This company has exceptional customer service.  The response time is fast and the ability to troubleshoot your issue is great. I will keep them as my go to for future service needs.

My water heater needed a replacement part. Rheem water heater was installed in 2020 and the gas thermostat went bad due to Rheem outsourcing the manufacturing of parts during the pandemic. The pilot would not stay lit.  D & S was great.  They moved around some service times so they could fit me in so I could have hot water as quickly as possible. They first came out Monday evening, told. me what part I needed to order from Rheem and the part was received Wednesday morning and D & S came out the same afternoon.  Thank you.  I have always had great service with this company. (For anyone else in this situation, talk to Customer Service department at Rheem and they can approve reimbursement of the labor cost. The first person you talk to will tell you no reimbursement. You just have to talk to the right person.)

I live with my elderly Mother to oversee things.  Her house is about 50 years old. We had a 'Main break' & I was terrified she'd no longer be able to stay here!  All about plumbing was the first to respond out of all the companies I called.  Scott was professional, made my Mother feel safe & I felt confident. Louis Fecteau did an amazing job and probably saved my bathroom from total ruin. My husband and I have several businesses and are ashamed to say our regular plumber (who we've used for years) did not come close to Louis. Thank you!

He gave me a 4 to 6 arrival time. Called before arriving at 4:30. Figured out the garbage disposal was bad and had a new one on the truck. Cost $345 installed. Peter pointed out a few other problems that need to be fixed. He's very friendly and professional. Peter knows his business. I will definitely use him again in the future. Recommend.

Payed $10,500 to replace old copper pipes with PEX. Plumbers did not secure the shower fixtures behind the wall nor put screws back to secure the fixtures trim. The reason was because the patched and painted the wall behind and didn't what to reopen up the wall to correct the problem. They just left it as is. Photos attached. Many drywall patches throughout the house have to be fixed due to very poor craftsmanship. Not to mention the two large holes in the wall that were never patched due to their plumber attaching the main outside waterline to the interior. Unfortunately there have been many emails, text, calls, to Joni with her not calling back to address any of these issues. Oh yeah.... The drywall team who patched the holes, didn't cover much of the furniture.  We have a contract Warrenty on the PEX for 25 years, but are not confident Greenlee will uphold their end considering they didn't even care to finish the job. Good luck to those who have used this company and have plumbing problems under their Warrenty.  I hired this company based on great reviews and don't understand how my experience was so different.  I guess I just got unlucky. I hope you have better luck than I.

Gareth came out the same day I called to fixed simple clogged toilet quickly and efficiently, and left the area clean. Similar job by another plumber cost considerably more. Definitely recommend Plumbing Express!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and a vacation planned the next day. Ray got me scheduled to fit my already busy day. Chandler diagnosed the problem, helped me choose a good quality faucet, installed it, and repaired additional leak points under the sink. He couldn't have been more professional or courteous. The costs were reasonable too.

Lucked out forty years ago, when we started buying rental properties, to find Keep Smiling Plumbing!  My husband traveled, so when a plumbing problem came up, I didn't have to panic being by myself because Beverly and Carl, who own Keep Smiling Plumbing, could be counted on for good advice, excellent service and the best products.  They also helped us find other reliable companies, example, a good septic-tank company.  I think of them as friends.

Now, we have retired out of GA.  My son, who lives in GA, counts on Beverly and Carl's kids, Adria and Brant, to take care of his home and rental properties.  Definitely a fine family business to hire!

The service was great fixed my problem quickly. I called him and explained my issue and he stated that he would be at my house to fix my problem within the hour. He arrived within the time frame he said he would and explained the best plan of action and did the work and then had me look at his work before closing up so that I was sure of the solution  . Great service

Casteel technician was very knowledgeable and very informative.  He made me aware that my system was obsolete and showed me article to prove his case.  He also told me the type of system he would recommend but left it to us to decide.  He also took care of the tune up of the other system even though it was part of the work.  

The salesperson of Casteel was also great and listened to our needs.  He understood our situation and gave us the best deal of a new system.
