Steve was great on the phone with providing a quick quote and one that was the best value quote we could find. With ours being an urgent issue he booked us in for the following day and his son came to fit the water heater. He wore a mask at all times however he didn't introduce himself so he caught my wife off guard slightly, but he was pleasant, continuously washed his hands and they did a fantastic job, hauled away the old heater, and we have a great 1 year warranty covered by Steve of any issues arise. We will definitely use Steve again.

I've never received such poor service. Besides the faucet dripping after a supposedly new one was installed, the owner then insisting it's normal and they'll charge me another $49 to come out again if he thinks nothing is wrong, today I noticed numerous scratches in the wood laminate flooring in front of the rug in front of the sink. I don't know what they did but clearly you can't trust these guys in your home. They could've easily put something down to protect the floor. They clearly don't care or only give good service to certain people. They only offer a 30 day guarantee on their own work but tell me delta offers a lifetime warranty on the faucet. Conveniently they took the box the faucet came in and any warranty information with them. The receipt they sent shows only one price for everything, $359. No company accepts that as proof of purchase. They were here for 30 minutes and only did damage

Two days to get a mini-split expert to our location, diagnosed a problem repair using guesswork. Quoted $500+ dollars for a warranty repair that covered parts. Time and materials is what is expected, they charge for knowledge, which was more guesswork that diagnosis.

Howald provided exceptional service again. Howald is our go-to for our HVAC needs including replace our complete system 5 years ago.  We had a plumbing issues so I called them. Wow!! They were able to address our shower issue in one call and serviced our other shower as well. I thought it was a valve issue, but their technician (Sam) determined it was a completely clogged filter.  He had us up in running (water) in no time.  Now our visiting family members have their own shower! Amazing service on Christmas Eve!!! Fixed a water pipe that had burst. From the time I called to schedule service to the time it was fixed was under 6 hours during an exceptionally busy time for them. Thank you for your timely response and professionalism.

We had to have our water lines replaced.  The guys did a great job.  Our estimate from Absolute Comfort was a fraction of a competitor's estimate.  They also moved the lines for our washer, cleaned out our crawl space, and installed a water softener.  We have more work that needs to be done, and we will be using Absolute Comfort again!

Called Blake after I noticed my slide room got wet during a rainstorm.  Was in a panic because we are full time, and my husband was out of town working.  Blake got Brittany out right away the same day.  She was very courteous and pleasant.  Blake followed up to make sure I was happy with the repairs.  Very honest people, highly recommend.
