MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

James Navarro is the guy you want to service your ac and furnace. He went above and beyond my expectation. Good old fashion honest, hard work, thorough and detailed work. He took his time explaining how my HVAC works, cleaned out my A/c unit, sprayed down the dust and debris collected inside the unit- and at the same time sprayed down my trash can on the side walkway while at it. My furnace was filled with dust. Apparently the previous owners put the wrong sized air filter so it fell out of its place. James worked tirelessly vacuuming and cleaning all the dust that has accumulated over 2 years. I clean a lot so I know how much effort he put into it. He was sweating. That's service! And it wasn't even part of what I asked and paid for. Highly recommended!

Found them out of desperation and Sean probably saved us thousands of dollars.   This is a very honest company with very reasonable fees.

Our rental property had a flow problem couple months back.  Hubby called Mike Diamond and after spending $300 for camera and $200 for snaking, the problem could not be fixed.  They had the nerve to ask for  additional $2000.00 to fix the flow problem.   There was no way we would spend that kind of money without getting a second opinion.   So, we sent those clowns on the way and found Courtesy Plumbers from yelp.  They showed up 2 hours later, fixed the problem with less than $200.00.  What a great company.

We also called Sean back to look at our own house's plumbing issue. it was also a $3000.00 problem according to Mike Diamond's sister company.  Once again,  courtesy plumbers fixed it with 1/10th of the cost.  

Can't thank them enough and will recommend them to all my families and friends.  I am keeping Sean's business card on the fridge in case anybody needs it.   I will definetely use this company for years to come.

I requested an estimate on Yelp to unclog our kitchen pipe. Christian responded in minutes with a resealable price. He came the next morning and took care of it quickly. He was pleasant to talk to and was very professional. I will definitely be calling EZ Sewers for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Called My Handyman OC for a couple small jobs. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional.  The work was done in a timely manner and Brayan made sure we were happy with the results.  We would glady use them again!!

Bob was amazing, he came out within a few hours, he went above and beyond to help me. He walked through the whole house to make sure I didn't have any leaks. I appreciated his knowledge about my water heater and pressure to the house. Her was very efficent with proposal and contacting me in case I had questions. Wonderful service!

This was my first time using Pipe Bros and they were very good. My tenants were having a plumbing emergency and I decided to check them out. I made an appointment and the plumber came as promised. They are very reliable and dependable. They have a service charge to come out but it is credited toward the work.the prices are fair and worth the quality of work. My tenant's leaking sink and water heater is back in good shape.  Thanks again!

Dave was literally the one person who called me directly, out of the six contractors that I reached out to on yelp about two hours ago. I current have water damage in my unit and needed to reach out to a contractor asap. Not only did he take time out of his busy schedule to call me right away, but even though there seems to be a possibility that I wasn't going to be able to go through work with him (due to handling of insurance claims and their recommends) I never felt like Dave was giving me the quick run around. He was patiently explaining how I can best handle my scenario and his advice was very reassuring. He stuck through the call with me and answered all questions I had. I got the impression that Dave is a very considerate and caring person that can be relied upon. If I have any future construction needs, I will definitely be looking to Dave to get the job done.

I put out a quote request on Yelp for plumber due to a slow toilet. I was inundated with dozens of quotes and offers for free estimates but when I said I wanted to cap the price at $100 I got a lot of pushback from plumbers.

FV Plumbing emailed me and diagnosed the problem in just a couple of emails stating that the slow toilet was most likely due to mineral buildup inside the toilet and the toilet should be replaced.

I thought Frank's response was not only helpful but very professional and he demonstrated a clear knowledge of plumbing in addition to unethical behavior. He was trying to solve the problem and help me and not waste time or money trying to talk me into repairs that I didn't need.

Because of his professional behavior now I got him in my contact list and he's going to be my plumber going forward. I highly recommend Frank FV plumbing for his knowledge, professionalism, and ethics as he demonstrates a clear concern for his clients.

Phillip from Revival Plumbing came in and fixed our kitchen sink and shower drain issues when two other companies before could not. The company and Phillip did great work and put in way more effort than other companies. As customers, we feel extremely satisfied and felt like we were in great hands through the whole process. I one hundred percent recommend everyone to go through Revival from now on if you want your problem solved and if you want to be taken care of by a company that doesn't give up until your issue is solved.

These guys are awesome!! When we had our fridge delivered from Lowe's, they were unable to install due to a damaged water line. I called So Cal Plumbing and on the same day they came down and replaced damaged water line AND took our old fridge. They were friendly and had excellent customer service. Now it's been several months since we had our fridge and haven't had any problems. Highly recommend these guys.

Jay is a real gem! Ixtapa team remodeled our kitchen then our attic and did electrical work too (incredibly fast). Jay was very attentive, always gave us precious tips. Everything was done in a timely manner and the work was perfectly executed. We cannot be more happy. Each time he found a way to fit our budget. They are very competitive and you can really trust them! We are planning on converting our garage into ADU next year and there is no hesitation it will be with them.

Giovanni is an honest man and I trust him with all of my plumbing needs. I have used him twice in the past 18 months (leaking sinks and plugged shower and then he installed a recirculator on my water heater).

He is now coming out in two weeks to replace my 14 year old water heater.

Giovanni always charges a reasonable rate and is upfront with costs. I recommend him to everyone.
