This is my second time using Prodigy and again received great service from them. This time Matt came to check out our problematic toilet. He was up front about the pricing for possible causes and solutions. Luckily, it only required a relatively simple fix and he didn't leave until we were sure the toilet was flushing normally. Furthermore, he gave me a 30 day warranty and a more than fair quote in case the problem returns. Thanks again.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I was hearing rumbling sounds coming from my water heater. My girlfriend referred me to Service Champions. I called them and Marcos from plumbing showed up within 2 hours. He inspected my unit, gave me a thorough explanation of what was causing the rumbling noise and options I had. He drained the water heater to remove the sediment. I was very pleased with his customer service skills.  Not once did I feel pressured.  Marcos thank you for answering all my questions and offering me options.

Brayan is seriously awesome!! He provides professional high-quality service and is so easy to communicate with. He worked on my home in Irvine and made the process so seamless for us!! The home needed many repairs throughout. Brayan kept us updated throughout the entire process. The results of the requested repairs were very good. We couldn't have asked for a better handyman to work with! I will definitely hire Brayan again for future projects! Brayan's prices are also quite reasonable!!

I had a late night plumbing emergency (backed up drains throughout the house) over the weekend.  I looked for local 24 hr plumbing services on Yelp and called Matt.  He said he'd be there within an hour and arrived as promised.  Less than an hour later, the problem was fixed, and we were good to go.  Thanks, Matt!  I will DEFINITELY be calling Seashore Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

While I had a bad experience initially, they have called to try to resolve the problem so I am changing the rating from 2 to 3.

Although I am putting my room addition plans on hold, Smart and Handy was quite professional. Setting up an appointment with Catherine on the phone was easy.  Dave showed up on time and was forthcoming with his knowledge.  Upon request, he even respected our house by removing his shoes upon entering.

Jair showed up to our house after we told him not to come over the phone.  Once here, he lied and said my wife had told him to come, and tried to extort us for the $180 visit fee.  When I explained that we had declined his offer over the phone, he refused to leave my property and verbally threatened me.

Ixtapa Construction did our kitchen remodel, and not only was the work completed with craftsmanship but we were treated with caring and a truly professional touch.

Jay and Alex were great people to work with. They answered my (and husband's) many questions and were very patient and helpful. Both were very knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the project.

We were also very pleased with the job itself. Ixtapa Construction did a great job while respecting the timeline and budget. Jay also kindly helped to fix some problems left by the previous contractors. The crew also did a great job cleaning up after everything was completed. Highly recommend!

I called HHS on a recommendation from a neighbor. I can't say enough good things about this company! Honest, very fair, very knowledgeable and got the job done. Also I had several questions about potential future products and Giovanni took his time giving me detailed explanations at no charge. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them.

I requested Chris to install a shower handle and bidet sprays in the bathroom and asked for advice on the bathroom sink pipe and laundry pipe. He was flexible and accommodating on the busy schedule, arrived on-time, and performed his work quickly and meticulously. His advice on the pipes were honest and well received stating that there were no visible issues and said I wouldn't need any repairs or replacements unless I experience any issues. He wasn't able to install the second bidet sprayer as the package was incomplete but said he'd work out a good schedule to complete it. His pricing is very reasonable and his attitude and workmanship was top notch. I will definitely request his professional assistance in the near future!

LOVE LOVE LOVE These guys!!  This is the 2nd time we have used them and they will always be our go to plumbers for future issues.
After going through another company (Cole plumbing) because we moved from HB they came out and charged us $49 and did absolutely nothing (didn't even put a snake down the drain) but continued to tell us they needed to charge us to put a camera down our drain. Something just didn't sit right with me about their diagnosis and I decided to call Crandall's plumbing b/c I knew we had a great experience with them the 1st time. Jeff came out the next day and took care of us. There wasn't even a big issue but the 1st thing he did was put a snake down the drain to diagnose the problem. It ended up being an easy fix and we were very happy with the outcome. Thanks Crandall plumbing!

Anthony came to secure a loose sprinkler and also to flush the system... He was so knowledgeable and friendly.  He fixed the issue, went thru each room to make sure there were no other problems, always explaining the system, how it works, what causes the sprinklers to actually go off and how to shut them off.  Explaining the why's and how to's was so much more valuable than I could have imagined.  Thank You.

I had all my family coming to visit for a week & the night before they were going to start showing up, my plumbing started backing up in the bathroom. I called a plumber I know & he was busy with a huge job & referred me to Scott. I called Scott, told him the problem & he & his brother were at my house first thing the next morning. They had to clear the main drain & ended up having to remove the toilet to clear it that way. I figured I'd have a mess to clean up when they were done but they put plastic down all through my place & when they were done they totally cleaned up all the mess, including the bathroom floor! They were done pretty quick & were gone right before my brother & nieces showed up. Thank you! I've already referred them to my sister & will continue to refer them to family, friends, & clients.

My commercial electric water heater stopped working and I noticed it already started leaking. I called SoCal and they dispatched Shandy to come take a look. Immediately upon inspection, he already spotted numerous problems and the various remedies I could take.
Once deciding on the solution, he quickly went to work and removed the old heater so it wouldn't explode and flood my office. Shandy made sure everything was safe with electrical and plumbing until he returned with the new heater.
Shandy returned the next day with a replacement heater and installed it along with new plumbing to bring things up to standard. The work took a little longer than he expected but never once complained or said he needed to increase the price. He did amazing work and very professional. It was hotter than a camels butt crack in the location he had to work, I can't thank him enough. His professionalism and work ethics show what he's truely made of.

Slight gas leak on the line to pool heater. Luis and helper Ever came out on time, friendly and explained the job. Gave a quote prior to work. Completed the job on time and cleaned up the area. He made sure the leak stopped and even gave me a 30 day warranty. Very satisfied.

I stood at the sink cleaning up after breakfast, as I walked away, I found myself sloshing through water. Several soaked towels later and a quick glance under the sink revealed a plumbing emergency that I was not prepared to tackle on my own with a wrench and a YouTube tutorial. So I opened Yelp, searched Plumbers and sorted by distance. After calling several local plumbers, Jetter Pro was quick to respond and so professional. They handled the issue and continuously communicated throughout the process. I'm still a little traumatized from the leaky sink experience, so I nervously take a peak under the sink every now and then to make sure everything is dry and clean...thanks to Jetter Pro, it is flawless!!
