Narciso set the time. I took off work to honor the time that HE set. He didn't show. After calling him, he said someone else would come to my house later that day which meant more time off work. That person didn't show either. Unreliable.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur.  On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed.  Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Buyer beware, money hungry. From Escalation of diagnostics to misdiagnosis. The audacity to charge $350 for a regular toilet bolt. Even after payment he failed to show up.

We had some slow running drains that needed cleared.  They were quick, professional, cared for the cleanliness of the house leaving it better than they found it. This company also offers military discounts. Thank you CP

TC Plumbing is great!

The (original) main sewer line for our nearly-60-year-old house had been frustrating us for years, and our 20-some-year-old blue-poly water main had already been repaired once for cracking and was due for an overall replacement now.

I called Tim Chen late on a Thursday afternoon-- around 4:00. Tim took the time to come and check out my situation that evening, when I was thinking the I'd be happy if he just come by the next day. He gave me several options to solve my problem, from a patch that would solve things for a while, to a total replacement that should last for decades, and he also offered to bundle the water main replacement at a huge discount.

These jobs had been quoted for me in the past by other plumbers, and the projects were simply too expensive to consider unless we had a total plumbing failure. Tim's prices were far more reasonable, and I had heard good things about him, so I took a chance.

His men were tied up on Friday morning, but he said he could do the work on Friday afternoon. The timeframe concerned me-- what if they couldn't finish before the end of Friday? However, Tim promised he could get the job done in a day, and we would have our plumbing back in service by Friday evening.

Not only did they complete a 100 foot sewage line replacement in a deep trench, and and a similar length of water main with copper, but they found time to replace a leaking, worn out faucet that I asked about late into the repair work.

Between their morning job and all of  my work, his crew must have worked a 12-hour-day, yet they stayed late and finished all the work, even the faucet, which I figured would get pushed until the next week, after they had worked so long on the sewer and water line.

I can't recommend Tim Chen highly enough. I can only describe Tim and his employees as polite, friendly, and professional.

I won't hesitate to call them the next time I have a plumbing repair need. or to recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

Delighted that we chose absolute plumbing to come do some work on the house we just bought. Justin and the other four gents who did the work over the past two days have been nothing but amazing. I'm very impressed with their work ethic and they were all so nice! We are definitely going to be repeat customers. Also really appreciated the text with a name and picture of the person coming out saying they were on their way for our original quote. Thank you again to the team, you have put us at ease.

We have been using these folks for over 20 years now, and never had a problem.  I do most of the plumbing tasks around our house, so we only call them when something is going seriously wrong, and they have always shoehorned us into their schedule.  Great family business, with good folks who absolutely know what they are doing.  We have never had to have them come out a second time because a repair didn't work the first time.  For a plumber, that's incredibly important.  Middle of the road prices for top of the line service.

company re did the whole air conditioning duct system last year.  No air was coming from the kitchen vent. Had another company look at it. said the duct work was ran wrong
. No I have to pay someone else to fix Casteel's mistake!!!:(
Not a happy camper.

Delta Plumbing is busy for a reason.  They give good and fair prices and explain what is wrong so that you can make an informed decision. Nathan serviced me this time and he did a very good job.  I have used them before and have never had a major problem.

My appointment was scheduled early this week for 3pm-5pm today. I recieved a call at 3pm lettibg me know that I needed to pay $100 before they would dispatch a technician, since it was after hours. I called back to make the payment, but I had a few questions first. Ms. Maddox was very argumentative and avoided answering my questions. After I gave my credit card information, I was called by the owner to tell me that they would not be coming out due to too many red flags. Very sketchy and unprofessional. I would not recommend utilizing this company.

Mr Johnson is very knowledgeable in water heaters for houses.  He has years of experience. I live in a condo my water heater is in my attic. I felt like he wasn't accustom to my unique situation, which is understandable. I would recommend him for houses only.
