To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur.  On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed.  Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

I was so impressed with this service. I was in crisis mode with a leak and they came right away. Narcicio was efficient, communicative, thorough, and honest. He truly went above and beyond and we are having him return to fix some non-urgent issues next week.

Buyer beware, money hungry. From Escalation of diagnostics to misdiagnosis. The audacity to charge $350 for a regular toilet bolt. Even after payment he failed to show up.

We called Zippy Plumber today after we got in over our heads trying to flush our old water heater, and it started leaking. Matt was at our house within a couple hours and our water heater is already back up and running. He was incredibly helpful and explained what we should and should not do as far as maintenance, what each part of the water heater is, how it works, and what we should look out for. My husband is pretty capable with home repairs so Matt said if we ever wanted to do repairs ourselves, he'd be happy to walk us through it over the phone. This was easily the best home repair service I've seen (plumbing or otherwise). We highly recommend Zippy Plumber, and they will definitely be our first call for any future plumbing needs.

Very few companies operate in integrity these days. So the few that do really stand out. Chris came to my home to assess a leak we were having. He was able to figure out the leak and gave me several options on how to resolve it. When I decide to repair it, I will only use Crossroads Plumbing. I like his work ethic. He was completely honest with me and did not hound me about getting it done. He gave me the space I need to make a decision.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable master plumber with several years of experience and great competitive pricing they you should call Mr. Johnson.  I had a problem with my toilet running and making noise.  He came in, educated me on the issue, and gave me options on my repair.  I'm happy for the talk as it was just a better measure to replace 2 of my toilets.  He came in the next day and took care of 3 issues quickly without any hassle.  He even unclogged my slow draining sink for me and wiped down all of the surfaces. I will definitely be using him in the future as the time is rapidly approaching for me to replace my water heater.

I am giving 5 stars to the professionalism and workmanship of the technician named Odari. The cost was within the range for the service provided. According to Ashley, the the originlly scheduled tech was not able to make my 11-2 window, so Odari arrived after 3:30pm. That was fine for me, because I work from home and I wasn't planning to leave until after 5pm.  I just wanted my shower clog fixed; and it was! We also discussed replacing piping from the street to my house and I received a quote in a timely manner. I look forward to that service being completed. I am glad to have found Head's Plumbing Sales and Service!

Steve did a great job installing the line to our ice maker.   The job was a bit out of the ordinary but he figured it out with no trouble. As a bonus he was polite and personable. Great job!

This used to be a rock solid company and I was a long-time customer. But Casteel's customer service is terrible now. I recently called with a crisis in my home and was treated very poorly on the phone. I was also told that, despite having an emergency service option, no one was available to come to my home for three days. Fortunately, I was able to get another company to come out as quickly as they could, and fix the repairs for a reasonable price. Casteel has lost my business for good.

The company was very thorough with the process and procedures needed for my home. Rio, was knowledgable and was willing to xplain each and every step needed to complete my issue. I will be using this company again as they made sure that all needs were taken care of. I would definitely reccommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely horrible service.  When the service operator got to my house, he waited in his truck.  He never bothered to knock on my door. When I called to ask what happened, I was given the rules about how the company operated.  Then was told that I was incorrect in what I claimed happened, and that they had a tape recording of what I said.  
My family, school, and neighbors will all know not to use this company.  What a disappointment.

If you value convenience and comforts of things like say, hot water or properly function HVAC in your home, take a little time and find a company that is qualified, takes pride in their work, will follow up for your service needs and actually cares about its reputation.  This is NOT that company.  Save yourself the stress and frustration.
