Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Aurora CO

Showed up 90 minutes late without any word; then couldn't figure out how to shut off the gas to start the job. Said they were going to install a water heater and come back. No calls, no emails, no texts; called the main office during regular hours and it went straight to voicemail and no one called back.

Don't waste your time!

This company was fantastic! We thought we had a leak with our water heater on a rental property. We were trying to find someone from out of town and were definitely in a position to be taken advantage of since we weren't on site. This company had someone out there within a couple hours of calling them, did a free assessment and quickly determined it was just a matter of clearing debris from the drain in the water heater closet. Huge relief! Will definitely use them again!

I found this company via the NextDoor app.  They came highly recommended.  I needed a water heater replaced in my residence.  They contacted me soon after I contacted them.   They gave me an installed price over the phone which was $1,000 to $2,200 lower than two other companies.  They scheduled the work about a week out, reminded me of the appointment via text, showed up within the arrival window.  The technician did a good install, tested fittings and cleaned up after himself.  I would recommend this company and will use them in the future if / when I have plumbing needs.

I would suggest going with another company. Good work done eventually but SUCH a series of hassles to get it done and get a straight answer.

They rescheduled 5 times on us. I had to take off work multiple times and had barely any communication from them about the rescheduled times. Good thing I reached out or I wouldn't have even known that the times were being rescheduled.

More importantly, they are not an honest company. Sam, the owner, lies about being the owner. He is really difficult to deal with and is not transparent. Over the phone he told me they were doing a certain thing and replacing a  certain part of our sewer in addition to the other part of the job. Then didn't follow through and that part never got replaced.

The crew that replaced most of our sewer did a great job. It was a highly effective crew and high quality work. Hard working folks who clearly know what they're doing. Too bad it's a really difficult company to work with, and you can't ever seem to get a straight answer from Sam. Backpedaling, half-truths, and hard to ever understand what he's saying.

Blue frog. came out to provide a quote on the installation of a bathroom in our basement. It currently has rough in plumbing only. The technician was knowledgeable and obviously loved his trade. He provided recommendations and courses of action on how to get the project done most effectively. He then provided a quote within minutes of completing our estimate. We haven't moved forward yet on hiring but this company is currently at the top of our list.

Fantastic experience working with Mike and team who re-did all of the pipes in our Condo. Highly communicative with issues that arose and super high quality work. Will definitely use TYCO again.

My basement was completely flooded and mold was eating up the foundation, these guys came and completely removed, treated and restored the whole basement for reasonable price.   I can't say enough about them. highly recommend them.

I won't use any other plumber but Phillip Cleaves. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. I have used his services for multiple plumbing repairs and projects and have been totally satisfied with the end result.

I had a great experience with Pristine the whole way through. I had a toilet replaced (about $500 including the new toilet and removal/haul away of the old toilet), a leaky faucet removed and a new one installed (about $400 including the new faucet), and new fittings installed to fix an old burst pipe (about $80). They offered several options for the toilet and the faucet, so I was able to choose what worked for me and my budget. Front office staff were extremely helpful and responsive, and Eric arrived on time, took care of the whole project in a couple hours, provided instructions and tips for use, and left the house perfectly clean. Highly recommended!

Sergey was very professional and helpful.  He quickly did what was requested and advised on next steps.

Had a small leak in the crawlspace and they came right out to fix it. It was a bit of an emergency but Eric remained very calm on the phone and got someone out to me as soon as possible to remedy the problem.

Find another plumber. When I finally got the quote it was weeks later and way overly priced.

We were without hot water for three days when our outdated on demand hot water heater went out. The company went out of business and there were no replacement parts available.
Mark at Southside Plumbing came out and recommended a Navien  on demand water heater. He said they had not been installing on demand water heaters for several years until they were sure the technology and durability was up to his company's standards.
Mark and Trevor installed the unit that afternoon and stayed into the evening hours to complete the job. They were both efficient and professional. The installation was nicely done and they cleaned up completely and hauled the old unit away.
The Navien system really puts out the hot water.... a thousand times better than our old unit. We never run out of hot water now.
We couldn't be more pleased with Southside Plumbing and will use them for all our plumbing needs.

In this day and age where caring and customer service seem to be things of the past Terry and Drain Terrier have renewed my faith in people.   It was fairly late when my basement drains started backing up.   I first had tried to call one of those Big Corporate rooter companies with the catchy jingle.  After 3 hours and 3 promises I just gave up.  I found Drain Terrier online and was so happy I did.

They came out in less than an hour.  They respected my home, wore masks, cleaned my drain and did no try to do a hard sell for a $10,000 drain.  They did however, make some good suggestions on how to better take care of my home and were just all around kind and friendly.

In the end they did a great job and a very fair price and I intend to hire them to do additional work I had been planning.   I would recommend them without a second thought.

Ronnie was on time and very knowledgeable. Took care of the problem that two plumbing companies before him couldn't figure out. And all that for an affordable price. I wouldn't just highly recommend them, they're the only ones I'd recommend.

Terrible place. My deceased daughter used this company and she got a lot of work done for $42,000. After the work was complete they had to come back at least 15 times. I recently called them to tell them that we lost the sale of the house because the heater was once again not working. We sold it since then and there was  a major leak upstairs and they put brand new plumbing the entire house with galvanize plumbing they said it wasn't their work so I had to pay another $10,000 I have asked them to return $5000-$8,000 of my money due to their constant come backs. And they never got a part in for the upstairs air conditioning so we had to sell it not fixed or complete. The owner never calls back and doesn't take this seriously thinks I'm joking around and refuses to give us money back or any money at all so I have filed in court, but they are very backed up in Adams county. Therefore it's going to take a little extra time and they are aware of this and they're still unwilling to even give anything back for their sloppy inconsistent work that wasn't even complete. Zach a former employee lied so much and said he was the co- owner , which wasn't true . See you in court .......
