Main water line burst in the garage on Christmas Eve. The Curley Headed plumber responded by text & phone right away . He came next morning by 7:30am after two other stops already. Replaced the water line & had water by 11am.

To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur. On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed. Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

I hired this firm to re-plumb my entire house at a cost of about $7,600. This work was initially performed in an expert manner and I was very satisfied, especially with the sheet rock repair performed by Roberto and tile work performed by Ed. However, 5-6 weeks later, I noticed a very slow leak from the service line on a toilet on which they had connected the line. They came out and replaced the service line but it still leaked. Here is the problem. I asked the owner to do whatever he needed to in order to stop the leak. He said his sole responsibility was the service line and that it was a coincidence that it started leaking after they had re-plumbed the house and that it wasn't their fault. He said he could stop the leak but all he would do is give me a 20% discount for the labor and materials. I then called a handyman I use occasionally, he replaced the service line one more time, and the leak stopped. Here is the point: I had just paid these folks $7,600. They could have replaced my ENTIRE toilet for less than $150 at their cost but the owner was adamant that he would do nothing else unless I paid him additional money. It would seem to me that the amount I had paid initially would have more than covered the cost of making me happy but the owner was insistent on getting in the last word. Hence, he has lost a customer and other prospective homeowners who need similar plumbing services.

After inspection he said all I needed was a new filter, not an entire drain field like my previous company recommended. Ben was timely, reliable and most importantly HONEST! Highly recommend!

If I could give them more stars, I would! We received exemplary service from the moment I spoke with Ben concerning the issues we were having in our home (water leak/damaged basement ceiling/water heater malfunctions) to having Nick in our home repairing those issues. They both were very professional, clearly knowledgeable in their field, and honest, which speaks volumes to me because they could have easily taken advantage of my mother and I, who knows very little about any of this. If you're looking for a business that offers excellent customer service and one that gets the job done right, look no further because you've just hit the jackpot!

I called Castile to perform our maintenance on our HVAC system in early April. When we first turn on the AC for the year we noticed a foul smelling odor coming from the system so that prompted us to get our AC maintenance check up scheduled. When the technician came out he said nothing was wrong with the system but he did notice a smell and then left. I called a few days later to have them come back out to tell us where the smell was coming from as that was our main concern with turning on the system. In a few minutes he noticed mold in our AC unit that he did n.
The first time he came out. We paid $500 for a company to come out and remove the mold. I asked Castile if they would follow up with checking the status of the more growth when they came back for other maintenance on the systems and they told me they did not which was fine but I would need a refund for our maintenance agreement as I would have to find a new company that actually could check up on the mold. I have been trying for three weeks and have spoken to multiple people trying to get someone to help me get a refund on our way

I have spoken to the main desk people multiple times and they have sent multiple notices to management or people in accounting to please call me and nobody has. I have spent a lot of time trying to get a hold of somebody and not one person has called me back and I have not received any refund. This is so upsetting and frustrating that it is this hard to get to talk to somebody who can help me.
I am waiting on this refund before I can hire a new company to come out and maintain our issue. I have had my ticket escalated to the manager who is supposed to call me within 24 hours and of course nothing has happened.
I would not recommend this company to anybody. They have been horrible with their customer service in this case and I am shocked the lack of empathy and inability to get somebody on the phone who can actually help me
