I recently had the pleasure of hiring Nate's Plumbing for an issue. Nate exemplifies professionalism, expertise and exceptional customer service. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and quick diagnosis. Explaining the problem to me helped me understand what occurred. Thanks again!

They spent a long time figuring out my issue. Ryan was very knowledgeable and patient. Did it all at a reasonable price too.

Being a landlord for many years, I have more experience than I care to know with contractors and repair companies.  

Even though my furnace went out on Christmas Eve, I knew that it would be extremely costly to have someone come by that day and that is the one day that everyone should be with their family.  

So when I finally waited to the day after the Christmas, I had anticipated a much more reasonable repair bill.   The technician Gino was courteous and showed up on time but that was about the only decent thing about the experience.  Within 10 minutes, he was able to tell me the issue was a damaged starter.   When a job is done,  you are expected to pay but I had no idea that he proceeded to quote me a repair bill of $350 just to switch out a furnace part on a normal business day.   He is not willing to bulge one cent even though I told him that I am landlord and I will have future jobs for him.   The only thing he had to offer was a membership which will have cost me another $265.  So if the technician is not willing to offer any discount based on loyalty, what makes them I will refer anyone to them for outrageous costs?  So on top of the outrageous $400, I can pay a total of $800 for a simple job.   I think if I had my appendix taken out, it might be cheaper.

As I expected he was able to complete the job in less than 40 minutes which makes me think it cannot be that difficult.  I will keep an mental note that HVAC technicians at Sunshine charge $300 per hour.

I made a grave mistake by calling them and I will make sure that this will never happen again for my rentals and my friends.

If you are into paying outrageous prices, please give them a call.  There are plenty of other honest and reasonable HVAC companies I would rather turn to.

small business but we have had Jacob come out and replace our water heater and add a Hao water softner and service them over the years and we are happy with their work and pricing. Just a tad hard to get a hold of some times because I think it might just be the 2 of them???? anyway we are still happy with their work.

Showed up 90 minutes late without any word; then couldn't figure out how to shut off the gas to start the job. Said they were going to install a water heater and come back. No calls, no emails, no texts; called the main office during regular hours and it went straight to voicemail and no one called back.

Don't waste your time!

Holy cow. I can't say enough about this business. Mike is wonderful and is very quick with his responses. I love that I can call and he always picks up his phone and tries everything he can to help me. I love that he is straight forward and to the point, not to mention how affordable he is!!! He has saved me in the dead heat of summer, even during our 4th of July party. This past month I used Dirty Duct's for my duct cleaning service, and John did such a thorough job with our house. We had repairs done on 3/16/22.  We called on the past Wednesday and Juan was very professional and reliable.  First he scheduled on Friday but was unable to come in because he forgot about another project so called called and asked if he could come out Saturday.  It was not an emergency so we agreed.  The problem was that water was coming up from underneath the cement in our laundry room.  He came out and new want exactly it was.  It was a broken pipe.  They got here around 830 set up all their equipment and started around 9.  It was Juan and I believe his associate Carlos.  They were very professional and respectable of our house.  Juan walked me through everything that he was doing and showed me all he was doing.  I was allowed to take photos.  The entire project from start to cleanup for about 6 hours.  They even had to leave halfway through to get more parts.  They had to get more parts cause once they broke the cement they know what they needed.  Again, he walked through everything.  He showed me the pipes that needed to be replaced and also the good pipes we had.  The prices are very reasonable.  We called a big company before here and it was almost triple what Juan charged.  Definitely recommend this company.

My water heater broke unexpectedly on one of the coldest weeks we've had. Vidal plumbing was very quickly responsive via Yelp and was able to send someone the next day. They were super knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were looking for, and were done in 20 min which was really convenient. Everything they did was timely, convenient, and professional as well as appropriately priced. I was able to get my water heater fixed for a lower price and in less time than anyone else I contacted!

Tyler came out to fix our AC the same day we called on the hottest weekend of the year so far. Life saver. And he was very friendly. Took the time to explain what the problem was, how he was fixing it, and the rationale behind Freon pricing. Recommended!

Had an outside pipe leak in a newly owned house. Mark talked me through how to shut it off over the phone.  He did not have to do that, so a thousand thanks to Mark.  We can now get landscaping company out to blow lines!

We had a flood in our basement. Don, from PHI came over that day. He not only did excellent work, he explained everything to my wife along the way. He finished in a short time, and cleaned up. His fee was reasonable, and we are happy with the results.
Don was always polite, and conversant, unlike so many others in the business.

Had a clogged kitchen drain and basic plumbing issues under the sink with a leak at p-trap.  Called Done Plumbing and was able to get a tech out the same day.  Had all issues repaired and working 100% within 2 hours plus some recommendations for other possible issues related to plumbing in a home that was built in the 1950s.  Reasonable charges and great attitude our tech was awesome.  Would definitely call Done Plumbing again.

I contracted with Repipe Specialists to have the old galvanized pipe in my house replaced.  Repipe Specialists uses various plumbing companies to do the work, and I was lucky enough to be assigned to Just Plumbing Inc.  Master plumber Bill (owner of the company), Chris (another master plumber), and Avery, a residential plumber, were at my house for an entire day to complete the work.  These guys were dynamos at getting the work done perfectly but quickly.  In addition, they were pleasant to have in my home, plus I heard no profanity (that's a bonus for me).  After the job was completed, they did some extra work for me at no charge, such as replacing tile in the shower and grouting it!  I plan to call Just Plumbing, Inc., for all my plumbing needs and will recommend them to friends and family.

Khan and Chris were very professional and efficient assessing our broken garbage disposal and replacing it on the spot when we realized it was not worth repairing. They were also friendly to us and our dogs. Dependable, quick and fair. We will definitely call them again in the future.

USE SOMEONE ELSE.  They came out to fix our furnace, charged us a good deal of money to install new parts which did not fix the furnace.  They said they would refund some labor if it didn't fix it, but never did.  E-mails went unanswered.  Also, plumbed a new sink with hot/cold backwards - not a big deal for me to fix - but they plumbed the dishwasher off the cold water also which is a tougher fix.  I'll pay for someone else to fix it.  Why check your work???  Horrible workmanship.
