This company let a cat into my house when doing work in our home. Then said it was our fault even though we were out of town. Then told us to fuck off. Needless to say horrible experience. Avoid at all costs

I had to take the time to let the Yelp community know about Mike and his company, Vegas Drain Masters....... If you are looking for an honest fair plumber, give Mike a call!  I called several plumbing companies to install multiple toilets, unclog drain lines, and install a faucet for me and I was astonished at what they were asking to complete the work.  I mean their prices weren't even in the right hemisphere for me.  I came across an advertisement for Vegas Drain Masters and I figured I would give it a shot.  Mike came out same day to give me an estimate.  His estimate was very reasonable and he is truly professional.  He even encountered some unexpected surprises and instead of sticking it to me, he worked with me to come up with a more than fair solution!  He does great work and he's gonna get very popular very soon!  Call him for any plumbing needs if you are looking for a fair and honest plumber!  Thanks Mike!

I used their service a few years ago and was happy with it. I called them again to have a waterline repaired and Juan was great. He was thorough, made it look good when done and was super friendly. He explained what he was doing before and during, made sure it everything was good before he left.

Fantastic company that did a whole house renovation within a reasonable budget. I had an idea and knew what i wanted but they brought it to life. Prices, turnaround and communication via text or phone were great. Zhuliyan focused more on solutions whenever a problem came up and there were many and there was nothing they couldn't handle. He has three contractor licenses and is fully insured and bonded with the city. Ive already referred him to my friends and they said hes great as well.

Only sore point was keeping his team on the timeline but with a few reminders we got back on track. Message me if you have any questions about pictures or need ideas. In the pictures tile design, layout, and paint were all my idea so i knew what the final look would be in my mind. It looks like a brand new house and kitchen on the inside. They even installed new countertops and cabinets for a really inexpensive price.

Review: TRICKS OF THE TRADE, WINNERS AND LOSERS, PARTNERSHIPS and A JOB WELL DONE In December of 2021, I submitted a job description to Home Advisor. It was concerning a doughnut shaped water mark that appeared on the kitchen ceiling. Within a few hours of posting the description, 5 plumbing companies contacted me by phone requesting to do a remedial job quote including Taylor from Impact Plumbing. I set up appointments with 3 of those companies for the following day, scheduled 1 hour apart. Jason M of Impact was the first to arrive. Jason presented his card that read co-owner under his name. Jason proved personal, professional, confident and knowledgeable when identifying the leak source in the upstairs hallway bathrooms tub drain. The job would require removing a portion of the kitchen ceiling to reach the part(s) to be replaced. A separate contractor would have to be hired to patch, retexture and paint the ceiling cutout. He informed me that Impact as a company would cut out the ceiling section to create access to the drain area but do not do ceiling patchwork. Jason quoted the job at $425. Jason subtracted a senior discount to bring his quote to $389...The second and 3rd, 5 star Home Advisor referred and reviewed plumbers followed, concurred with Jason M's assessment and presented their quotes to replace the cracked 'tub shoe', the source of the leak. All quotes were within $15 of Jason M's Impact Plumbing quote. While all 3 Plumbing companies were equally qualified for this job, I chose Jason's Impact to do the remedial work on my tub drain. The following day, I contacted Jason to set a day for him to do the fix. That day was February 2, 2022. He asked me to schedule the time with Taylor and I did. On February 01, Taylor called to confirm and I did. GREAT UNTIL IT WASN'T. Instead of Jason arriving to do the job, a young plumber named Matthew had been assigned. Matthew informed me that Jason was longer with Impact. Matthew began measuring and cutting out the necssary portion of the ceiling to access the tub drain repair. Once that part of the job was complete he was in contact with Joe the Boss. Joe informed me through Matthew that the price to complete job was now $1250 which was Impact's Flat Rate for this type of job not $389 as quoted by Jason 'the co-owner' BUT he would do me a favor and just charge me $989. If you were reading this, you may think this turn of events was not only Bizarre but dumb on my part to give the go ahead for completion of this very simple Plumbing job. You may also ask yourself as I did, Why would Joe wait nearly 6 weeks to tell a client that he felt the job, according to him, was nearly $800 underquoted? You may ask as I did, Why did Joe wait until the ceiling section was removed to tell a client that he was 'doing the client a favor' by charging the client $600 more than the original quote? So you may ask what did you do Brent?. Well, I was about to cancel the job, until My Partner, my wife stepped in and said I want the job done today And she would pay for it so the job went ahead. Matthew quickly finished the job, cleaned up and left with a cheque for $989. I contacted ex co-owner Jason M's ceiling repair company 'Quick Response' who did an excellent job...compliments to them. Not sure how good Joe's Impact Plumbing 2 year job warranty is but if it is anything like the original quote from Impact...Hope this review helps

The air conditioner wasn't working in the master and living room. I called and was able to get same day service. The technicians called even to see if they could arrive a couple minutes earlier than our time slot which was great! Both technicians were kind and told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it with a timely manor. The technician I received business card for was Chris Simpson. Great guys! Professional and informative.

I am amazed at this story about Rakeman's Plumbing in North Las Vegas and I want to thank them for being an honest business that goes the extra mile for loyal customers - a rarity in Las Vegas, in my experience.

My elderly mom and dad have encountered several scams and elder abuse monetary issues in managing their home in Las Vegas since 1995. I have taken a few of these on for them from Los Angeles (the least of which was Home Depot, who eventually made good on the $500 issue) because they are simply not tech savvy enough - although they are intelligent - to maneuver today's complex digital business world when things go wrong - they've been retired for 20+ years.So I was grateful when they used Rakeman's for a couple of bigger plumbing jobs on their house and they seemed satisfied and felt the pricing was fair.

Then recently, they had a toilet issue, so they dropped into Rakeman's to ask if it was something they could help them to fix. To my amazement, one of the Rakeman workers went to my parent's house and fixed the toilet for FREE. This just does not happen in most places.

Please support this extremely decent business - who does good work at a fair price - and values human beings over hourly billings. It meant the world to my folks and to me for them to be treated so well.

OUTSTANDING JOB!!

Our shower was leaking from the handle and we had 2 other companies come out and give us quotes to fixing our shower and they could not give us a clear answer on what the charges were for and how much it would all cost. Pirate Plumbing was fantastic from the moment we called.  They had Javier come out and he was super friendly and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He clearly explained to me what he would be doing and how he would fix it all. Javier went above and beyond to complete this job and I really appreciated it. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like the other companies. All I asked for was a reasonable explanation of what I was paying for and this is the only company that could explain it excellently. I would 100% use this company again and request Javier. Thank you so much Javier!

Joey from Express Home Services arrived promptly to give us a quote. We then asked him if he could complete the repairs to two bathroom sinks and the plumbing underneath, the same day.  He said, yes, and then went to get the supplies needed.  He returned in short order and worked all afternoon to repair two bathroom sinks and plumbing.  He did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up.  The sinks now look brand new and work perfectly.  He did an expert job.  We will call him again when additional work is needed.

My AC was struggling on a 111 degree day, and I called them on a weekend. They called before they arrived, Jeremy was friendly, professional and courteous. He checked everything out, gave me advice on the filter and maintenance, checked everything out, and gave me an estimate for a (future) motor replacement. He didn't chide me too much for not having changed the filter or hosing out the grilles on the AC unit, and he DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING. Amazing.

They'll have my business when it comes time for any more service. A+++

This man literally blocked my car with my son and I in it from getting on the freeway trying to kill us !I have pictures and proof and will report him to the police. All because I honked at him for nearly hitting my car and cutting me off. Then wants to proceed to block me from going anywhere like a complete fucking asshole I will make sure no one goes to your fucking business and every no one knows what a psychopath you are! .. Then called me a bitch when I called him

Left my garage wall and floor a TOTAL MESS! Left screws on garage floor and my vehicle tire picked one up! My wall has to be repainted. Charged me for a permit they did not provide, padded the bill with RIDICULOUS extras. STAY AWAY. Sloppy, lazy SHODDY WORKMANSHIP the eye can see..wonder what I can't see.

Hired this company to install hot water straps on two heaters and was ripped off with their ridiculous price. Should have asked how much the install was going to be but didn't expect an hour of work and $75 worth of material to cost $450. Would definitely not recommend this company.
