I was out of town when my air conditioner went out on a Saturday night early August. My husband found Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning from a quick Google search while we were across the country in the middle of the night on Saturday. We called and their emergency line answered and a technician from dispatch called me back within two minutes to have someone scheduled for 8 - 10 AM the next morning on Sunday. We were flying back to Las Vegas on the plane when they called, so they coordinated with our dog sitter to come diagnose the issue. We had issues with our AC last year and had home warranty technicians out several times, going without AC in the middle of July for 2 weeks. When Joshua arrived he immediately put us at ease when inspecting and explaining what the issue was. He was able to quickly diagnose and replace the part that went out within minutes. One of the home warranty companies we used last year left an old part just sitting on our roof where our unit is and Joshua removed it for us and explained the unfortunate condition of our AC unit due to lack of care from the home warranty technicians. We signed up for their maintenance program on the spot with him so we can have regular time ups scheduled in advance. His integrity and genuine care was so unexpected and appreciated based on our past experiences with home warranty. We didn't renew it for a reason! From start to finish, calling and getting someone scheduled so quickly to Joshua arriving and completely fixing our issue within minutes upon arrival was a complete night and day experience from what we had gone through last year with home warranty. We are so grateful for him, the communication, and responsiveness from the company overall. We are already scheduled for our heating tune up in the fall so it's safe to say we'll be sticking with Active for future needs.

I called and spoke with Troy about our leaking hot water heater. He said they could arrive within 2 hours to check it, give an estimate and replace it same day if we wanted to work with him.
He arrived as promised and gave a reasonable estimate for replacement and the work to be done to bring things up to current codes.
After arriving and giving the estimate, he left, got a new water heater, returned and replaced our leaking one all within 1 1/2 hours.
Long story short, 3 1/2 hours and we have a new water heater, hot water and no leaks.
Excellent service I would recommend to others and use again in the future.
They are honest, personable and get the job done!

I cannot recommend Tony and his crew with Pure Plumbing enough! Our small issue turned out to be a much needed replacement of all the interior 55 year old corroded cast iron pipes. We were out of the house for 6 days and the communication was above and beyond. I was updated every step of the work and never had to wonder what was going on at the house, that was priceless to me. Every bit of the work was explained completely, even the unexpected obstacles that my house likes to throw out during any project. The work was priced and they stood by their estimate, even working late many nights to get us back in the house as soon as possible. The work itself is amazing. Tony and his crew are so professional, clean up leaves the area looking better than they found it (ty!). I have my plumbing company for all my future work in Pure Plumbing & Tony. Pure Plumbing & Tony I am more than happy to recommend for all your plumbing needs!

We were having issues with our shower handle dropping when we pulled it to take a shower. I called BC Plumbing and I was Glad that I did! Upon looking at the problem they realized that the handle was soldered or welded on to the cartridge!
My technician Byron was gracious and very knowledgeable and prepared. He quickly got a hacksaw and was able to free the handle from the cartridge and then successfully install the new cartridge and a new handle.
When they say We Can Do That! they're not kidding, and they're reasonably priced.
I highly recommend BC Plumbing, they're Awesome!!!

Pirate plumbing came to our house through a home warranty. Vindictive company! Lied with our diagnosis to purposely jeopardize the approval with our claim because of a petty misunderstanding. They submitted that we purposely broke our pipe by force out of spite and in result our claim was denied! Had to pay out of pocket. Shame shame shame!

Code Red is our choice of plumbing company. They are always quick to respond and knowledgeable of any issues that we are having. I have worked with one of their techs by the name of Clay and he has always gone above and beyond while at our property.

For those who don't care to read my lengthy review, I have hired Much Better Plumbing for 2 utility sink installations. Both times, they were awesome! Their prices were very reasonable ( beat 2 other estimates by miles) and they were super nice. Also, weigh the risks of a DIY plumbing job, I certainly learned my lesson!
For a little more in depth review, I found Much Better Plumbing when my dad and I installed a utility sink in my laundry room where the plumbing had already been roughed out by the builder. The plumbing pipes used in our newer construction home are called PEX, which my father had never worked with before. He had worked with copper pipes in the past (we are not plumbers) but needed a little guidance for the new PEX pipes. After a few trips to the local home improvement store in which a friendly associate guided us to the parts we needed, we had the sink up and running.
After several hours pass with 2 dog baths in the books and many cervezas consumed in celebration of our accomplishment, we hear the sound of water hitting the tile. When I checked the sink, it was obvious the compression fitting failed and caused the shut off valve to blow off. Luckily, I was able to turn off the main water supply to the house quickly and avoid any real damage, but it was a horrifying experience. Had we not been home or asleep or outside or watching the action movie we'd planned on, there would have been so much damage! Plus, we would be SOL if we needed to make an insurance claim. We aren't plumbers, just people with a LITTLE experience working with cooper plumbing and a more carpentry based skill set. Plus, it isn't as if the associate at the store is to blame because ultimately it's my responsibility to hook it up correctly when I decide to do tackle it myself.
We cleaned up the mess, left the water off over night and called Much Better Plumbing in morning. The owner Daniel was able to come over quickly and fix our mistake. He knew immediately what went wrong and had everything up and running in less than 10 minutes. The way my non-plumber self understands it, the compression fitting failed bc we hadn't installed a little piece of metal in the PEX piping required to properly secure/seal the PEX to the shut off valves.
Daniel was super nice about it and said he actually had an influx of people having self induced plumbing disasters and errors bc of the quarantine that we've been under. I went ahead and asked for a quote for another utility sink in my garage that my dad and I had been planning on installing. There was no plumbing roughed out and the job required some drywall to be cut out inside the house in order to access the bathroom sink plumbing. I'd gotten 2 quotes for the installation of the garage sink from 2 very highly rated plumbing companies. 1 quote was twice the price of Much Better Plumbing and the other almost 4 times the price.
About a week after Daniel was able to fix our first utility sink, I called him to schedule the appointment for the garage sink. Daniel and his tech Chuey (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) came over during their scheduled time frame and had the sink installed in no time. I actually ended up asking if they could also install a spigot inside my garage just opposite of the normal spigot on the outside of the house. They were super cool about my request and were able to knock that little job out for me too for just a little extra.
I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Much Better Plumbing warranted sharing my experience. I think it's important to support local business and especially one that is owned by a clearly hard working and ambitious person. When I asked Chuey for a bit of his time, he educated me on what they had to do in order to make it work and some of the differences between copper and PEX. I appreciate that bc while I will always hire a plumber in the future, I like to understand things about my home. Both Daniel and Chuey were really nice about answering any questions I had and made me feel like no question was too much of a bother or stupid.
Take a lesson learned for me and don't attempt pluming projects unless you know very well what you are doing. The stakes are high! Thank you Much Better Plumbing, I'm happy I found a great, reliable plumber!

I was referred to plumbing solutions by my handyman for a job that was too big for him. Other reviews looked great & they were prompt to call back. Wish I could give them a review on some actual work, but I have yet to get an estimate out of them after 2 promises of when I'd have it.
When the tech came out he promised an estimate the next day in the afternoon; probably by 2:00 or 3:00 he said. I called the office 3 days later & was told they were working it up & I should have it shortly....that was 5 days ago.
Maybe the job's too big for them too, but a little honesty if that's the case would be helpful rather than wasting people's time.

We have used Water Wise Plumbing twice in recent months, and we highly recommend them. Ryan Carl is easy to work with, very conscientious about his work, and offers fair pricing which is often below other bids. We had an entire gas line replaced to our pool equipment, and they added an extension for a natural gas grill. He just replaced our leaking water heater this week. Please call the owner Ryan Carl at (702) 597-9554 for your next plumbing job.

.......................DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE......they were sent to my house from Lowes to replace water heater. before they came we had a pvc pipe break, we asked them if they could fix it and I was willing to pay for the repair, they said they could not repair, they only do installs, and this is a professional plumber company that cant to a simple pipe repair. so they said they could not do it and left...they were rude ppl and not professional at all..i will be contacting the BBB on there. I told lowes and lowes said that they were dropping them from there install list of plumbers...SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM....
