Robert Fischer Plumbing was recommended by a friend and colleague so I used their services for the first time today.  The work to be done was related to the sale of our condo.  The buyer requested 3 repairs.  Josh provided the service and I was super impressed.  He explained everything he did and could have easily turned it into a bigger job than necessary. Honest, punctual, and professional at a fair price - what more could you want!?

Alberto did an excellent job! He took the time to find a solution to the problem instead of replacing both toilets unnecessarily. He was professional and thorough.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

AWESOME! Henry did an amazing job setting up our kitchen plumbing. He was quick and reliable.

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I also need to say to watch out for the $77 tune-up special (and this company in general).  It turned in to a $69 diagnostic fee that involved NO REPAIR work and a followup sales call with a 'supervisor' to pitch us an entirely new system.  The technician didn't even re-install the filter, after he claimed it was inadequate and was partly to blame for the need to replace our unit.  In addition, the service tech convinced my wife to sign up for a $12/month club membership agreement that held promises of future discounts and fee tuneups, plus a $20 savings on the diagnostic fee which we did not receive.  This all led to a call to the local air conditioning service place that had done our last service and they came out, blew out the condensation return pipe, put in a new filter and got our unit running normally - all for less than $100.  As per the usual case, when it sounds too good to be true, it is.

UPDATE 8-6-12: I was contacted my the owner Jeff, he asked if we can speak in person. He assured me they don't get comissions for their referrals and in fact it is illegal to get comission for referals in the state of California, please visit this page for more information cslb.ca.gov/Newsletter/2…

Like my previous reviews states, the only problem I had with them was the referrals, however after confirming this information I feel pretty satisfied working with Courtesy Plumbing.

Brayan is awesome. I urgently called him on a Saturday to do some work at my new home after a different handyman had stood me up. He was so accommodating; he shifted his schedule around to fit me in on Monday afternoon. He arrived on time and completed every task I had originally called for, plus some. He works hard, communicates well, is super friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely be calling him to complete other projects around the house. Highly recommend!

I've used Bob twice now.  The second time was to install new toilets I had delivered to my house.  I trusted Bob to do the installation instead of the contractor provided by the home improvement store where I purchased the toilets.  Bob showed up on time and did a great job.

Bob is hands down my best find on Yelp.  I recently requested quotes for what turned out to be a drain leak behind the drywall in my garage (I thought it was a concrete slab leak).  Bob came by for a free estimate, assessed the situation, and told me in very clear terms what the problem was.  Bob's estimate was extremely fair (I had received another estimate before Bob).

Bob did the job on time and for the price he quoted.  

The great thing about Bob is that he's a licensed plumber and general contractor so he's super knowledgeable and will give you his expert assessment from these two perspectives.  Because he is a general contractor, I had him look at other possible repairs around the house.  Stuff that I thought might be important to fix he recommended to leave alone.

In short, I really appreciated Bob's honesty, his straightforward assessment regarding repairs, and his very fair pricing.  I highly recommend Bob and would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Mike came over within a few hours to look at our shower, which had recently lost water pressure. He was very cautious with it, knowing it was our only shower and we couldn't be without it for too long. He explained as he went, tired a few things and got it working without having to replace any parts. He was very quick and the price was right. You could tell he wasn't going to try to upsell us or do crappy work. We will definitely call him next time we need a plumber we can trust!

After resolving a shower issue in excellent form I called Seashore Plumbing again to replace a broken water heater. They were able to quickly get over to our house, find the problem, and replace the water heater. Looks like excellent work and was done at a fair price. Clean and neatly installed. John has delivered as promised and beyond. Great guy with great moral standards. Great communication skill, prompt, and clean. John gave me option when other plumbers tried to make extra money off me creating work for themselves. John finished on time with great pricing. No extra hidden fees nor surprises. After completing his 1st job with me, I called him back to do my drainage for the walk in shower, of course awesome work! I will refer John to families and friends. Don't be too cheap with John, he is worth your money. In fact, I tipped him.

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! Dave and his crew were on time and finished the project as promised. He even told us of another problem with our outside electrical that he went ahead and fixed....no charge. we had a nightmare expierience with our original contractor and was looking for someone who we could trust. we found it in Dave and Smart and Handy. We will call him in the future....it's a no brainer!

I would go back to this company for any plumbing, heating or air-conditioning matters again and again! We needed a tune-up on our 20 year old air conditioner which we used to get through the San Diego Gas and Electric special program every other year. They discontinued that program so I called OC Plumbing because they were the ones that did our last tune-up. First of all, Rachel in the office was very sweet and helpful and sent out Tim to take care of and hopefully squeeze another couple years out of our AC unit. He was very patient, answered all my questions, worked in the attic and outside for a generous amount of time and even gave me a coupon on my bill without my asking. Very fair price for all the work he did. He did a great job and my AC is running much colder and efficient! THANK YOU!

I highly recommend Frank and Victor! We had 2 running toilets - Frank was extremely responsive and came the very next morning.  Outstanding customer service and very competitive price.  He and Victor are very reliable and trustworthy. Job was well done and he even fixed our master shower water pressure. If you're looking for a plumber, look no further and call Frank.

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

Phil with Revival Plumbing is and incredible asset if your home owner. I had to use him twice in the last year unfortunately but he came through for me each time. First time with a clog in my kitchen sink and the second time my drainage outside in my backyard was clogged with roots and in danger of damaging my neighbors house. Phil was out there quickly and charged more than fair price. I refer him to all my clients and will always use him
