MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I had my annual air conditioner checked and serviced today, August 31, 2023. The technician, Austin Baumgartel, is a very valuable asset to Service Champions. He is so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and shows great integrity. He represents the company well and I give him the highest recommendation for service.

Today I called Courtesy Plumbing based on the reviews from yelp. I called around 2:30pm, they had a tech Corey come by around 4:05pm. talk about quick service.

I wasn't sure what was wrong with my line, but I know my father had told me the line gets backed up a couple times a year. The tech told me he would try to do a few tricks before removing the toilet to use a machine snake because it would save some money for me. Watched him do everything he could then he did what he had to do and fixed the problem.

Before he left I asked if they did garbage disposal installs. Luckily they did, he let me watch step by step because I wanted to learn how to do it and he was very helpful. He was done before 6pm and on his way. This means he took a look at the problem in my restroom solved it and installed my new garbage disposal in less than two hours. From the other service my father used to use, this is record time. Thanks Courtesy Plumbers!

Had a drain block pop-up today on my home which was more complicated than the run-of-the-mill plunger situation. Things were really jammed and my tub and toilet were not draining, not to mention we had water leaking into the first floor. Cristian was able to come and make a service call within an hour. He was prompt and communicative and an all-around great guy. He explained the situation and what our options were. He was not pushy but we opted to go with the safer hydrojet. That immediately took care of the issue and he also repaired the issues with my toilet while he was at it. I wouldn't hesitate to call EZ Sewers R&P again for any of my toilet needs. Very impressed with their company's work ethic and the overall way they do business. I am extremely satisfied and am glad I opted to give them a call and not tackle the issue myself.

I called My Handyman OC and Brayan was quick to respond.  He quoted his rate up front and I was able to schedule my new bathroom vanity and toilet installation within a week.  Brayan and his team moved my vanity upstairs, installed the toilet and even hung a mirror for us.  The vanity install was a bit challenging due to the size and placement of the plumbing, but they were able to figure it out and everything is working and looks great.  They were very courteous and helpful.  I'll definitely call again when I need help around the house.

Although I know a lot about plumbing and have replaced several water heaters myself over the years, when my current heater showed signs of wearing out, I started to research installing a tankless system. I got mixed reviews about the expense, efficiency, etc., so I reached out via YELP to get bids from local Plumbers, on a Saturday evening. Bob, the owner of AA Services, responded to me directly within 15 minutes. What followed was a half hour conversation where he gave me a better education than I got from hours of my own research on the internet. Since he sensed I knew a lot about plumbing, he talked to me on that level (which I appreciated), and ultimately convinced me that tankless heaters are simply not worth the cost. Rarely have I met a contractor who didn't try to up-sell me, just to get the job. So, although he actually talked me out of an expensive installation that he was well-qualified to do, his honesty and knowledge made him my first choice for future jobs I might need. And, since I'm a real estate broker, I will be referring him to all of my clients in the future!

We called to have a dishwasher installed and they came out the next day.  The plumber wore a mask while inside my house and completed the install in about an hour for a reasonable price.

We had a difficult dilemma with a previous homeowner making home alterations without city permits. Smart & Handy was hired to work help us return laundry hookups and relocate a water heater.  From the first point of contact, Smart & Handy was prompt and laid out a realistic plan of action and cost involved, especially given the degree of unknowns involved from previous renovations. The final results were very polished and precise. Their work ethic and diligence was also a reflection of their professionalism. We passed final city inspection without a hitch ! Phil with Revival Plumbing is and incredible asset if your home owner. I had to use him twice in the last year unfortunately but he came through for me each time. First time with a clog in my kitchen sink and the second time my drainage outside in my backyard was clogged with roots and in danger of damaging my neighbors house. Phil was out there quickly and charged more than fair price. I refer him to all my clients and will always use him

I needed the sink unclogged in my apartment. They sent me a quote and we set up an appointment. The day of they texted when they would arrive. Took them maybe 20 min and they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

Jay is such a professional! He remodeled our hall closet into our new bedroom and it is nothing but perfect! He expanded our master closet and made a built in dresser. He painted everything and was soo careful not to damage our new carpeting. Can't wait until he tears into our master bath!
