Best Heater Repair in Aurora CO

We have had multiple fixes and renovations needed at our house and Nate has always been there. The work is always done quickly, well and for a reasonable price. Nate's knowledge and skill will help you with your current plumbing needs and plan/prepare for any future ones.

I did not actually use them but I spoke to Jerome and messaged a couple of times he was quite helpful. I would definitely use this company if it was something I could not fix myself, and that is most things! lol

We had Don from PHI Plumbing over to cap a gas line. I appreciated he took good safety precautions. He used the double wrench method when loosening our gas line. He used a sniffer to see if there was a gas leak at anything he manipulated.  He waited until our boiler got going again as he had to bleed some air from the line. He waiting with us to be sure our generator was running. The price was higher than I expected but he quoted it over the phone prior to the service call (none of that I'll tell you when I get there) and I accepted as we were in a time crunch due to another plumber not showing up. I would use Don again.

Partial Main Sewer And Waste Stack Repipe - Thomas was very responsive and professional. He was able to do the repairs at a very reasonable cost. I'm extremely happy with how he was able to take care of my plumbing issues. Highly recommend him!

They came within a day when I had a leak, found it quickly, replaced pipes and completed in 5 hours. Provided excellent advice and brought the water shutoff to a place easy to access. Very impressed!

I had Sunshine Plumbing Heating Air out to address several items.  William was running a bit late, but I received a call telling me that and offering to reschedule if the later time wasn't convenient.  When he arrived, he was very polite and professional.  I gave him the scope of things and he gave me pricing on all the work I wanted done.  Some of it was a bit more than I planned, so I pushed it off (preventative maintenance), but the work he did complete was excellent.  He found a few things wrong with my AC system that he corrected and everything seems to be working great now.  Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

These guys deserve more reviews, that is if your experience is anything like mine.  After having a disastrous encounter with Patriot Plumbing via Yelp here in Castle Rock I googled for someone else and found Barnes.  

After a few questions Barnes informed me that the part was under warranty, but that B&W warranties were hard to deal with, essentially I needed to have the part replaced and then the plumber would return it via the supplier and eventually B&W should refund the price of the part.

However, Barnes would drive up to Littleton, get the part and fix my water heater today.  

They fixed my water heater and bottom line the cost was over $900 less than Patriot and I can expect, eventually, the cost of the part to be refunded.   Unlike Patriot they actually had tools and volt meters etc. and did a full function test of the system, gas leak checks, etc.

They may not have pretty trucks, but compared to Patriot, they're priceless.

Oh and I have hot water.

Showed up 90 minutes late without any word; then couldn't figure out how to shut off the gas to start the job. Said they were going to install a water heater and come back. No calls, no emails, no texts; called the main office during regular hours and it went straight to voicemail and no one called back.

Don't waste your time!

When you need a plumber, you generally need them quick, and Juan was very communicative and helpful when I was asking around for quotes. I had a clogged sewer line, and he was able to fix it within 45 minutes. Left the bathroom clean and also has a 2 month warranty on sewer line cleans which helped put my mind at ease.

He also was very friendly and put up with all my pestering questions and had some good recommendations for moving forward.

These guys are absolutely the best plumbers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I had them re-pipe my entire large vintage house and they did an amazing and professional job. I then hired them to replace several drains and rough-in a new bathroom and once again they did a great job with everything. Top notch quality work and customer service. I will definitely use Bill and his crew again.

Jake, from Pipecraft Plumbing, replaced a bad sump pump this afternoon. It was not cheap, but I felt like it was a fair price - below the average that I had read on Google. He was confident in his assessment of what needed to be done, his ability to do it and his time to complete estimate. He exceeded our expectations. We now have a quieter cast iron sump pump versus the noisier plastic one with less horsepower that he took out.

Called C4 Plumbing at 7pm because of a backup in the basement, and was looking for someone who could come out quickly.
Mark arrived within an hour, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were very reasonable, and more importantly, disclosed up front with no surprises at the end!
One of the best service experiences I've ever had. Will use C4 for all our plumbing needs moving forward!

This rating is concerning the appointment admin peeps which I think have been extraordinary with follow up. I am only scoring Spartan on their scheduler team; we decided to use a different vendor after a friend recommended a  craftsman.

I had Done come out twice. The first time was for a slow drain in the bathroom. They were very courteous and prompt on arrival. We noticed a few weeks later that our basement was flooding. We called Done again and someone was out first thing in the morning. Nick came out and snaked our drain, taking about 1.5 hours to fix my problem. Overall we are very satisfied with Done and would recommend to others. NOTE** Plumbing isn't cheap! Remember, you get what you pay for! Here, you get professionalism, honesty, and punctuality. Thank you for a job well DONE!

Scheduled a job 5 days out, I didn't have any hot water. Called me the day of the appointment and canceled on me with nothing more than we don't want to drive out there. No attempt to even reschedule, just said I don't know what to say. You could have had showed little respect and either told me when I called you don't do jobs in that area, or called me at any point in the 5 days it was scheduled to tell me you were not available so I could make other plans. Instead this business waiting till the last minute and was not even slightly apologetic.  Amazing you still have a business. While you may not care about these internet reviews now eventually  you will...but like others in this business you will just change your company name and likely not change a thing.
