Wow, beyond impressed with my service from Prodigy plumbing. I tried to fix a clogged sink on my own and ended up breaking a pipe. I called their number at 1pm and they had one of their technicians at my door by 2pm. Ozzy worked quickly and efficiently and showed a high level of professionalism. My wife and I are planning on installing a new garbage disposal soon so we'll definitely call on them for their help.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

WORST DECISION WE EVER MADE! Horrible customer service!!! One of the units they installed was spraying water all over our bedroom. When I called to have someone out to  look at it they informed me that I would need to pay to have someone look at it. I asked why and was informed that our warranty was up. At that time our $30,000 system had been installed less than 18 months prior. I went back and forth with the representative about why they would not stand behind their work on such an expensive purchase and got NOWHERE!!!  They are also EXTREMELY overpriced! We have had multiple people in the heating and cooling industry literally gasp when we have told them what we paid for the work that was done! Each one of them were shocked! Their estimates for what this should have cost us were 1/3 - 1/2 the price we were charged. The work took MUCH longer than expected when it was done! When they left there were things that had not been completed and were ordered and promised to be done in the near future. Those items took months to receive instead of days. This was NOT a positive experience at all!!!

Thom to the rescue!!!  I came home to a leaking water filter and water every where.  I foolishly tried to do the repair job myself and quickly changed a leaking water filter to a busted water filter.  I logged onto yelp and threw up the bat signal hoping for some quick help.  Most of the early replies were sorry we can't help or not available for two more days.  And then Courtesy Plumbers came to the rescue!  Thom was able to come out the same day and install a new filter and the price was fair.  He also picked up on a pre-existing problem that I was already aware of and fixed that too!  Thom was courteous, professional and fast!  It's nice to know I now have an HONEST plumbing company I can rely on for my future needs!!!  Thanks again Thom and thanks again Courtesy Plumbers!!  You have truly earned my business!!

I was having trouble with my kitchen sink faucet, so i called different companies to compare prices and went with these guys. They were great, fast and really nice. Also compared to all these other plumbing services that were quoting me a good chunk of change, these guys had good fair pricing. Eusebio and Christian, thank you guys again.

Manny was on time, respectful and did a great job. I appreciated his professionalism. He was very clean and neat in his work and even offered to remove his shoes upon entering our home. Thank you also for wearing a mask.  Correspondence and scheduling was also a breeze. Will use this company for all future jobs!

Bob is great! We have used him three times now, for different plumbing issues. He shows up on time, explains the problem and diagnosis clearly, and quotes reasonable prices. He is very knowledgeable (Bob's also a licensed contractor) and works very diligently. I highly recommend Bob for any plumbing or contracting needs.

Matt is my go to plumber. Super honest and timely. Just had to replace my water heater- he installed the same brand water heater and  $500 less than another  company quoted- plus same day service. Thank you Matt:)

This review is a little overdue but well deserved. We had a crack in our pipes and needed some plumbing done. It was a long weekend and I was calling around asking for anyone to show up and help. I posted a status on social media, and a friend referred me to pipe bros.

I was so trilled with their service and ability to come out an take care of business on a long weekend. We were having a BBQ and well, we needed our plumbing to work for our guests.

The owner is this nice guy who came out and gave me an estimate and asked how I heard of their company. I told him a friend referred me and to my surprise, he was so trilled about the word of mouth advertising that he slapped off a few dollars to help with my cost of repairs.

The work got done just like he said it would and within the estimate. I hate when people give you an estimate and go way over budget/time. The guy was so nice that I even invited him and his wife to my BBQ (they had other plans)!

Why 5 stars? I hardly ever give 5 stars but this guy deserved it. 1) when I called and left a message I got a quick return call, 2) came by right away to look at the work, 3) got it done in great time, and 4) reasonable pricing! I saved his contact info for future plumbing needs! You can't go wrong with this guys work!

You will not find a better Plumbing contractor than SJ Plumbing. I was looking for a contractor to repipe our entire house and received bids from multiple contractors. We are extremely particular about who we invite to our house and let alone do work on our house.

John from SJ Plumbing is HONEST, RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIBLE and does amazing. He has great integrity and is overall just a stand up guy. He repiped our entire house and I am very happy with the work. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was met. He was very respectful and accommodating of all of our requests as we are very particular with cleanliness. He is open and great at communicating. The entire process was very seamless! I highly recommend SJ Plumbing without any reservation!

Excellent repair of wall around new windows.  Contractor Steve Panek was clean, efficient, friendly and paid attention to every detail we mentioned.  He came on a Saturday as promised.  He fixed spots with missing insulation and thoroughly chalked before screwing in wallboard.  The finished area matches the rest of the room perfectly.  The work areas were left clean.  We're delighted.

The first technician who came was not good at diagnostics. A more experienced technician was finally able to diagnose the problem as a circuit board issue that needed replacement along with the contactor in the condensing unit. The repair cost estimate was initially more expensive than the competition but the company matched the competitor quote. Overall it was a satisfactory experience.

I was recommended to FV plumbing from another company to hydrojet my rental in Rancho Cucamonga because there was a major plumbing blockage  , tenants could not use toilets , showers , sinks ,..... I called Frank , and just from the conversation with Frank , I had a good impression that he is quite professional ! His price was very reasonable as well !
He arrived to my rental as planned and found during camera that my plumbing system was messed up underneath by the front side walk which may be extremely expensive to repair ! I was so shocked and stressed !!!
Frank is so honest  , He recommended me to call the city to see if they may be responsible for this . However , in my mind I though the city would not cover the repair because the damage location was passed the water meter (which is my responsibility, majority of the cases )
Frank even told me I hope you don't have to pay for this ! How nice and caring !
I called the city , they came over and discovered that an internet company did some diggings a few days ago in the neighborhood and broke my main pipe!
The city was responsible for repair and fixed the problem for me ! What a great Holiday present  

For over 20 years, I have worked with and ran across many dishonest and unprofessional plumbing companies  ; therefore , I realize that Frank ( FV plumbing & rooter ) is very trustworthy and professional which is hard to find nowadays! Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

My business in Long Beach had a clogged sewer line that had back up sewage going into the men's and ladies restrooms.  Awful.  It was 9:00 on a Friday night.  I learned that a lot of companies say 24 hours, but they're not serious about it.  SoCal Plumbing Service is not that company.  They were there for me and because it was an emergency they put off a non-emergency to take care of me right away.  
It didn't take long and though it was not cheap (which I truly didn't expect after hours on a Friday night), they came thru clearing the pipe and avoiding sewage all over my business.  Thank you Carlos and the rest of your team.  I'll call you again, hopefully when it's not after hours!

Had Steven come out and unclog my shower drain & let me know it was just a bunch of hair in the pipe. Highly recommend these top notch plumbers.

The quick and fast, Ixtapa Construction is the best general contracting company I've had the pleasure to work with (I've worked with 3-4 over the last decade).  I completely gutted a 4 bedroom, 2..5 bath, 2100 sq. ft. home we  just purchased and Jay did it while handling timing pressure from my then 7-month-pregnant wife who was hesitant to even make the purchase, knowing the work it needed.

As the founder/President, Jay is a consummate professional (a rarity in this business), and a true craftsman.  His Partner, Alex is also great to work with and keeps things organized and coordinated with all the moving pieces of a construction project.  Most important to me is that Jay and his team takes pride and ownership in their work.  Jay treated our construction project as if it was his own home.  He takes the time to make sure things are done right, the first time.  Moving forward, I'll always reach out to Jay first about my remodeling and home improvement needs before going out and interviewing/reviewing other contractors.  Through my remodel, I'm fortunate enough to connect with someone who I've gotten to know and trust as my advisor for home remodeling and repair-related needs.

The longer version: We closed on our home in January of this year (2019).  We knew we were going to completely gut and remodel the home.  We didn't change the exterior (no additions) but all things interior of the home were to be redone.  From all new water pipes to new electrical, new HVAC system, new 2.5 bathrooms and a new kitchen from the ground up including new flooring throughout.  

This is our 2nd remodel of homes we are to live in, so it wasn't a completely new venture for us.  The first remodel, I worked directly with a few tradesmen and oversaw/project managed the job myself.  But this time around, with a newborn on the way and a 3 year old, I didn't have the time so we had to find a good GC that was fair, reasonable and accountable to work with.  In total, we met about a dozen General Contractors (local via Yelp, Craigslist, HomeAdvisors, Houzz, you name it).

I first spoke with Alex by phone and then met with Jay at the house.  Needless to say, he was on-time and professional.  When we were ready to make a decision, we narrowed it down to Ixtapa and another construction company.  I regretfully admit, we went with the other company first.  The reason was that the initial bid was missing a few elements.  I wish I had just went back and asked him to revise before making a decision.  Truthfully, in my conversations with Jay, I had a good feeling.  But we all make mistakes... The other company turned out to be a massive disaster (if you want more info, please reach out to me).

My initial timeline was the beginning of March for the home to be move-in ready.  We started work on January 6th.  By February 6th the house was all gutted, but nothing was being put back together.  We started to get concerned as we were about 22 days out from when the house needed to be move-in ready.  I got the typical contractor runaround and because I needed to be swift, I terminated the agreement.  I had very low tolerance for a bad situation to get worse.

But since our initial meeting last December (2018) Jay stayed in touch with me and he actually followed with me to see how things were going.  
I reached back out to Jay (at this point, under immense timing pressure) to see if he can help.  He was able to get me on the calendar and get started in a week.
Ever since then, the house came together.  And while I made changes to things and added things, he was very accommodating and did what he could to help us out.

Again, incredibly grateful to have met Jay and work with Ixtapa Construction.  No job is too small for them, he's an honest craftsman that has a construction-framing background (so he can build a house from scratch if needed!)  If he can't do something, he'll tell you.  But overall, I'm incredibly happy with his service, professionalism and is the type of person you feel comfortable having around your family (which is also very important).  And his team of craftsmen are great to work with too.

His pricing is fair, but through my own experience, you get what you pay for in this industry.  Often times, you get low bids so they can come in and start the work, only to not finish or worse, cause damages.  Talk to Alex/Jay, they'll work with you.

Daniel very quickly gave me an estimate and was able to schedule and appointment right away. Felix was very friendly, courteous and helpful, explained the options available. He was able to clear my washing machine drain that was backing up efficiently and neatly cleaned everything up.

Excellent service and fixed the problem even came out on a Sunday.  Tech came out and provided fast service and when done made sure everything was as it was before.  Tech was professional and walk me through the process of the job.
