I have used TE plumbing, electrical and heating and air.  All I can say is I have had no bad experience.  They have always been on time , very informative and reliable.  DeAndre Small, drain tech, came to my house because my drain was backing in the kitchen.  He was very professional and took care of the problem immediately.  I put a lot of rice down the disposal.  I will use TE in the future.

I hired Steve to install bathroom faucet for me and tighten up my kitchen faucet.  He came as scheduled and go to work.  He was polite.  He did a fantastic job.  His  price was reasonable.  He fix my dishwasher that wasn't installed properly.  I will use him again.  I will recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

After trying two different plumbers for a job, one who told me I was wrong in what was going on and both of which never showed up after giving me an estimate, I contacted Mighty Plumbing. I had some tricky requests and they assured me they could do it. They came out and evaluated and came back and finished the job as planned. Work is good and I'm up and running.

As I researched and secured multiple competitive quotes for a relatively minor, but necessary plumbing repair, I selected to use Keep Smiling Plumbing (again). When it came down to the decision, the fact that I had previously been provided excellent and price-competitive service, over the last 20 years, from Keep Smiling Plumbing... it was a slam dunk. Contacted this company for what I thought would be a simple sink faucet and garbage disposal install.  The tech advised that some pipes under the sink needed to be replaced so I ok'd that as part of the work.  Two months later, everything he installed is leaking; ruined the cabinet under the sink, so now I have to get that fixed also.  Also, he seated the drain in my new sink with a pile of plumber's putty.  The drain still does not sit correctly.

Long and short, I have to pay someone else to correct what I paid him to fix and then pay the added expense of repairing my ruined cabinet under the sink.  You've been warned.

Casteel has been my HVAC company since I bought my house in Tucker in 2013.  They have always provided me with excellent service at a reasonable price.  This time was no exception.  I needed to renew my annual HVAC contract.  The service technician, Bryn, arrived within the specified time and completed the work of checking both systems in a professional manner.  He explained all the additional steps that he took to check the older system.   Employees such as  Byrn are the reason that I continue to use Casteel as my HVAC provider.  I have confidence in him that he is knowledgeable and honest and does the job the way it should be done.

I made an appt with Head's Plumbing just to have my hot water heater inspected.  No problems at all its just a condition of our HOA to have this done.  The extremely pleasant lady that made the appointment quoted me a price of $65.00 and if any repairs were needed this would go toward the final cost, which was fine.  My appointment was set for three days later between 9-11am at 10:15 a gentleman called and said he was on his way. Cool..then he says the service call for him to come out is $65.00 and the inspection is $125.00.  I explained to him I was person I spoke with it would be $65.00, he then claims that the lady that made the appt did not know what she was talking about (these are his exact words).  If you have someone answering your business phones and making appts with customers that I assume this is the way you make a living by having a plumbing business why would she not be properly trained?  He then says she is new, here again why hasn't she been trained.

I them asked for him to have a manager call me. This experience didn't get any better.  He says we change receptionist all the time and they are not trained to listen to the key words when a customer calls and a quote is given.  I asked for an appt to have my hot water heater inspected..no tricky words in the sentence at all. Around and around we went, finally when I said..please explain to me where I as a customer did anything wrong. I spoke clearly, she understood and I was given a price and the appt was scheduled. But because you fail to train employees on what an inspection consist of (looking at a pilot light, and some other foolishness he added, I now have to scramble and find a plumber to inspect it today not to mention I took today off for this. He asks for me to hold on and comes back and said they would charge me the $65.00 but he would not open up anything and look at it. Just would listen and look for any leaks. Byron Harden arrived and looked at my hot water heater as I read to him what my HOA was requiring. On my receipt he wrote:
This water heater is up to code
There are no visible leaks
There is a thermal expansion tank on the cold water line
The unit is set in a drip pan.
This water heater is past it's life expectancy (this is not what was required).
Byron Harden then says to me and I recorded this on my phone: if the HOA makes me purchase a new one it would help his business because I would purchase it from them.

Sad to say this is the first time I have ever dealt with a business that is so unorganized and obviously have cooked business practices. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Narciso set the time. I took off work to honor the time that HE set. He didn't show. After calling him, he said someone else would come to my house later that day which meant more time off work. That person didn't show either. Unreliable.

Matt and Jack were awesome! I had a leak under my kitchen sink and Matt talked me through the entire issue so that I could easily understand. He explained different scenarios of how to fix the problem. He even gave me tips on how to increase water pressure in my shower and sink faucet. Very knowledgeable and a nice guy too! Definitely reach out to zippy if you are having plumbing issues!

This company came out to my house to fix the same issue multiple times and the same issue kept happening. Hmm I should have realized that they obviously where not doing there job. The next thing was purchased a new ac unit that has now taken at least 5 installs to complete. I was scheduled for a visit today and I let they gentleman in my house. Few minutes passed and I went to check on the gentleman and he was no where to be found. Now I'm going on three months and I don't even know if my unit is installed properly or not. I also paid for a seasonal inspection and the season has passed with no service. Buyer Beware!! 30024 Suwanee ga

I got quotes from a few different HVAC contractors before getting my new AC and furnace from Coolray.  It's not fun to spend so much money on stuff like this and Coolray made it as painless as possible.  I felt like the sales guy did not try to upsell me or sell me equipment that was larger than what I needed.  The service techs and installation guys were very professional and worked quickly and clean.  You get a year of maintenance free and a lifetime warranty if you continue to pay for yearly maintenance after that.  If you need HVAC service or a new system, I would definitely get a quote from these guys.
