Same day service for a broken A/C unit that is 14 yrs old! We were thrilled and so happy since it happened on a HOT day! Jonathan fixed our system. He was incredibly personable, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his work! He made sure we saw the issue/status before and after it was corrected. Didn't try to ridiculously upsell us like the last A/C repair company did. We signed up for annual maintenance checks so we can plan any work or a new system versus freak out when something goes wrong.

It was 4:30 pm and D&S plumbing came within the hour to our house which was flooded for an unknown reason. They couldn't find the leak and recommended someone who could and they came very soon after. No charge for the visit. Thank you!

Peter was able to give me an online quote in less than an hour for two problems. Although planned for next morning, he had a cancellation and called me up. I just bought my house so 2 things turned into a few since I had him here. Up front with costs as he went and cleaned up after himself.  Also showed me where the main shut off valve was located. Good to know. I highly recommend.

Brandon...Personable, likeable, very professional master plumber.   He did the jobs thoroughly, in a timely manner, was so clean and neat and most of all resolved my problems that I was so worried about beforehand. No more plumbing stress! I am 74 and have known many plumbers, to my dismay. I have been using Greenlee for my plumbing needs for the last 6 years. It began with an overall good experience on yard water line with Gary back in 2008,then faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc. including my mother in law's house.   Brandon was so knowledgeable, bright, and patient that it was such a pleasure just being in his company. I called another plumbing service to ask for quotes to replace a galvanized water line to my home, and possibly a new hot water heater. Wow, what a hassle. Chatty reps with no show appointments.

After cutting ties to any communication with this service, I called Plumbing Express. Immediately, Jim Knuckles contacted me and we set up an appointment the next day. Jim was on time, courteous, and assessed my plumbing needs, checked for any additional issues, and within an hour after he arrived, had a rough estimate for me...at a very fair price.
Jim did not try to over sell . He stated what needed to be addressed, what would need to be addressed soon, and what would not need to be addressed..offered me the necessary information to make my own decision, no pressure.
Now...as far as the/installation and repairs...great job. Jim was on time and went over and beyond to take care of the issues we agreed on. Quality work and attentive to detail.

Dawson the technician was great , he came on time and was very pleasant and helpful with my issues with the pipes and toilet. He checked and double checked his work before leaving , which showed that he has a lot of pride in his work. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs .

. We called them and received a quick service call. Repairs were done in less than an hour and cost was reasonable. We will use them again !

I called A Plus after receiving a quote from another plumbing company after a cartridge in one of our shower heads broke and left a steady stream of water running which required us to turn off water in the home. This was on a Monday.

I had seen that they perform emergency service so I called them. They gave me a reasonable quote and said they could come in the afternoon on Tuesday. I told them my roommate would be available after 3pm to which they said that was fine.

At noon on Tuesday, I got a text that he was on his way but I told him that no one would be there until after 3. At 3pm, I texted him and said that someone was home to which he responded ok. At 5pm, I got a text asking what time was good for tomorrow. Apparently he got gotten caught up on another job. To which I said, you said you could do it today and that my roommate had cleared his schedule for it. If not tonight, then you need to come first thing in the morning before my roommate has to leave. He said he wouldn't come that night and wouldn't come the next day until the afternoon (which I had clearly stated wouldn't work). Mind you we have no water in the home because it was gushing out when not turned off. He concluded the convo with I'm not coming.

After that, I called another independent plumber who bought the needed piece and had it fixed within an hour.

The customer service is poor. I'm of the impression if you aren't able to live up to your schedules, then you quickly work to rectify them. If you need emergency service, I would look elsewhere.

An update on my experience with Aaron's. I spoke with their manager, Tim, who apologized for cancelling our scheduled appointment. He offerred to reimburse us the cost of having someone else come out. Good service recovery!

Same day service! Reasonably priced, great work and honest. We would highly recommend Ben and his company.  He replaced our water heater on the same day. No cold showers for this family!

I'm the coldest day of the year here in Georgia my HVAC froze and wasn't heating.  I called and booked an appointment online through there easy book system on their website between the hours of 2pm to 6pm.  It wasn't until 2:22pm that I get a message Hello this is Casteel Heating, Air & Plumbing. Due to the number of emergency calls that have come in we do not have the capacity to handle all of the booked calls for today. Please respond via text to advise a day within the next few days for us to get a tech out for your call. Thank you for your patience with us and we do apologize for all inconvenience. Thank you- Casteel.  The website says same day service guaranteed.  I understand that there are emergencies, however, what makes my emergency any less if I booked an appointment and the appointment was confirmed at 7:36am in the morning.  Then I'm order to speak to someone, I call the office and no one answers the phone.  This is completely unacceptable...I have small children and with this severe temperature in Georgia I cannot be without heat.  I will never ever ever call Casteel nor recommend Casteel to anyone and I know lots of people as I am a teacher in the public school system...

Mad props to Coolray.  They have maintained my HVAC for 12 years now.  Recently I had an issue with some of my ducts (which they did not install, it was done before I bought the house).  The problem happened during a renovation when some things needed to be moved around in the attic.  Coolray had sent a technician just to do a usual seasonal check up when they figured out that there was an issue connecting the ducts and that I would be wasting a ton of energy.  He did a fix on the issue but when the contractor got back up in the attic, the fix had not stuck.  So I called Coolray back out.  No problem, they'd send someone out again at no charge.  Different tech this time but also clean cut, real upbeat and equally knowledgeable as the first guy.  About 20 minutes later he nailed it and got the problem solved.  Within a month GA Power sent me a letter noting that my energy consumption had dropped.  That's probably the thing I cannot underscore enough--over the years I have never had a single guy with Coolray.  I have met probably 6-7 different technicians.  They are ALL good guys.  Guys I would have no problem leaving at home with my family if I was not there. I don't know how they hire but I am assuming they have a pretty high standard and that their people must drink the Kool-Aid because I have not talked to a single person over there that was not super nice and buttoned up.  I just renewed a 5-year maintenance deal with them because I know that when the )#%*)#%& hits the fan they will do a good job for me.
