Best Heater Repair in Atlanta GA
TE installed two new AC units for us. Nick was the installer and he took the time to answer our questions. After the job everything was cleaned up so well that you'd never know we had a project at the house that day.

We were having some issues with our kitchen sink where the water was just not coming out but a small trickle. The service technician was prompt, friendly, and very sincere when explaining the issue. Will definitely call them again if ever we need a plumber!!

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

I live with my elderly Mother to oversee things. Her house is about 50 years old. We had a 'Main break' & I was terrified she'd no longer be able to stay here! All about plumbing was the first to respond out of all the companies I called. Scott was professional, made my Mother feel safe & I felt confident. Hope I never have to again, but if neede I'll call them first! Thanks!

I called with an issue and he guided me through and we determined that it wasn't a plumbing issue. Great company that's in it to resolve your issue and not take your money!!

I called Smart Plumbing to see if they could re-route copper pipes from the floor to the wall for a double vanity in a guest bathroom. Peter came the next day. He gave me a 2 hour arrival window and was here well within that timeframe. He's friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done pretty quickly. He came back the following day to complete the job once we had done some sheet rock work. I really don't have any way to run a comparison as far as price. Seemed a bit high but I feel he provided a quality service. Great job and I would highly recommend him.

Narciso set the time. I took off work to honor the time that HE set. He didn't show. After calling him, he said someone else would come to my house later that day which meant more time off work. That person didn't show either. Unreliable.

Highly recommend GreenLee Plumbing. Whole large house repipe completed in two days. Crew was on time and professional. Communication was timely and detailed. Crew chief Brad spent time educating us on the process and answering all of our questions. Surgical in cutting of drywall keeping repairs required to a minimum. Exceeded our expectations. Thanks!

After researching numerous plumbers in my area, my wife and I decided to go with Plumbing Express. On the initial site visit David gave us clear insight as to how he would move our gas line. I preferred the line to extend from the current location ( not moved completely which would have involved new exterior holes cut into the kitchen wall; easier and quicker for the plumber compared to extending existing pipe ). He let us know that would not be an issue. He was very professional and gave us some tips to help us further along our renovation project. The price was competitive and fair. I would highly recommend Plumbing Express.

I've known Robert, Bob for about 20 years and has saved my business from plumbing disasters a number times! Quick response and very well priced. He also has done a great job at my residence, and I've recommended him to many friends and family. Very pro!

My first contact with Keep Smiling Plumbing was very positive. They even come out to your home without charging a service fee. The mandatory service fee is an ethically questionable method used to make money even if no service is rendered. I had high hopes that I had found a really honest plumber. We had a hot water dispenser on our kitchen sink that quit working and we needed it replaced. We had already purchased our replacement. Businesses hate this because they make a tidy sum selling products to customers that they buy and resell at a significant additional charge. This job was an easy change for a professional. The plumber arrived on time, looked over the job and gave us a quote of nearly $300. I was shocked but thanked him for his time but told him we couldn't afford that much. Since I am old and have fairly severe arthritis it is very difficult and very painful to crawl around under a sink and work overhead. Anyway, I decided to try. I went to Ace Hardware, got the additional tools and parts I needed. After studying the instructions carefully and finding the correct tools I completed the job myself. Actual work time: about 30 mins. Total cost: about $20. I am no handyman-few skills and little experience. I would gladly have paid $100 or so but I'm glad that I didn't. Profit is one thing but today all we see is rampant greed. If we could find an honest plumber/electrician with reasonable prices we could use them often and recommend them to the other owners in our HOA.

Messaged these guys on Yelp, they replied immediately. Chandler (the plumber) came in and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with Sarah's continued prompt responses on Yelp to all my inquiries and our Suwanee and Buford area office tech that came out. He gladly even came out a second time at our request to touch up a repair item. T Byers

I was extremely pleased by their professionalism and quality of service. Ben took time to explain the cause of my faucet leak and fixed it immediately. The price was extremely fair. I highly recommend this service. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues.

Update: after posting a negative review, we were finally contacted by the company. Brett, from upper management was, without question, the rudest man i have ever spoken with. If he is a representative of the value they place in customers, I will stay far, far away.
We have used and loved Casteel for almost 10 years. Recently they went under new ownership and it is now a big company that has employed people that are not experts and don't value long time customers. About a month ago, the installation team replaced the wrong unit which left us out $8000 and with an AC unit still not working. Not to mention, the installers left a mess and failed to replace a part that caused our basement to flood. We left multiple messages and finally were called by one person that said he'd get back to us and never did. We have waited so long to see if Casteel would fix their HUGE error and they never did that we finally called another company that understood we had limited options because we just paid $8000 to replace a working unit, and they at least got up and running for a reasonable fee. We definitely won't be using Casteel anymore which is a shame because they used to be a company we could trust.

Money was put back into my account the day after I posted on Yelp. Was called by Cindy who seemed like she was hired for damage control. I felt like I got an apology from a politician.
