Tyrell did a great job promptly fixing our disposal.  He was very responsive in his communication and took proper COVID safety precautions.  Will definitely use him again for future work!

I have a more detailed response on their Facebook page and Angie's List. In summary, there was a lack of communication, professionalism, and responsiveness. I spent a lot of time reading reviews of this company and making sure they were reliable. They were ranked one of the best companies and many people had a much better experience than I did. I wish I could say otherwise, but I do not recommend this company and I will never ask for their service again.

I had Transou's Rooter & Plumbing out yesterday. I had the main sewer line cleaned out. There were roots blocking the pipe to the city side. The office manager, Meghan, was very professional and helpful on the phone. The men that came out, Tristan and Tim, were nice and did a great job. I've had this done before by Rotor Rooter, 5 yrs ago, and they charged me 4X as much as Transou. Not only did these guys complete the job but Tristan called the city and made an appointment for them to come out and check their side of the line for me. Talk about WOW!!!
They had a $98 coupon that I was able to use for main line work or use my name for $25 off other services.

Called because one of my two central unit went out. I had air downstairs and it is bearable. However he said the one unit needed parts, after he left the 2nd unit stopped working , called and Advanced said i needed to call another ticket to AHS?????? They also said they are booked up and cannot get to my house for another 3 days?!!?!? I told them they broke the unit why do i have to wait and need to speak with the owner. The advanced lady refused to let me speak  with the owner or give me their name????? In 2016 companies like advanced should not be operation.

I called them out to replace a warped toilet flange. I was advised there would be a $90 service charge to come out to quote even though the scope of work was quite simple. They arrived and wanted to inspect all baths and faucets. We did identify an outside faucet that had a slow leak. They then went to their van for 25 minutes to work up some options. They came in and tried to sell me on a membership with lower service charges and then showed me the options. To replace one outside faucet and replace one $5.00 toilet flange was $2610.00! To replace just the toilet flange and have us install the toilet was $861.00! This is literally a 45 minute job. I paid the $90.00 service fee and would not recommend you call these guys as they are not reasonable at all. They also have a finance plan which is probably how they get away with these crazy prices. It is sad that people get abused by this type of process. Beware!

Always shop around.  I guess these guys make their money off their $45 estimates.  Their estimate was 4+ thousand dollars for 45 ft of pipe from the meter to the house.  Estimate was 4x the next 3 estimates from highly recommended and licensed plumbers for the same job.
  The other estimates were spot on with OVER THE PHONE estimates on a job they haven't seen and none charged to come onsite to verify estimates for the job.  All estimates were within $100 of phone estimate.
 The job was done for just under 1k.

Great response time to a freeze problem with our well. The two servicemen were courteous, professional, and speedy! They diagnosed the problem accurately and very quickly, and resolved it without issue. They even gave some advice on how to avoid the same problem in the future. My only complaint is the cost - they weren't cheap! $300 to thaw out the well head and replace a 2-inch piece of PVC pipe and a fitting. They didn't have the fairly common-looking part in their truck, so they had to leave and come back with the correct part, which probably cost about $10 at Lowes. The initial service call fee was $45, which means they charged almost $250 for parts and labor, which seemed expensive to me.

Other than the high cost, the Plumbing Service Company was a pleasure to deal with!
