Best Drain Field Inspection in Irvine CA
I spoke with Felix in the morning and he came out later that afternoon to do the FREE camera inspection. Felix was helpful and able to give an honest assessment of what our plumbing issues were. It is hard to find honest service these days and I would say that Felix and Carter sanitation is great way to go.

John and his workers ( their name Sal and Jorge ) really did a good job and neat. They arrived on time and mostly early than my appointment. They fixed leaking in my bathroom and repainting whole bathroom. I'm very satisfied with the results and my bathroom look new now.
I highly recommend them to you if your house have issue with plumbing , leaking, and etc. They always give the best service.

My toilet was bubbling when I showered so I bought some over the counter drain stuff which made the problem worse and then black dirt started pouring out of my shower drain. I called Caliber One and they showed up in an hour. The owner was very responsive and had the problem fixed so it stopped shortly after he arrived. Unfortunately with old pipes the problem was much bigger. Mando, the owner, spent a lot of extra time with me trying to find the clean out to save me money on locating it.
With old pipes, the roots that had been hydrojetted when I bought the house three years ago had come back with a vengeance. Mando worked really hard to save me a much money as possible. He personally oversaw all of the work, the subcontractors and was under my house digging, jackhammering and replacing the pipes himself with his crew.
Each step of the way, Mando was courteous, kind and explained everything step by step in a way that made sense to me. I needed a pipe burst and another process to basically replace a long sewage line. Mando cancelled all of his other jobs and worked for a week to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced.
Over the years I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and other repair people and I have to say, I have never dealt with anyone so quick to respond, professional, communicative (instead of ghosting) and dedicated as the guys at Caliber One. Mando has become a friend and checks back in on me. He has my business for life and I would HIGHLY recommend Caliber One!

Broken Water heater on a cold cold night, new years day.
waited for morning and sent out a bunch of messages via yelp with several companies responding quickly.
first company wanted an arm and a leg, 2nd company just wanted a finger or two....others responded that they couldnt get the part or couldnt come out for a day or two...and it was just for a thermocouple replacement.
Adrian responded and said he was in the area and can come by in 30mins as he was finishing his current appointment.
he and partner arrived on time and was courteous, answered my questions and even let me watch over their shoulder as they worked.
after finishing, he explained the screws were stripped by prior repair and that it would be fine, but i was concerned. assured me that it will be fine and wasnt a fire hazard. i got a call from about an hour later that he would come back and address/seal the opening as it was a concern to me.
he did show up later in the evening and apply hi-temp seal.
all in all, i am very happy with my experience.
would recommend and have him back for future repairs.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...
I called Eliel about a year ago to install a water softening system at my home in Silverlake. Eliel came to my house, we walked through the scope of the work and agreed to a reasonable price.
At the time of the install, I was very happy. See my previous good Yelp review of their work. Eliel's work was completed as expected. And the transaction was seemingly easy.
Then my gardener discovered a serious problem: my lawn and flowers were slowly dying. Unbeknownst to me, water that is softened (with salt) slowly dries out and kills grass and flowers. I was looking at thousands of dollars to reseed and replant.
When my gardener discovered the issue, I immediately called Eliel who came back out to my house and dropped a bomb: oops! we forgot to bypass the water softener for your yard. BUT... to fix it, we're gonna charge you another $1k.
What choice did I have? I paid to save even more in having to replant my sizable yard.
So when my Noritz tankless water heater began leaking after 10 years of use the following year, I once again called Eliel to help. His earlier mistake felt genuine and being the person I am, decided to give him a 2nd chance.
This time Eliel didn't come... he sent out one of his guys Oscar. I informed him that money was tight and I only wanted a straight swap on the tankless. Same model. Same features. Same price. Same BTU specs.
He told me he would do a straight swap with another Noritz. Cost: $1900. Totally fair.
The guys came out a few days later and installed what appeared to be a sizably larger unit on the exterior of my home. Ironically, when I looked at the specs on the new unit, the BTUs were LOWER than my previous model. I brought it to Oscar's attention and he called his wholesaler. They made a mistake and he would go get the correct model the next day.
Cool. No worries. Mistakes happen.
Uh oh.
The next day the guys came out with a different model Noritz and installed it. The unit still appeared bigger than the one I had previously, but the spec matched. I was told Noritz had upgraded the heater a few years back and this one was more efficient. SCORE!
After the install was completed, I checked the faucets around the house. For some reason, my bathtubs were not getting hot water. At all! I brought this up to Oscar.
The issue: the gas line into my house is too small and it needs to be replaced. Additional Cost: $2k.
SAY WHAT????
I've had a Noritz for 10 years. No issues with hot water at all. Had I known in advance of the gas line needing to be upgraded in order for this particular water heater to work in my home, I would have insisted on a different water heater. Cash is too tight to pay the 2k right now so guess what? My family won't be taking baths for the foreseeable future. Also, they won't take back the water heater after it's been installed.
I doubt either of these situations were bait and switch and more likely honest (or incompetent) mistakes. However, they were highly costly mistakes to my family which a more professional company would have likely caught up front and informed me before the start of work began...
But it doesn't end there.
When I went to settle up and pay the agreed upon $1900 for the new tankless (the one that won't give me hot water into my bathtubs), Eliel informed me that they no longer accept Amex as payment. Odd as just 1 year earlier, they accepted it for the install of the water softener (and the later bypass for my yard).
I insisted that they call their credit card merchant and accept my Amex as I'd at least like to have the reward points for all this crap I've been put through.
They informed me that they'd accept it, but wanted to charge me a 2.75% fee for amex (which is illegal in the state of california and which I refused to pay).
Now I'm getting texts from them saying that all this is somehow my fault.
I'm not a plumber. I'm just a guy who wants and expects a certain level of professionalism from his vendors. As someone who has gone through numerous home renovations, I understand that issues come up after you tear into a project. But on both of the aforementioned jobs, I feel like a better effort to be forthcoming with the client was warranted, but not executed.
You can make your own conclusions from this point.

We had a positive experience from the initial contact with the front office. Robert not only fixed the original problem but also found and fixed a more serious issue. His rates are reasonable and he spent considerable time and effort to assure that things were done right.
