Best Gas Furnace Repair in Atlanta GA

TE installed two new AC units for us. Nick was the installer and he took the time to answer our questions. After the job everything was cleaned up so well that you'd never know we had a project at the house that day.

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

Great customer service! The owner comes out to all new client appointments and conducts the service himself. I had my AC unit checked for routine maintenance as well as a garbage disposal repair. He kept me updated throughout the appointment on his findings and even taught me a few things along the way. My new go-to for all things plumbing, electrical and HVAC related.

Donnie and Justin provided exceptional customer service. They were clearly communicating and educating me on my issue and resolution. They showedpatience and expertise. I will defintely be using this company on the future and recommending them for all my friends and family. Thank you!

I had a problem with a heating unit (furnace) that was having a lighting problem. Long wait for the technician and I am overall very dissatisfied with the service and recommendation.  The technician stated that the combustion chamber baffles were cracked and recommended replacement of the furnace at a cost of $4000+. The service call was supposed to cost $89 however he charged me over $100.  He did not use a combustion analyzer or check gas line pressure.  When I had the furnace pulled and inspected, there were no cracks in the combustion chamber.  Overall I feel that this was a sales pitch for a new furnace vs a proper diagnosis of the unit.

Go elsewhere! Showed up 30 min outside of when they were supposed to arrive. Work quality was fine but according to a licensed professional that was at my house shortly afterward, the charges were ridiculous for the amount of work done.  When I inquired with the company pres, I got no response initially other than a promise to check into it...and when I inquired further after hearing nothing, I was essentially told  I was out of luck.  Save yourself a lot of cash; use someone else. One star only bec the quality was good... They get a big FAT ZERO for customer service.

Nothing to say about this company. It was a 5 star only because i was employed by them but The one  star speaks for it self I would delete it all together, but a one star should suffice to the malice this company and Ars does to people. And malice is an understatement! Customers snd employees

The team installed a new water heater in my apartment on Peachtree Rd NE. Very fast response (the fastest out of all), effective communications via text and email, fair price, extremely profession and clean installation. Amazing job overall. I am surprised to see several bad reviews.
