I was having new flooring installed in my home and the installers said there was leak at the toilet supply line. He was unable to completely shut the water off. I needed to have a plumber come out either today or tomorrow to fix it-yikes! I found D & S online and chose them based on their location and previous reviews. They were able to send someone today and he arrived 2 hrs earlier than they quoted me. Mike was great, he quickly identified the problem and fixed the leak coming from the toilet supply lines. The final price for the work ended up being $90 less than he originally quoted me-hooray! Thanks D & S you saved the day.

CROOK, awful job, he came out and started a job that we had a firm price on, his guy messed up on the toilet rough in said it was a regular and it was a smaller one, we got a new one from store he wanted to charge an extra $375 to come back and put in the toilet that he made a mistake on.  had a leak on another fixture he installed I had to fix, as I would never ever call him again

What a great company! I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues! Great work and they are very nice people!

We have a shower that over a long period of time kept developing leaks from the faucet stems wearing out. The old style hot and cold handles when tightened over a long period of time wore down the stems. Smiley had changed the stems once before about 4 years prior.
Upon arrival their plumber, John suggested we consider going to a single handle valve so the same problem would not come up again.
To be fair he did tell me the price. It would be $1,256.00.
Just after he started I asked how long the job should take. About 2 hours, was the answer.
The bill I got had 2 line items. The part was $168.00, which I think was very reasonable. The remaining part of the bill  of $1,088.00 was 100% for the plumbers installation time to do it.
John's actual time for completion was 2 hours and 55 minutes.
The next day I called Smiling to see if the job that worked out to an installation charge of $544.00/hr on the book time for the job to $365.00 for the actual time on the job was correct.
I spoke with William. He was immovable, that was the price. He didn't want to acknowledge that bottom line, the math noted above was a valid and reasonable way for one to look at the cost of the job. Stated that no reputable plumbing Co. would charge on an hourly basis. HMMM!
The charge is based on a plumbing manual assignment of time for said job. He indicated  the the actual time John took was a little longer than the norm, which would mean the $544.00/ hour was closer to the expected norm.
My opinion is that if they are looking at 2 hours of time to complete a plumbing job, then that cost is unreasonably high and that it should be reasonable to reassess the charge.
The plumbing job was well done by John. No complaint on the quality of work.

I had to do the dry walling of the hole left from the dry wall cut out. Not a problem for me, but feel it should have been clear that that important part of the completion of the job is 100% on the home owner.

I had a great experience with Ray and A+ Priority Plumbing. I used Yelp's Request a Quote service for the first time and was attracted to this business by the (well deserved) high reviews. Ray responded to my request within 10 minutes, clarified a few questions, and set up an appointment with me. I ended up having to reschedule, which he accommodated, even though he wasn't planning to work the day I requested.

He showed up within the time we agreed on, quickly found and resolved my water heater issue, charged a fair price, and within 30 minutes of him arriving we were able to take hot showers again. He also let us know that if we had more problems within a week, he would apply the paid cost to any further repairs.

Over the winter, my husband was out of town and our heater went out. Looked up yelp and decided to take a chance. They are wonderful! They came to my house within a few hours, found the problem (and showed me!), and repaired it same day! They were extremely professional and respectful. Also, my father-in-law is a home builder and he thought they offered a fair price for the repairs.

I'm about to call them again because I think my air conditioner is out... it's nice to know exactly who to call in these situations.

We had a multi-part sewage issue that was ongoing for several months (May to October) in our house. The first couple of visits were promising. Chris Harvey I believe was the most helpful along with the very last two young guys that visited. I believe overall we had at least 5 visits. Not every visit was productive, some were redundant.
So, we had sewage backing up the ground floor bathroom sink. After blasting the pipes and finding the septic tank, Turned out that there was a root growing in the side of the main sewage line, but not to the point of blocking the line. It was blasted, then clear for the vast majority. It should have worked. I should mention to figure out that issue up to that point alone took several visits. At several points in this debacle we were sure that the floors needed to be busted up and the main line changed, but ultimately that did not need to happen. It was absolute madness because one group would visit, try to diagnose the issue, go on the roof and camera the line. I would be the only one relaying the rundown from one visit of delta guys to the next. They do not keep a RECORD, from what I could tell, of what one plumber does or discovers to relay to the next guy that comes, should your issue not be resolved on the first visit or service need to be revised. We had to wait a while as they were so booked and now I can see why. Having someone this experienced to come out and do the job right was so worth it. We were so impressed and pleased by the work Byron did for us. We plan to use Heads from now on. They are a superior company!!

If you're looking for a knowledgeable master plumber with several years of experience and great competitive pricing they you should call Mr. Johnson.  I had a problem with my toilet running and making noise.  He came in, educated me on the issue, and gave me options on my repair.  I'm happy for the talk as it was just a better measure to replace 2 of my toilets.  He came in the next day and took care of 3 issues quickly without any hassle.  He even unclogged my slow draining sink for me and wiped down all of the surfaces. I will definitely be using him in the future as the time is rapidly approaching for me to replace my water heater.
