MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

All I can say wow!! These guys got here fast. Very knowledgeable, took all proper measurements with the Covid-19 safety precautions. My toilet and my bathtub were backed up. Cristian explained to me what was the cause and gave me options. They cleared my line and also performed a camera inspection. Very satisfied with there service.

Phenomenal service. Everything done as requested at very reasonable rates.  Ring cameras and doorbell installed and connected via app. Old Storage cabinet disassembled and removed. New cabinet built and set up. Outside Brick steps and walkway repaired, garage floor cracks filled. Brandon is a very knowledgeable young man. Pleasant and easy to work with. Although I know a lot about plumbing and have replaced several water heaters myself over the years, when my current heater showed signs of wearing out, I started to research installing a tankless system. I got mixed reviews about the expense, efficiency, etc., so I reached out via YELP to get bids from local Plumbers, on a Saturday evening. Bob, the owner of AA Services, responded to me directly within 15 minutes. What followed was a half hour conversation where he gave me a better education than I got from hours of my own research on the internet. Since he sensed I knew a lot about plumbing, he talked to me on that level (which I appreciated), and ultimately convinced me that tankless heaters are simply not worth the cost. Rarely have I met a contractor who didn't try to up-sell me, just to get the job. So, although he actually talked me out of an expensive installation that he was well-qualified to do, his honesty and knowledge made him my first choice for future jobs I might need. And, since I'm a real estate broker, I will be referring him to all of my clients in the future!

Mike was awesome. He showed up day after Xmas to find a leak in the wall. He was magic! Found the problem really fast with very little mess and then fixed a pinhole leak. He even replaced a couple of plumbing parts in a bathroom for us. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Matt came in to install two toilets for me and haul away my old ones for $125 each. Quick and professional.

Dave from Smart and Handy was the contractor for our bathroom, wall and flooring, and fireplace remodel. He also put in a beautiful new built in entertainment center. Throughout the experience he and his subs were professional, thorough, and reliable. Dave has some great ideas on functional design, but also was willing to work with our interior designer on details. When something went amiss (and something always does) he readily responded and solved the delemma.  Our house is lovely and we are planning to go ahead with another bathroom upgrade soon.

I rarely write reviews on Yelp, but Frank deserves a glowing review.  We had a Mother's Day sink baking up emergency, and he was here working in less than 30 minutes! Yes, I said 30 minutes on a Mother's Day!  He's a small business owner, is very professional and stands behind his work.  He's earned my trust and not only my business, but I'll be letting friends, family and neighbors know that he's a stand up guy that does quality work.  Thank you Frank!

Phil with Revival Plumbing is a life-saver!  My kitchen drain was backing up as I was preparing for a dinner party for over 20 people.  I called Phil and he was at my house within an hour to fix the problem.  He was professional and friendly, worked efficiently, and even gave me tips to make sure the drain didn't get clogged again.  The thing I loved most was that Phil communicated clearly with me about when he would be able to come - and he came quickly as it was somewhat urgent.  I really appreciated that.  If you have a plumbing issue, I highly recommend giving Revival Plumbing a call!

It was just a nightmare.
After a couple of quotes from yelp, I have decided to go with Carlos to fix a bit of the leaking bathtub spout. He wasn't the lowest bid but the price of $900 was reasonable for a 4-hour project he mentioned.
A week later, his guys suddenly appeared two days earlier and wanted to start the job. I wasn't ready but I let them do it in their favor.
A couple of hours later, I found the guys cut the tile too big along with the supporting block and cement wall so they couldn't cover the area with a shower base plate. I talked to the owner about the situation, but he said that was my job to do the tile and wanted me to contact a handyman he recommended, which turned out to cost $1,300 due to the wall damage.
He mentioned he was done on his side and ran away with full payment even without any cleaning up. These guys are the worst plumber I have ever worked with. I had to have trouble hiring another plumber to finish the job.

This company is amazing. We've dealt with root infestation problems for years. This year, the root infestation grew to such a degree that we couldn't even snake a line down into the plumbing properly and two companies came by and refused to snake and stated that we needed a hydro jetting cleanse in our plumbing.  One company quoted us $1800 and the other $1000. Shopping around, we stumbled upon rooter champion plumbing and they quoted us $450! Steven came by in the morning and literally took an hour tops. His efficiency and professionalism impressed us and he answered all of our questions easily. He also courteously showed us a camera of his work and guaranteed us a year warranty (something other companies told us they cannot do). Steven of rooter champion, we appreciate you!

The inside of my house was in desperate need of a complete makeover so I did some searching and met with a few contractors. The first contractors I met didn't give me much confidence in their work so I was glad when I found Ixtapa Construction!

After meeting with Jay (the owner) and his business partner Alex, I found both to be very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and personable. I was impressed with the samples of their work and their suggestions. Also, Jay has high standards for customer satisfaction (even after job completion) and that was important to me. And, although their bid wasn't the lowest, I was willing to pay a little extra for the level of work they do.

After hiring Ixtapa Construction, Jay and his team started with the master bathroom remodel followed by the kitchen remodel, flooring, baseboards, walls, doors and ceiling work. All work was done expeditiously but with attention to quality and detail. Also, I want to mention that Alex was very helpful and attentive to all my questions and all aspects of the project! I will be using Ixtapa Construction for any future jobs and I highly recommend them!!

We purchased a new home in Laguna Niguel. During week #2 - surprise! - the lines were backing up (toilets, sinks, etc.). Our situation was an emergency on a Sunday and Vlad responded without hesitation. He explained every step and never tried to upsell us. We were so thankful! Vlad is very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, fair, and trustworthy! What more could you ask for? We will be using Prostar again!
