Best Bathtub in Atlanta GA

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time.  Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.  
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.  
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.  
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved.  We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation.  I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.  
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

My water heater needed a replacement part. Rheem water heater was installed in 2020 and the gas thermostat went bad due to Rheem outsourcing the manufacturing of parts during the pandemic. The pilot would not stay lit.  D & S was great.  They moved around some service times so they could fit me in so I could have hot water as quickly as possible. They first came out Monday evening, told. me what part I needed to order from Rheem and the part was received Wednesday morning and D & S came out the same afternoon.  Thank you.  I have always had great service with this company. (For anyone else in this situation, talk to Customer Service department at Rheem and they can approve reimbursement of the labor cost. The first person you talk to will tell you no reimbursement. You just have to talk to the right person.)

I was super impressed with the kindness and professionalism Ben showed.  He not only examined my plumbing issues, he came up with a plan and then explained everything to me.  He holds organization and precision in high esteem.  Ben didn't just come in and start fixing things he took the time to know the owner, me.  It felt like it's part of his job.  It's as if he knows the customer he helps him do the work.  It's a package for him.  His work is outstanding.  I appreciated his kindness.

Very few companies operate in integrity these days. So the few that do really stand out. Chris came to my home to assess a leak we were having. He was able to figure out the leak and gave me several options on how to resolve it. When I decide to repair it, I will only use Crossroads Plumbing. I like his work ethic. He was completely honest with me and did not hound me about getting it done. He gave me the space I need to make a decision.

Wonderful!! They are absolutely wonderful, upfront pricing, honest workers, punctual, I will continue to recommend them to everyone in Bridgemill! We are relatively new to the neighborhood (Dec 2017) and had some weird pools of water in our garage. I looked around for a good plumber and found these guys on Facebook. I know all too well when businesses offer Free service calls, they end up trying to sell you on something crazy expensive or they nickel and dime you. These guys advertised an $80 service Call and that's what we were charged. No hidden fees, no nickel and dime charges, no up-selling, they showed up, tightened a couple of fixtures to the pipes inside the master bathroom wall and Voila! Problem solved! No more pools of water in the garage! I also walked them through the basement and had them look at a few areas of concern. They told me everything was great and that I could rest easy. Seriously, such a relief when a business doesn't take advantage of clients. Especially being that I'm a stay at home mom, I really appreciate the honesty. I can't tell you how sick it makes me when male owners or workers show up at your house, and act like because you're a female, you must have a lower IQ than them. Had a clogged toilet emergency. Very messy in the worst way.

Ray replied almost immediately to my service request. He gave me a minimum quote up front and was at my house within an hour.

After receiving a coupon in the mail from Casteel purporting a Complete Heating System Cleaning for $59, I was justifiably skeptical.  The fact that I received the coupon just a couple of days before the offer was due to expire raised another concern.  I called to make certain Casteel's definition of a complete heating system cleaning included the furnace coils and the blower fan.  As I suspected, the $59.00 lowball price didn't cover the complete cleaning of these essential components.  The very friendly Casteel phone representative informed me the price for these additional services would require me to pay an additional $750.00 to over $1,200.00.  I went elsewhere to have the work performed.

Buyer beware... this company has gotten thousands of dollars from me. They have charged me for services and never rendered the services. Stay away if you are in need of septic work.

We had to wait a while as they were so booked and now I can see why. Having someone this experienced to come out and do the job right was so worth it. We were so impressed and pleased by the work Byron did for us. We plan to use Heads from now on. They are a superior company!!

I had a outdoor water spigot that had an irrigation connector glued to it. Mr. Johnson came out immediately, had some apprentices with him, and all three were able to replace the spigot in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond the job. I told him that I had a dancing washing machine, and Mr. Johnson told me it needed to be leveled. Once they leveled the legs, the problem was solved. I told him that I'd like to try to do small repairs. I appreciated the fact that he respected my interest. Many people would consider that interference. He has made himself available to answer questions over the phone. I began replacing the complete innards of a toilet, but found that I could not work in the tight space. I called Mr. Johnson, and even though I told him it was not an emergency, he made an arrangement to come out almost immediately. While on the job, he showed me that the tank was cracked. I decided to replace the toilet. I asked him if he could pull it and if he had time to figure out why the sink faucet in that bath did not work. He said yes and told me the parts that I needed to purchase. I got pretty far with the replacement of the toilet and completed the installation of an aerator on the sink faucet, but needed him for one last step with the toilet.I  found out there was a leak under the sink, which was the underlying problem. Mr. Johnson graciously came out, cut the bolts to the toilet so they could be capped and fixed the leak under the sink. I've shared all of this to say that I would call him again and highly recommend him.
