Best Toilet Installation in Atlanta GA
Same day service for a broken A/C unit that is 14 yrs old! We were thrilled and so happy since it happened on a HOT day! Jonathan fixed our system. He was incredibly personable, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his work! He made sure we saw the issue/status before and after it was corrected. Didn't try to ridiculously upsell us like the last A/C repair company did. We signed up for annual maintenance checks so we can plan any work or a new system versus freak out when something goes wrong.

Definitely my go to for plumbing. Great customer service and expertise. They installed a new toilet, replaced a pedestal sink, and replaced a filter for me. I would never think of using anyone else. Steven is great; he arrives as scheduled, gets right to work, leaves the area clean. Absolutely call D&S if you need work professionally done.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time. Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

We have a shower that over a long period of time kept developing leaks from the faucet stems wearing out. The old style hot and cold handles when tightened over a long period of time wore down the stems. Smiley had changed the stems once before about 4 years prior.
Upon arrival their plumber, John suggested we consider going to a single handle valve so the same problem would not come up again.
To be fair he did tell me the price. It would be $1,256.00.
Just after he started I asked how long the job should take. About 2 hours, was the answer.
The bill I got had 2 line items. The part was $168.00, which I think was very reasonable. The remaining part of the bill of $1,088.00 was 100% for the plumbers installation time to do it.
John's actual time for completion was 2 hours and 55 minutes.
The next day I called Smiling to see if the job that worked out to an installation charge of $544.00/hr on the book time for the job to $365.00 for the actual time on the job was correct.
I spoke with William. He was immovable, that was the price. He didn't want to acknowledge that bottom line, the math noted above was a valid and reasonable way for one to look at the cost of the job. Stated that no reputable plumbing Co. would charge on an hourly basis. HMMM!
The charge is based on a plumbing manual assignment of time for said job. He indicated the the actual time John took was a little longer than the norm, which would mean the $544.00/ hour was closer to the expected norm.
My opinion is that if they are looking at 2 hours of time to complete a plumbing job, then that cost is unreasonably high and that it should be reasonable to reassess the charge.
The plumbing job was well done by John. No complaint on the quality of work.
I had to do the dry walling of the hole left from the dry wall cut out. Not a problem for me, but feel it should have been clear that that important part of the completion of the job is 100% on the home owner.

I was so impressed with this service. I was in crisis mode with a leak and they came right away. Narcicio was efficient, communicative, thorough, and honest. He truly went above and beyond and we are having him return to fix some non-urgent issues next week.

It was Sunday morning emergency and Ray responded quickly. He came in and did a solid job, changing 3 shut-off valves under a sink. During the process, another major leak was discovered and Ray fixed it too.
Thank you, man. I will recommend his service and will use it again myself.

Our sewer line backed up in the basement. After another company's high estimate I called Mighty Plumbing. Adrian gave a fair quote after asking a couple questions to confirm issue over the phone. Bobby came the next morning and clog was fixed. He was honest and knowledgable; old school good business. Saving your number. Thanks!

Same day service! Reasonably priced, great work and honest. We would highly recommend Ben and his company. He replaced our water heater on the same day. No cold showers for this family!

We had never had our septic serviced after buying our home in 2010, and I don't know that it was ever pumped prior to our moving in -- so we decided it was high time to get it pumped. I contacted Twins along with 2 other local companies. Twin's pricing was in the middle, they had great reviews here on Yelp, and they were prompt in their response to my inquiries. We got the service scheduled that same week at 11 a.m. and the guys called me shortly before that time, to confirm they were on their way. Upon arrival, I told them I had no clue where our septic was located (who knows these things?) so they quickly went to work finding it. Turns out it's close to my house, near our HVAC units and so they told me they had put a call out (call before you dig!). Once the lines were flagged, they told me to call back to reschedule. After the power and gas lines were flagged, I called and was able to reschedule for that same week.
They charged us an additional $50 to clear cut the underbrush and tree branches that were in the way on the side of our property (totally reasonable price!). [Note: The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because whatever they used for the clear-cutting also left big track marks in my yard across the grass in the backyard. My yard is by no means pristine so it wasn't a huge deal - and my yard is not the easiest to work with because our house is built into a hill. But if I had really nice grass or sod, I would not have been happy with the track marks their machinery left behind.]
Ultimately, all went great and they took care of our system. Will be using them again if event of any problems, or for routine maintenance in the future.

While I appreciate the initial customer service & responsiveness, the follow-up was horrible. The technicians hit my data line around noon on a Friday, and I didn't discover it until I got home around 3 pm. Needless to say, I was left with no tv or internet with an expected repair data/time from my internet provider of Monday between 8-12 noon which meant I'd have to take off work. Fortunately I woke up early and was able to get a Saturday repair but no one from Delta ever even called to follow up, and on top of it, after they made my repair I was told I still have a leak so I guess I paid them for a repair but since I still have a leak, who knows?? They we're the ones who told me where my leak was. All I can say is, be careful.

I really can't say enough good things about A-Total. Brad was our technician and he and a couple of other guys came out to replace the copper pipes in our home. We had dealt with 8+ pinhole leaks and finally realized it wasn't a problem that would be solved by just patching. Brad was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was also so thoughtful in that we always had a working shower and toilet - which is really nice when the four of us are getting ready for school and work. We were just really impressed with how professional and especially kind Brad was. We just had a great experience with A-Total. We can't recommend them enough.

I had a outdoor water spigot that had an irrigation connector glued to it. Mr. Johnson came out immediately, had some apprentices with him, and all three were able to replace the spigot in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond the job. I told him that I had a dancing washing machine, and Mr. Johnson told me it needed to be leveled. Once they leveled the legs, the problem was solved. I told him that I'd like to try to do small repairs. I appreciated the fact that he respected my interest. Many people would consider that interference. He has made himself available to answer questions over the phone. I began replacing the complete innards of a toilet, but found that I could not work in the tight space. I called Mr. Johnson, and even though I told him it was not an emergency, he made an arrangement to come out almost immediately. While on the job, he showed me that the tank was cracked. I decided to replace the toilet. I asked him if he could pull it and if he had time to figure out why the sink faucet in that bath did not work. He said yes and told me the parts that I needed to purchase. I got pretty far with the replacement of the toilet and completed the installation of an aerator on the sink faucet, but needed him for one last step with the toilet.I found out there was a leak under the sink, which was the underlying problem. Mr. Johnson graciously came out, cut the bolts to the toilet so they could be capped and fixed the leak under the sink. I've shared all of this to say that I would call him again and highly recommend him.

Tried to schedule a visit to get a quote on a whole house Trane air filtration system system. Just got off the phone with the third person in the process. Somehow, the wires got crossed with all the phone calls and this person thought I wanted to replace my entire air conditioning system. Not sure how that info got passed along the phone chain at Casteel. She passed my info on to yet another department (fourth) to schedule an appointment for the quote. As I'm writing this I haven't received the call back from the 4th department.
Casteel has a totally inadequate process in place to address customer support. Wouldn't it be nice to just call the number listed on their website and get an adequate response? It's been an unbelievaeable process so far.
Will re-post a review if/when I actually get to schedule someone to come out and look at my system and provide a quote. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
