Narciso set the time. I took off work to honor the time that HE set. He didn't show. After calling him, he said someone else would come to my house later that day which meant more time off work. That person didn't show either. Unreliable.

If I could give them more stars, I would! We received exemplary service from the moment I spoke with Ben concerning the issues we were having in our home (water leak/damaged basement ceiling/water heater malfunctions) to having Nick in our home repairing those issues. They both were very professional, clearly knowledgeable in their field, and honest, which speaks volumes to me because they could have easily taken advantage of my mother and I, who knows very little about any of this. If you're looking for a business that offers excellent customer service and one that gets the job done right, look no further because you've just hit the jackpot!

Matt showed up when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the issue. Though there was nothing for him to fix (he advised me to call a septic company out), he spent time to explain the issue. He even told me what to tell the septic company I needed. He was honest, professional and very likeable. I will definitely call him back when I have more work to do!

Professional, dependable, cordial and all at a reasonable price. Scott came out and fixed our leaking Roman bath faucet. I was impressed by his workmanship. I highly recommend Plumbers United!

We had some slow running drains that needed cleared. They were quick, professional, cared for the cleanliness of the house leaving it better than they found it. This company also offers military discounts. Thank you CP

I had a outdoor water spigot that had an irrigation connector glued to it. Mr. Johnson came out immediately, had some apprentices with him, and all three were able to replace the spigot in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond the job. I told him that I had a dancing washing machine, and Mr. Johnson told me it needed to be leveled. Once they leveled the legs, the problem was solved. I told him that I'd like to try to do small repairs. I appreciated the fact that he respected my interest. Many people would consider that interference. He has made himself available to answer questions over the phone. I began replacing the complete innards of a toilet, but found that I could not work in the tight space. I called Mr. Johnson, and even though I told him it was not an emergency, he made an arrangement to come out almost immediately. While on the job, he showed me that the tank was cracked. I decided to replace the toilet. I asked him if he could pull it and if he had time to figure out why the sink faucet in that bath did not work. He said yes and told me the parts that I needed to purchase. I got pretty far with the replacement of the toilet and completed the installation of an aerator on the sink faucet, but needed him for one last step with the toilet.I found out there was a leak under the sink, which was the underlying problem. Mr. Johnson graciously came out, cut the bolts to the toilet so they could be capped and fixed the leak under the sink. I've shared all of this to say that I would call him again and highly recommend him.

Contacted this company for what I thought would be a simple sink faucet and garbage disposal install. The tech advised that some pipes under the sink needed to be replaced so I ok'd that as part of the work. Two months later, everything he installed is leaking; ruined the cabinet under the sink, so now I have to get that fixed also. Also, he seated the drain in my new sink with a pile of plumber's putty. The drain still does not sit correctly.
Long and short, I have to pay someone else to correct what I paid him to fix and then pay the added expense of repairing my ruined cabinet under the sink. You've been warned.

Too many unanswered calls beyond their operators who take messages and the plumbers on call. Their operators seem friendly but between cell phones & company phones, the place plumbers have to get better with scheduling. Its better to be transparent than a company that dodges or avoids. Also found out they schedule times without customer awareness even after promising times.

So we called H&G Plumbing & Septic because they had done some work for us in 2016 without any issues by Josh. Not sure how the companies are connected, but in December 2019 after calling them about a septic tank issue within a day or so Plumb-All came out. The guy that came out was nice and explained the issue (think it was Jimmy). He stated the tank needed to be pumped and the field lines needed to be treated or replaced. Okay no problem, lets do the treatment. Well we had to leave the house for a few errands, later questioned if the tank had truly been pumped because we were not gone that long and never saw another truck come. Paid the $2550, told we should be good. Well within 11 days, the water from the tank was backing up again through the basement drains. Called them back, they immediately returned and then stated the entire field line system needed to be replaced. If you know septic tanks, you know this is not cheap, quoted 12-15K. So we wanted to get a second opinion. Well we did and that was not the issue and the second company questioned if it had really been pumped also. When my husband called Plumb-All back to inform them that we didn't feel comfortable replacing the entire system and what the second company said, they wanted to back peddle, send another tech out and see what the problem really was. Thought you told us already? We informed them they could but we would not give them another dime, because at this point we no longer felt they were trustworthy.
We went with the second company, the issue was a clog from the house to the tank and cost another $2500, the tank also had to be pumped since not done the first time. They completed the work on December 17, 2020 and we've had no additional issues. Thankful we got a second opinion.

Bought my a/c in the fall, good install everything ok. Service on time, still good. Called office for a thermostat question on Sat morning, Bobby said he was in the car, I suggested he call on Monday, he said he would. I sent him my contact info. No call on Monday, Tuesday, on Wednesday, I called the office, they apologized, would get call to rep and he would call ASAP. No call on Wednesday so I called back about noon on Thursday and Bobby called back. I asked my my question, got an answer but not much information. I thought follow up after the sale was important but he said he was busy. I've recommended them twice, but no more.

In short, Allgood is a RIPOFF! An Allgood technician/plumber came out to give an estimate on a dripping bathtub faucet. $345! I was quoted. Just by looking at it he told me the cartridge would have to be replaced in the handle portion, basically rebuilding the inside. I asked that it's not just a washer that needs replacing and he told me that this particular faucet doesn't use washers anymore. I asked if it would be cheaper to replace the entire faucet and he told me that job would be approx. $750 because he'd have to knock out some of the wall! Really!? So, for this I paid $39 for the visit which would be applied to the total. Instead, I called a handyman that I'd hired for a couple of different types of jobs. He actually installed two tiny replacement cups with springs (the new-fangled washers, I suppose), NOT A CARTRIDGE in less than 30 minutes for $75 ONLY! Now that's honest work and someone we can trust to do a good job for a FAIR PRICE. I'll never call Allgood again.

If you value convenience and comforts of things like say, hot water or properly function HVAC in your home, take a little time and find a company that is qualified, takes pride in their work, will follow up for your service needs and actually cares about its reputation. This is NOT that company. Save yourself the stress and frustration.
