Been tinker with running toilets for years. Rich from TYCO got me on the schedule immediately, recommended new toilets, directed me on which brands and models tend to work well, recommend a plumbing supplier who gave me a discount on the toilets. Then Rich returned the same week to be sure my toilets were installed before my Son's birthday party the next day. Rich was so kind, great with my dog and his helper Lance was super respectful too. They cleaned up after all the installations (3 toilets) and some additional plumbing replacements. Then when I thought things couldn't get any better Rich offered to install a new Hot Water heater on the same day!!!! I love my new hot water heater. I highly recommend TYCO. This was my second experience with Rich this year. He also fixed an issue at a rental property. His communication with me on that job was amazing.

What a great experience with Rich! I sent a message on Nextdoor looking for a good, reputable local plumber as we are new to the area (just moved from Atlanta). They were able to fit us in their Tuesday afternoon schedule, called promptly before they came, arrived within the 30 minute window, and Rich fixed our leaky faucet in under 5 minutes. He also did some other great spot checking, including the pressure on the water heater. He was professional, explained to me what he was doing and walked me through everything I needed to know. I cannot say how much I appreciate this company!! We will DEFINITELY be using them again.

From start to finish, Tyler and his team are responsive, polite, and extra explanatory so you understand the scope of the work being done and the justification for it too.

I've had a couple of projects done by the team, including digging up and replacing a floor drain, soldering whole new shower and faucet fixtures, and repairing and replacing terrible DIY installations. All the work was done quickly and competently, and you can tell it will stand the test of time.

It's hard to oversell just how good these guys are. Plumbing issues are stressful and expensive, so it feels great knowing the problem will be solved for the long-term.

Needed to install a new toilet and went with Tyco. They sent Josh L out and within the hour, had a brand new working toilet. The cost of parts + labor seemed very fair and the service was absolutely professional.

Tyler and his team went above and beyond in terms of service, craftsmanship, pricing, and efficiency.  I had a water main line leak in a very precarious location involving not only my lawn but my neighbor's beautiful landscape as well.  I had first consulted a plumbing company that I had given business to before and felt pressured to sign and place a deposit immediately. It was recommended that I get a second opinion and I am so glad that I did!  Tyler kept me and my neighbor informed in every step of the process. The competitive, flat- rate pricing was a huge relief and allowed me to budget for this project.  They were clean and very respectful of my home and property as well as my neighbor's.  They completed the project well within projected time frame. We needed a plumber ASAP for a broken sump pump. From the first call to Tyco to the new sump pump installation, the process was seamless. Tyler continues to set the standard other plumbers should follow.  Customer is the best I have found and attention to detail that is second to none.  We used Tyler for all the plumbing on 2 bathroom remodels including replacing the tub in one bath and we could not be happier.  Everything turned out beautifully and we can have the confidence to know it was done correctly the first time.  Tyler even went out of his way to make sure we kept one working shower/bath at all times during the reno.  Tyler gets all my plumbing work, no questions asked.  That's how good he is!

I requested quotes from several local plumbers to have my water heater  moved to a new location and replaced - I did this during the peak of the COVID 19 Pandemic, and due to the circumstances I requested this in a nonstandard fashion by detailing the specifics of my request along with photos and measurements into a PDF. Ultimately I chose Tyco due to several factors; their overall willingness to handle the quote without the need of an onsite visit, and Tyler's responsiveness and thorough explanation in his responses impressed me - these two factors gave them the edge over the other companies I contacted. For my job Tyco's price was slightly better than most quotes I received, and they were able to get me scheduled within a few days.

I received a call from Rich when he was on his way and he arrived at the specified time. The swap only took a few of hours and required minimal interaction (which was ideal, again, due to the pandemic).

I would highly recommend Tyco Plumbing, and look forward to using them again in the future.

My boyfriend found Tyco Plumbing as part of our search for quotes after our water heater went out. After having several plumbing companies come out to quote, Tyler came by and was the most knowledgeable and patient out of the four previous companies. He gave us our options and didn't pressure us into the most expensive choice, instead explained the pros and cons of each choice.  He ended up installing an electric low boy water heater in my crawl space, not the most fun place to work. He very thoroughly explained the work and was a pleasure to work with.  He also had the most reasonable pricing from the four quotes we received. I highly recommend working wth Tyler and Tyco Plumbing. I will absolutely be calling them for future work!

Excellent service, informative, timely and competitive rates. Professional and experienced technicians that can complete the job large or small internally. Josh our technician was AMAZING and helped us clear up a situation that we discovered on a new home purchase inspection. We are confident the problem was fixed and he educated us on maintaining the system so it doesn't happen again. We have the piece of mind to move forward with our purchase. He was also able to provide estimates for future work and we will certainly use them again!!

I cannot say enough good things about TYCO Plumbing.  Tyler and Steven are professionals who pride themselves on finding solutions. They are honest and incredibly easy to work and talk with. We had a new high-efficiency furnace put in our attic in January and since then have had loud thumping noises coming from the shower drain. This has been a difficult issue to resolve and is still not resolved, but TYCO offered to try a couple of things that they could not guarantee would solve the issue. When looking at the next steps they were honest enough to state that a rerouting of the drain still might not fix the problem and could have other issues with freezing.  After giving me a quote for work we would have paid for, we were able to talk, and they actually suggested that I try alternative professionals to troubleshoot and would communicate with those professionals to help us solve the problem. TYCO Plumbing is the company we will use for all of our plumbing needs, and we will refer our family and friends to them as well.  Even though we are still trying to resolve this problem, I would recommend TYCO to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Rich arrived right on time and called before he came to give us a heads up on the time frame. He was super patient, friendly, courteous, and took very good care of our home while he was installing the new hot water heater. We have finally found a trustworthy Plumbing service!

He was professional and made us feel very comfortable about the situation as we didn't know much about plumbing ourselves. Yay - we can use the sink again! TYCO is incredibly professional. They always show up on time and everyone is so friendly. They always give stellar service and we are so glad we have found such a trustworthy plumbing service.

Called these guys to try to get an estimate on fixing s shower, after being quoted $55 from another plumber just to have a look. Chris came out for free, spent about 30 minutes looking into the problem and said, 'don't worry, IF you have us do the work, we charge a flat fee, so no hourly charges' which was a big relief! Within a few minutes, he had the problem solved and shower fixed, after 2 yrs of dealing with it and having paid another plumber $800 for 7 hours of searching!
So, within 45 minutes, the shower was fixed, the bill was paid and we were happy customers. I highly recommend these guys!

Scott showed up for us, was friendly, forthright about what needed to be done.  Unfortunately, he kept discovering other things that should be done, by no fault of his own.  Just unfortunate for us for the cost.  He was quick but thorough and explained how everything worked.  We will be using Tyco in the future!  Thank you!

We had several slow draining sinks.   Rich was able to give us a ballpark estimate over the phone so there were no  surprises.  He was prompt, extremely personable, efficient, and the price was more than fair.  He also gave us several suggestions to help minimize problems in the future.   We will call TYCO and ask for Rich for any future plumbing needs.

TYCO called to let me know they could be at my home a little earlier than planned if I wanted them to, and then showed up promptly. I had an issue with a sink with an odor and he told me I just needed to use a specific cleaning product to make it go away,and it worked. He could have charged me to rework the plumbing I would have done it, but he was honest and to me to go an easy route. I had other issues in my home and I can't say enough about the honesty of these guys. They will be my plumbing company of choice moving forward!

We had contacted Tyco plumbing online for them to come out and do an estimate. They responded the same day, a Sunday, and coordinated everything through text. We scheduled for later in the week and they showed up on time and were able to do all the work same day. Rich and Robert were so professional, really enjoy who they work for and took care to pay attention to detail. We highly recommend and will use Tyco again in the future. Tyler took the time to answer ALL of my questions without making me feel like I was taking up his precious time. When he came out to do the estimate, he spent time explaining the different options we had, the process and price points for all. Needless to say we were impressed and very comfortable with his bid so we scheduled the work to be done. I had such a great experience and would highly recommend using TYCO. I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling above my kitchen from a water heater pipe. I had several different companies come out which all said my water heater needed to be moved to fix the pipe, and they also all tried to sell me a new water heater that had years left of life on it still. Scott from TYCO came out and actually came up with a great solution to spare my water heater and not move it, and he was able to fix the pipe and saved me $1,000s compared to what everyone else had wanted to do. He was so nice, professional, and explained everything to me that he was doing. I will definitely use these guys again!

Such a great experience! I called Tyco after returning from a trip to a clogged kitchen sink. They were extremely responsive and let me know that they were booked until Monday. This was Thursday afternoon but I was prepared to wait because several neighbors recommended this company. Tyler told me he would put me on the cancel list and see if he could squeeze me in. 2 hours later Mike showed up and got me all taken care of. I've been using Tyco for about 5 years now. Tyler and all of his plumbers are professional, personable and experts at what they do. Great communication from office staff and plumbers to let you know they are on the way or delayed. Costs are given up front with no pressure at all. I've never had anything less than a 5 star experience.

My hot water heater when out right after we were ordered to stay at home because of this virus. I figured it would take awhile to get someone out to fix it. I was happily surprised when in least then 24hr Tyler had Rich at my house to put a new heater in. Rich was professional and did a great job. We had hot water by that evening. Thank you TYCO!

We moved into a new house and Rich and Lance helped us install a gas line and Rich also helped install a new sink. They were both fantastic and the entire team at Tyco was very responsive.

Tyler and Brigham came out the day after I called and knocked it out of the park. Had bad valves at multiple locations swapped out with new ones in about an hour and the pricing was on point. I could not be happier with TYCO Plumbing. We'd been having a leak in our shower faucet for a few weeks, and based on what we'd heard from another plumber previously, we thought we were going to have to tear open the walls to address the issue. We reached out to TYCO for an estimate and was actually able to diagnose, quote, and fix the issue all in the same visit, with very minimal cutting into the tile / wall. Looking at the finished project, you never would have even known they had to get into the wall they were able to patch it up so perfectly. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. Next time we have any plumbing needs, we'll definitely be reaching back out to TYCO Plumbing for their excellent work and professional service.

We found that our home's water pressure was too high, which could lead to leaks or flooding.  We called Tyco, and set up an appointment to replace a failed pressure reducing valve.  They called me 30 minutes ahead of the appointment time, and arrived right on time.

After the work, there were a few more small adjustments needed, and they took the time to get everything just right.

All work was done quickly and neatly at the quoted price.  A great experiemce--highly recommended.

Amazing service! Josh fixed three toilets (valve and flapper), one leaky shower faucet, and an angle stop in about 2 hours. He was on time, friendly, and professional, and made sure I understood the work and the warrantee. The work was quick and clean, and less expensive than I had anticipated.

Absolutely first class!  After taking bids, I selected Tyco Plumbing to replace my water heater and pressure-regulator valve, and they were the perfect choice.  Their plumber, Robert, did an exemplary job, addressed all of my concerns, and is a true professional.  These are the folks to call.

Had them over to replace an outside spigot. Everything went smoothly and fast. They gave me all the options and kept me informed throughout and answered all my questions. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again for any future jobs.

This review is long overdue. I first called Tyco because I got a new countertop installed and had to reconnect the garbage disposal and purchase a new faucet. Chris came out and was very professional. He explained each step of the process and how the best solution to reconnect pvc pipping was to route it differently which would make the water flow more efficient and not cause clogging. He advised me to have him to do that work and to purchase a new garbage disposal that was over 10 years old. The job turned out great and things are working perfectly. The second time I called Tyco was to replace shower heads and faucets inside two bathrooms. Mike and Tyler came out to my place and gave me a free assessment and asked me what work I wanted to get done and what it would take to get the job done and a schedule on getting it done. I appreciate them being upfront with pricing and also working with me to order the faucets I wanted installed through their parts network at a discounted rate. Mike came back twice and provided an excellent level of service and made sure I was happy with the job. Thanks again guys and will call back for future work and recommend you out to anyone else who needs plumbing work done.

TYCO is fantastic! Rich called because he was running early! He was exceptionally polite, courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. He showed me everything he did and spoke to me with respect. I couldn't recommend TYCO more! Call them, you won't be disappointed.

FANTASTIC company and AMAZING customer service.  Sent an inquiry on a Friday and Tyler got me on the schedule for Monday.  Rich came to assess the job and was truly wonderful. I thought he was just coming to give an estimate and I was shocked he could actually do the work then too.   I had a faulty sump pump that needed to be replaced, repair needed on its discharge pipe, and I needed an old water softener disconnected and removed.  Rich took care of it all. And, he patiently answered questions I had about other issues.  He is personable, kind, and very competent.  He even followed up afterwards regarding other items I want him to do.  Thrilled to have found Rich and such a great company.  Much appreciated.

We had a tankless water heater installed in our old house and while I loved the endless hot water, I was unhappy to learn how loud they can be. My home office shared a wall the room it was installed in and I could literally hear every time hot water was used in the house, it drove me nuts.

When we decided after moving into a new house that the traditional water heater it had wasn't cutting it - we couldn't even fill the tub before it ran out - and needed a tankless installed, I was extremely concerned that we'd have a repeat of the problem, so much so that I put off getting one installed for a year.

When Tyler from TYCO Plumbing showed up and I explained my concerns and history with tankless heaters, I pointed out that the room right next to the furnace room is my office, and the room right above it is my wife's music room, so I wanted him to do everything he could to minimize the noise from it.

Let me tell you something. Tyler. Understood. The assignment.

He called Navien, he talked to construction experts, he researched, and when the day finally came to install the water heater he wound up installing a board to new studs held in place by rubber shock-absorbers and sound-dampening insulation behind the board, something like forty thousand screws holding it in place so there would be no vibrations. I mean the guy straight up geeked-out on my request, I've never seen anything like it. Went above and beyond doesn't even come close to the level of effort that went into making this thing as quiet as possible.

Tyler told me beforehand that he'd do everything he could but couldn't promise it would be totally silent, which I understood. After it was installed, he left me in the utility room to go turn the hot water on in the bathroom and asked me if it was too loud. My hand to God, I actually yelled back is what too loud? unaware that he had even turned the water on at all. I was standing next to the water heater and could not hear a thing. It goes without saying that none of the nearby rooms have any noise.

The pipes are clean, the install is perfect, and my wife enjoyed her first bath in the new house since we moved into it a year ago. I cannot stress in a review how *perfect* this install was, the entire thing was absolutely flawless. Cannot recommend TYCO highly enough.
