Cole was adorable. And he gave me a good offer.
My property was the issue. Most companies didn't even send me an offer.
It wasn't great- the two guys were at my house for over 12 hours
And I wouldn't pay them
It didn't work
And it was loud
Then Cole came back-
tbh I think the hvac should be moved to the attic

But- (a month later)
They replaced it.

My parents needed a new AC and heating unit this week, the one they had was from the 80's. They got referred a guy from Lowe's that required a $1000 deposit which didn't sound right to me.
