We had Gleb and Eugene and the crew come over and completely replace our  very large deck and it looks amazing. Very happy with everything and the price was great! We just had them back again to install new fence and gates in the front yard. Again super happy with their work. Give these guys a chance as you will be happy you did. They do everything!

We needed to hire an electrician to add wiring for a chandelier were there wasn't any.  We decided to hire Slawek because he gave us the best price we found and he was well reviewed online.  We were not disappointed.  He spoke with my husband first, texted him a quote, and stuck to it exactly.  I called to set up the appointment and he answered the phone right away, worked around my schedule and was able to come out quickly.  He called when he was on his way and was friendly and professional.  I will absolutely call him when we need work done again.

Dehn is awesome!! I've found it difficult to find a reliable individual to help with electrical work and other around the house repairs. He is very affordable, reliable, responds to messages quickly and does excellent work. It's nice to have his contact info now for anything that may come up around the house. Thanks Dehn!

We had a wonderful experience with Aspen Kitchens in a bathroom remodel they did for us. I know, I know...with a name like Aspen Kitchen...what do they know about bathrooms. Well they were wonderful and amazing! I would recommend Sheena as a designer that embodied our style and desires, but kept us inline with what style really means. Ezra and his tram of professionals did a fabulous job and we feel like we are at a spa every morning when we use our beautiful shower and love coming home from vacation to out bathroom that is one of the BEST we have found in this world!

We've used Save Home Heat for our heating and cooling for almost 20 years.  This last call was very much like all the others.  I called and they scheduled a tech to come to the house within hours.  Tim showed up, mask on, slipped his booties on and got right to work.  He analyzed the issue, told me how much it would be to fix it - a fair price, then left to get parts across town.  He called when he was on his way back in half an hour, made the repairs, then explained exactly what he had done and stepped me through how to operate the system with the changes he made.  Professional, courteous, clear, conscientious.  About as good as it gets.

I had setup the service plan with this company and they never were able to come out as they always had an excuse on the day of my service for their technician.  I was rescheduled several times on both the plumbing side and on the HVAC side.   I called to cancel my service plan and they didn't even ask why I was canceling lol, they clearly don't even care about their customers. Stay away from this company to avoid any frustration, better service can be found elsewhere.

I recently contacted Doctor-Fix-It after my husband somehow managed to pull apart the pipes under the sink while trying to reconnect the garbage disposal.  I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing because it was the first one I could think of, and scheduled an appointment for the following morning at 9 am.  Well 9 am came and went, and he was not yet here.  I called to check in and apparently his phone had been damaged so he was receiving his pages late, if at all.  Not really a huge deal, because they have an on time guarantee where for every minute your technician is late, they pay you 5 dollars.  That's totally fine by me!  When Marvin arrived around 10, he was so professional and apologetic about being late, then got right to work.  He diagnosed the problem under the sink and took care of it within about 5 seconds flat.  Then I guided him to the other issue, the mysterious leak from my bathtub to a closet in the basement.  After some trial and error with the water on and off, he fixed the gasket and put everything back together perfectly.  When it was time to pay, he kindly waived the service fee for fixing the leak (which took WAY more of his time than the sink job) because of the time error.  There were no surprises otherwise because he went over everything with me beforehand.  Marvin was a perfect gentleman and I will absolutely request him any time I need something else fixed.  He explained everything to me as he was doing it, and made sure it was all working 100% correctly.  All the while my five month rottweiler puppy was up in his business the entire time he was here.  Great guy, great company, 10/10 will recommend.

We had an emergency water pipe problem.  Dave Godfrey was the technician responding to our call.  Dave was extremely helpful, courteous and professional.  He knew we were distressed about our water leak.  He reassured us he could fix the problem quickly and reasonably priced. He began work immediately.  We were so impressed with his work! Thank you again Dave for your hard work! Plumbline was exceptional! Thank you!

I scheduled a free estimate and walk through for my shower door repair with Fixer on Yelp - the process was so easy and the Fixer team immediately reached out to me via text to confirm my appointment. Going on 7 years - and I still call them. Ultimate Heating and Cooling did the initial installation of the HVAC when our home was built and I've used them for everything since.. Did the unit need service? Repair? Follow-up? Sure. Shit happens, things break down, HVAC needs some TLC. All of my experiences with this company have been awesome. I recently had a repair that I thought needed a double check, called the office, the receptionist called the tech and the tech, Ross, called me immediately to check in. Ross decided he'd come out and within moments I got a call back from the receptionist to set the appointment. My schedule is always hectic and they are always super accommodating also. I'm about as anal as anyone gets with just about everything and these guys have never disappointed me.  Thanks UH&C! Thank you Ross, for your expertise and for putting up with me!!

Being in Property Management, I've dealt with plenty of lazy and unprofessional plumbers. This company was on top of it and helped with our potential plumbing disaster. They not only fixed the issue, but they were knowledgable and pleasant to work with.  Considering the extent of work and the fact it was weekend work, $$$ was expected.

One star is for the plumber being nice, but otherwise would not recommend.

Felt pressured to agree to the high price and get the work done right away with the scare tactic of it being dangerous that I couldn't turn off the water in my new home and the pipes could burst at any time. The technicians on-site and everyone else I've talked to at Bell have said that they're competitive in their pricing and that they do an analysis every year, but I paid more than double what I should have for the job they accomplished.

Scheduling the HVAC technician we specifically requested our HVAC be scoped for a leak. HVAC technician on-site didn't know anything about that request and recommended  I pull up my own floorboards, to try to find my own HVAC leak. Had to wait for Bell to call me back 3 days later to tell me that they don't do duct scoping and use a separate company to do that. In hindsight, this technician was probably trying to save me money.

Wow I can see why my conversation with plumbline Mngr. today was so frustrating, After reading sooo many bad reviews I see a pattern of not knowing how to do business. My Carrier furnaces,(two) were installed by them in 2012.  Had several problems over the years notably the inducer motors replaced 4 times. Now I'm having the same problem again. There tech came out last Friday and suspects a problem with the venting, not as it should be. This can create back pressure and cause inducer fan motors to fail. once he pointed that out, it made perfect sense.  In fairness I can't say that is the problem without some testing in the system. But he didn't bother to do any such testing. He asked me to trust him to have a conversation with his Manager and would get back to me on Tuesday. I called them on Tuesday (record cold conditions) called again on Wednesday only to get a call back from some manager only to tell me i'm no longer covered by warranty. He wants to charge $600+ for repair, but will fix the venting problem for free. This should have been realized yrs ago. never mind venting repair will only cost them $20 in parts and 30 minutes to complete and they say it's a fair compromise.
    I'm going to call Carrier and see what they have to say about there Authorized dealer not properly installing there equipment.  Maybe they can give me some satisfaction. in the meantime i will have this fixed at much lower cost and hopefully with Carriers advice figure out why this happens over and over again. Best to get recommendations from people you know. There are some good service people out there who are honest and will go the extra mile. These guys obviously have to advertise to attract fresh prey. I don't think they could survive on just word of mouth.

Most amazing experience with the most outstanding people.
My initial request was for an AC and furnace cleaning.  The AC report was great, I was very relieved to know that my AC unit is in good condition and wasn't going to break down any time soon. The young man than cleaned the furnace. The furnace report was bad. The previous owner of my house installed the furnace with a lick and a promise. But Fix It 24/7 came to the rescue! I wound up having to buy a new furnace, which is better than breathing in carbon monoxide. Fix It 24/7 did an outstanding job and the installers, Ronald and Alfredo, were top notch. Their work and service is superior than any other company I've done business with. I am beyond satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Fix It  24/7 for any HVAC or plumbing need. Fix It 24/7 is the best in every way!!!
