behind his warranty and his work, replacing it at no cost to us and doing so promptly and professionally.

From the initial appointment for an estimate, until everything was completely finished, Pipecraft consistently confirmed our appointments with us, confirmed when they would be coming, provided accurate estimates up front, and most importantly stood behind their work. They even cleaned up some aesthetic issues that another company left for us to deal with.

My kitchen sink had become completely detached from a granite counter, with garbage disposal attached, and I had no idea how to fix it, nor was I strong enough to re-attach it. I called Spartan after doing some research and reading reviews and I am so glad I did! Jeff was amazing! He was friendly, kind, and professional. He explained everything, every step of the way, and gave me a very reasonable price! My personal experience included absolutely no upselling, I received a straightforward price for the work after he made a plan. Jeff went above and beyond! He was quite a bit lower than another quote I had received and even came back the following morning to re-attach the garbage disposal, and did not charge me for the second visit. I am in social work and going back to school, I was frightened of the cost of having a plumber fix this sink! I am now completely relieved that I was able to have the sink professionally fixed AND I actually did not go broke in the process! Thank you Jeff and Spartan Plumbing! I will absolutely use you again and will recommend you to anyone needing an honest (relatively affordable) plumber!

Provided DIY tips that worked great (and without charging for a service visit). Could have made it complicated and talked me into paying a lot. Appreciate their honesty. Also very responsive and great communication. I'll call them again in a flash.

Tyler and his team are great to work with.  I had to take over as my own general contractor on an addition to my house, and I was very impressed at the clear and detailed estimate I received from Tyler.  I was then amazed when he showed up with four other people and got the rough-in completed in one day.  The work is high quality, and I would recommend Tyco Plumbing very highly/

My basement was completely flooded and mold was eating up the foundation, these guys came and completely removed, treated and restored the whole basement for reasonable price.   I can't say enough about them. highly recommend them.

Our water heater died on a Saturday afternoon and Philip came over that night to diagnose the problem and get the ball rolling. He was very upfront about everything and let me know what my best options were. He installed the water heater the next day even though it was a Sunday because he genuinely cared about us having hot water. I could not be happier with his service and his communication throughout the process. He's a great guy and I would highly recommend.

Arrived on time. Finished in a hour.. when a leak was discovered from testing the new connection the team returned immediately and corrected it... i would highly recommend this company.. the cost seemed high for an hours work at approx $600

Answered phone right away. Showed up later the same day as phone call (as he promised). Quickly helped me install washer and dryer onto pedestals. Showed up in a mask and booties. Very polite.

GET 2ND OPINIONS!!!! High 5 came out to my home with a leak in the cellar and most likely a sewer main blockage.  They didn't want to snake and scope for fear of making the leak worse.  I asked about replacing the elbow where the leak was and the guy said that more than likely they would crack the pipe that goes out of the house and under my driveway.  He recommended that I leave it for the weekend so at least I had usage for the weekend (my birthday...sigh).  The next thing I know I'm getting a $14K bid for digging up my driveway.  I called another plumber and sure enough... the leak in the cellar was a $500 easy fix (they did not crack the pipe) and they scoped and snaked to assess the REAL situation.  There was nothing under my driveway.  There was a small blockage beyond the driveway and a larger blockage where 2 duplexes tie into the main.  Total cost $3700 for leak repair, installing outside clean-outs, and water blasting to get through the blockage (some of that is split between 5 homeowners).  My plumber was actually upset that someone in his profession would actually give a $14K assessment without scoping and knowing the REAL problem.  Who does business like this? What has happened to moral and ethical standards? This teacher cannot afford to be raked over the coals!!! Do not trust High 5 plumbing! GET 2ND OPINIONS!  Look for trustworthy and genuine people.  They are out there but, sadly, you have to search.  So lucky I found one.

I called them at 3:45 on Columbus Day because my kitchen sink was leaking. They arrived at 4:05, had all the hardware they needed in their van, and were out the door to the next job at 4:20. Great service, friendly technicians, and a price straight out of the 1960s.

As long as they're around they will get my business.

Best plumber I ever had the pleasure of working with. Professional and took pride in his work. He had an apprentice with him. I am absolutely going to call them again for my plumbing issues.

5/5 stars for the technician who came, John - he was professional, efficient, and did a great job replacing a broken, leaking garbage disposal.

One star lost for the company due to a pricing snafu - when getting a quote, I had asked if the price included the replacement garbage disposal or if the replacement was extra on top of the quote and was told the quote included the replacement unit.

Turns out that wasn't accurate and to both our chagrin, John had to go back out to pick one up for the replacement since I didn't have one on hand - thinking that was included in the overall cost - which then became an unexpected added cost.

Definitely NOT the technician's fault and I feel he went above and beyond with the last minute need to go out and get the replacement unit and parts as I needed to get the unit swapped out ASAP.

Upon his return, within 45 minutes, John had us back up and running with a functional garbage disposal with no leaks.

If you work with Drain Terrier, ask for John - even with the snafu, if they have technicians like him employed, I'll give them another chance for my next plumbing need - but I'll be triple-checking the overall expected cost before booking again.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency with our antique claw foot tub faucet over Labor Day weekend. I called and emailed TNT Plumbing that Saturday and got a super quick response (within 15 minutes) and an appointment scheduled first thing the next business day. My husband and I were  impressed by the quick and friendly service we received as well as the reasonable price. We will be trusting all of our future plumbing needs to TNT and will be recommending them to our friends.

Roy was right on time for my scheduled appointment.  He was extremely polite, engaging as well as educational.  

I hope that I if I need plumbing services again, that I have the opportunity to request Roy to perform any additional work at our home.
