Best Water Heater Installation in Atlanta GA

I have used TE plumbing, electrical and heating and air.  All I can say is I have had no bad experience.  They have always been on time , very informative and reliable.  DeAndre Small, drain tech, came to my house because my drain was backing in the kitchen.  He was very professional and took care of the problem immediately.  I put a lot of rice down the disposal.  I will use TE in the future.

Our guest bathroom sink had been stopping up for a few weeks and we tried at home remedies to fix it before calling plumbing. I went on Ola Talks via Facebook to search reputable companies and D&S was the best! Seth was very knowledgeable with information, future do's and don'ts and pricing. He got the job done in 5 minutes for half the price quoted because it was thankfully a simple fix. I'll def call this company in the future if we need them. Thank y'all!!

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur.  On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed.  Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Ken has helped me several times. He beat every estimate to replace a broken water line in my front yard on Christmas Eve years ago. Since then he has installed my two water heaters, changed my faucets, and helped friends with minor issues. If he can work you into his schedule, use him.

We've had a history of mixed results depending on which company sends which plumber out to fix issues, often resulting in large bills without the issue actually being fixed or another popping up. Kenny and Ramon changed our mind about plumbing companies and we won't use anyone else. I've been impressed with the professionalism and how personable and polite they are. These guys work until the issue is truly identified and fixed, without the pressure of up-selling and driving revenue.

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time.  Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.  
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.  
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.  
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved.  We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation.  I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.  
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

Peter was quick to respond to my inquiry when we discovered a challenging leak in our bathroom. He arranged a time for the following morning, was on time, and quickly diagnosed our issue. He took the time to educate us on the issues and needed repairs and did a great job for a great price. I think Pete & Smart Plumbing will be our go to plumber from now on!

BE CAREFUL.... I was quoted on price on the phone ( I was very specific on my needs) and when the contractor got there it was DOUBLE the quoted price for a toilet replacement.  I escorted them to the door.  

I also paid for a 50 gallon water tank, they attempted to bring in a 40 gallon.  BAIT and SWITCH.  Watch what they do.

I am writing this review for ladies like myself who need a plumber, but do not know who to trust. I called Plumbing Express this morning because I was having a problem with my hot water. By 3:30pm I had a plumber at my door.
This very knowledgable young man, Russell Turner, found the problem quickly. He educated me on what the problem was. He could have easily tried to sell me a new hot water heater. He didn't.
I would recommend this company and Russell without hesitation.

It was Sunday morning emergency and Ray responded quickly. He came in and did a solid job, changing 3 shut-off valves under a sink. During the process, another major leak was discovered and Ray fixed it too.
Thank you, man. I will recommend his service and will use it again myself.

After trying two different plumbers for a job, one who told me I was wrong in what was going on and both of which never showed up after giving me an estimate, I contacted Mighty Plumbing. I had some tricky requests and they assured me they could do it. They came out and evaluated and came back and finished the job as planned. Work is good and I'm up and running.

Great plumbing service the reviews I read in choosing this company didn't do it any justice albeit THEY were all POSITIVE. The guy Gary who showed up at my house was very nice & knowledgeable. I have a few more things to be done & these guys will be doing it.

Quick,  thorough, and able to resolve problem at rental property. Would definitely recommend to others and will use services in the future.

We received exemplary service from the moment I spoke with Ben concerning the issues we were having in our home (water leak/damaged basement ceiling/water heater malfunctions) to having Nick in our home repairing those issues. They both were very professional, clearly knowledgeable in their field, and honest, which speaks volumes to me because they could have easily taken advantage of my mother and I, who knows very little about any of this. If you're looking for a business that offers excellent customer service and one that gets the job done right, look no further because you've just hit the jackpot!

have used Casteel for various services from HVAC, plumbing  and electrical. they claim to have 24/7 service but that is just plain not true. the last two experiences were just plain bad. I called once for plumbing and they just didn't answer their phone and not till 5 days later they called me back on the messages I had left them, was able to schedule through their online services a date prior them calling back. but on the last encounter my breaker kept tripping which is the breaker also for my furnace. they promised they would be out that day, send me text confirmation for appointment between 2 and 6pm, but at 5pm they call and say sorry we are not coming.by that time it was to late to call another company, so Casteel left me in the cold for that day!!! Lost complete trust in this company, they in past did good work, but are on the very expensive end, so also expect that level of customer service and they fell flat miserably on that end
