Best Drain Installation in Atlanta GA
Same day service for a broken A/C unit that is 14 yrs old! We were thrilled and so happy since it happened on a HOT day! Jonathan fixed our system. He was incredibly personable, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his work! He made sure we saw the issue/status before and after it was corrected. Didn't try to ridiculously upsell us like the last A/C repair company did. We signed up for annual maintenance checks so we can plan any work or a new system versus freak out when something goes wrong.

I lost water pressure and called D&S Plumbing and spoke to a very professional and friendly Melody. Steven came out within hours and fixed my problem. He and his assistant were both very knowledgeable and professional. They quoted the price before work began and the final cost was the same as the quote. I'm very pleased with this company!

I called with an issue and he guided me through and we determined that it wasn't a plumbing issue. Great company that's in it to resolve your issue and not take your money!!

A Plus did a great job helping us get our faucet replaced! Great work and came out first thing Sunday!

I requested a quote on Yelp and received an immediate response from Mighty Plumbing. I was even more impressed that someone was available to come the same day. When Louis arrived he was wearing a mask and ready to work. I got my toilet replaced. The work was quick, clean, and thorough. This company is organized and efficient. They will give you the price upfront so that there's no surprises. I'm impressed and I would definitely recommend.

Rip off! showed up late to my appointment and tried to charge me $2,600 for a 50 gallon water heater! I ended up getting mine water heater replaces for $1150. Stay away from this rip off company!

I had Dillyn Williams out to repair my outside shutoff valve. Totally awesome honesty. Fixed my issue in 2 minutes. USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!

Ben was amazing! I called him on a Friday night and he came out to give me a second opinion on my drain field. After inspection he said all I needed was a new filter, not an entire drain field like my previous company recommended. Ben was timely, reliable and most importantly HONEST! Highly recommend!

If I could give them more stars, I would! We received exemplary service from the moment I spoke with Ben concerning the issues we were having in our home (water leak/damaged basement ceiling/water heater malfunctions) to having Nick in our home repairing those issues. They both were very professional, clearly knowledgeable in their field, and honest, which speaks volumes to me because they could have easily taken advantage of my mother and I, who knows very little about any of this. If you're looking for a business that offers excellent customer service and one that gets the job done right, look no further because you've just hit the jackpot!

An outdoor spigot broke off at the base, requiring the water to be shut off to my house. I called Zippy, and 90 minutes later, their plumber, friendly and polite, was assessing the situation. He told me it would cost $975 to replace the spigot and a few inches of copper pipe (according to the invoice, a new hose bib, piping leading to the hose bib, a new shut off to the hose bib, with pro press fittings and copper used).
The price shocked me, but not willing to risk another day without water, I told him to go ahead. He completed the job in an hour, so problem solved within two and a half hours of the initial phone call. Five stars for quick service and what appears (it's only been a couple of days) to be quality work.
However. The price looks to be at least double the norm. Angie's List suggests a range of $300-450 for such work, while a local plumber concurs with $250-450. Another local plumber said that I had paid half the cost of what we charge to plumb a whole house, also adding, sometimes you have to pay a little extra for convenience.
In this case, the price of convenience cost me at least $500, and Zippy three stars.
Two star review.

I was sold a heating system tune-up for 89$. However, nothing was tuned-up. The technician only inspected the system, and told me what services he would recommend to be performed - for additional cost, of course.
To me, a tune-up means something is tweaked, cleaned, or something - not just looked at.
Secondly, when I responded to their 89$ offer, they immediately wanted me to buy a package for 178$ to do the heating system now and the cooling system in the Springtime. I don't use the AC so I don't need that additional service. Because I didn't sign up for the package, they didn't give me a 1 hour window, but a whole day. No problem for me as I am at home anyhow. But just left a bad taste in my mouth! Not just Bait and switch, but bait & switch & punish if you resist the switch...
Overall I would recommend to anybody to try some other company...
