Best A/C Installation in Irvine CA

Service was done about a month ago. They have been to my house before when I moved  in for some quick fixes. Wanted to drop a review by saying they have been pro's at explaining and servicing all my plumbing needs. By far one of the best in Long Beach. They do not beat around the bush and go straight to the point at what you need and what needs to be done. There prices are fair and use premium products.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Update to my previous review... and Leland, I'm sorry it took a while as we were preoccupied with our son fracturing his arm right after I had written my first review. My husband was contacted by Leland and not only did he offer to refund the $69 diagnostic fee, he also offered to PAY the cost of having someone else come out and fix our a/c!! I have to say that I would have been delighted with just getting the $69 back. I really think they went above and beyond in offering (and we have received) to pay the other bill as well. I, indeed, believe they strive for 100% satisfaction! Of course, pricing is still an issue for me, but if I were in a bind, I don't believe I would hesitate to call them back and give them another try only because I believe they would really take care of any issues that I may have. You can't say that about too many businesses these days. Well done.

Price is very expensive ..    I had to have a toilet replaced and the guy Rick that did the job was nice enough and did a good job.  He put some cement around it ...   It took him about 3hrs and he charged me $900 ..    Again good work .. But very pricey !!

I ended up fixing my issue however calling them I got prompt service and very professional. They were able to get me a plumber within the hour grated it was 11 pm at night.

Excellent service. Punctual responses, including being flexible with the work date. Able to fit me in nearly last minute. Fair prices. He respects your property; making sure to cover TVs and other items. I would absolutely use Brayan again. Highly recommended.

Bob was amazing, he came out within a few hours, he went above and beyond to help me. He walked through the whole house to make sure I didn't have any leaks. I appreciated his knowledge about my water heater and pressure to the house. Her was very efficent with proposal and contacting me in case I had questions. Wonderful service!

Capistrano plumbing is THE best. I only trust them for my plumbing needs. I am so grateful to have Mike in our area. He is a true pro and 100% knows what he is doing and always saves me $$ because of his skills.

Matt from Seashore Plumbing was recommended on our neighborhood NextDoor Goldenwest website. Had three plumbing problems....kitchen sink, shower and bathroom sink. Called Matt.  He said he would arrive in 45 minutes and he was true to his word.  He fixed all three problems taking his time to do it right. The quality of work was excellent, he cleaned up after himself and the price was reasonable.  Would use him again and recommend him.

Just purchased a new property and was having a lot of plumbing issues. I came across pipe bros and decided to have them come out and fix the  problems. They were very fast, efficient, and did a great job.  The tech explained exactly what needed to be done, and I am extremely happy with the service. I will be using this company again in the future if I have any plumbing issues. Thanks for your hard work!!!

SJ Plumbing sent their senior tecnician Tim Torrez to fix the drainage problem of our bathtub. This is a 45-yr-old home with original fixtures in the bathtub and shower. Tim opened the plate on the tub's end to fish out the failed mechanism. He then replaced the plate with a new one. Now we just need to use a drain plug if we need to fill the tub, no need for the inside-the-wall contraption that plugs and unplugs the tub. Tim did everything in minutes. We are happy to pay their price, which we feel is very reasonable. SJ Plumbing is going to be our go-to plumbers now, and will request for Tim if he is available.

I contacted three contractors for estimates on a bathroom remodel. Dave not only responded in a timely manner, but he was the only one who came to see my bathroom in person. He gave an extremely thorough explanation of everything that he would be doing, & he also answered all of my questions in a very patient & easy to understand manner. Throughout the remodel, he consistently provided updates & confirmations as to what would be done when. When it came time for me to choose tile, he went & picked up samples & brought them to me so that I could see how each would look with the cabinets. The work he did was top notch, & I would highly recommend that anyone looking to remodel their home give Dave a call.

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

We had a pipe spring a leak over the weekend in the hot water line to our kitchen.  Carlos was able to come first thing Monday morning, go get the needed parts and returned and repaired the plumbing, all within an hour.  We will absolutely call SoCal Plumbing again.

Also, Jordan the plumber, was very diligent in making sure about the source of my plumbing problem. His work is very clean and it is evident he knows plumbing. This company gets 5 stars from me.

After receiving outrageous gas and water bills in January, a contractor friend said I probably had a slab leak. I had no idea how to handle so I started searching Yelp! and found C&C Plumbing.  Wow -- did I hit the jackpot. They were able to come out right away, detect the leak, give me options on how to fix, and completed the job that day. Not only were they on time, even early, they were reasonably priced, extremely nice and I felt comfortable right away, trusting they would fix the problem.  Today, my gas and water bills are back to normal, and I found my go to plumber from here on out.  Thanks C&C Plumbing!  You guys are awesome!!!

These guys saved me thousands. Another company which I won't name was price gouging me so I got a second opinion from Rooter Champion. They arrived on time and were professional and prompt. They camera scoped my sewer line and found the problem immediately. The technician (forgot his name) gave me options and we got it going right away!!
They completed my pipe replacement and got us flushing in one day. No issues whatsoever, 5 stars across the board - highly highly recommend Rooter Champion!!!

We were very happy with the project Ixtapa Construction completed at our home.  After interviewing and getting quotes from several general contractors, they provided a comprehensive detailed quote for the work at a fair price.  What sealed the deal for us in selecting them was meeting Jay and Alex, the principals of the company, and the input they provided for our project.  They provided many great ideas we had not considered and we are very happy with the results.

They were meticulous and all the workers on our project were professional and courteous. The scope of work included essentially a full interior remodel including converting a den into a bedroom and also painting/some repairs of the exterior.  There were no surprises in regards to costs at the end of the project and costs associated with changes as work progressed were clearly communicated to us.

We will definitely contact Ixtapa Construction for any future projects!
