The service was good. The service rep. called to see if he could come earlier than the appointed time which was appreciated. The only concern that I had was the cost. After he took out the old garbage disposal, he informed me of the cost ($150) to install the new one that I had bought. Two other small jobs were done (tightened a shower head and replaced a laundry tub drain) which cost $114.95.

I have been an engineer for 40+ years. However I have been permanently disabled with a crushed spinal cord.
I explained what I wished to be done. The reps they sent were arrogant and stated that they were not able to perform the job. They offered some flex-duct and mini fans for over $6,000. It would do NOTHING to fix my problem.
SAVE your time here.

The guys showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They were polite, friendly, and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Great experience! The technician (Jeremy) called when he was on the way and was right on time with the appointment I had set up. He worked diligently and was finished within a very reasonable timeframe. Price wasn't bad either. I was very satisfied and will use again.

Will never call again, and I recommend you skip calling them too.

We had a leak in our main line. Not only did they charge me $100 to come and poke a stick in the ground, and turn off our water, but then they tried to push us into an 8,000 main line replacement without even looking at the main line!

We were told by their service manager that based on his experience we definitely need a total line replacement. They tried to push us into signing up right then and there for something that just didn't sit right with us, and they had ZERO concrete backing. They wanted to excavate the driveway, and leave it torn up, tear up my front yard and not seed it back. and they had absolutely NO intentions of actually looking to see what kind of line we had.

We ended up going with our gut and found a respectful, honest, and trustworthy plumber. He didn't charge us to come out, he assessed the situation and came up with a plan. Turns out we don't need a whole new water line, we just had an illegal fitting. So these scammers at the Plumbing & Air Service company were just after the dollar signs.

Their only, and I mean ONLY reason for a single star is the scheduling people were super nice and helpful. The rest are a bunch of scammers. STEER CLEAR.

Our 13-year old AC stopped working, so we called these guys because they had worked on the house before we bought it. They came out quickly and were very pleasant, but quoted us almost $4000 to replace the blower, relay switch, and condenser fan, which would take at least two weeks to get parts for. They also tried hard to upsell us on a whole new unit, as well as warning us about rust on the coils and fan (if you purchase a new unit by tomorrow we'll knock $500 off the price!). Plus they charged $50 for the service call. We called Thomas Cooling and Heating for a second opinion. Dave came out in the morning and within an hour replaced our blower and confirmed that there was no rust and the unit was in good shape. The total cost? $807. The AC works fine now.

I will update this if it turns out they were right and we did need to have a lot more work done.

Definitely would use these folks again.
From making my appointment with Tabitha to a call from (forgive me if I don't remember who called me over the weekend) some nice guy (Matt?) who patiently answered my questions AND told me weekday visits were less expensive (much appreciated) to Jeremy who called 30 minutes prior, showed up on time AND... wait for it... AND wore covering over his shoes when he came into my house.
That's good stuff. Like, Real Estate Agent good. Classy.
It is a bit pricey... my drain un-clog was $130.
But I did not do much in the way of comparison. Maybe $44 for a visit plus the actual work being done is customary?
And, they don't apply that to whatever repair you are having done if you decide to have them do the work.
I think they should at least credit a portion of it to your bill IF you have them do the work.
Still and all, I can't do this work myself and I would rather have someone who knows what they are doing to handle it. And someone who is courteous and respectful.
The only reason I am not applying 5 stars is because of the cost.

Replaced a compressor for my neighbor. When he installed the new compressor he did not flush the line set nor did he install the drier filter on the system. Then wanted her to purchase a new system since this one was now contaminated. Once we started asking questions the entire office was rude and condescending. There is no excuse for this and my elderly disabled neighbor has filled a complaint with NCBBB

They were able to come out the next day, even earlier than anticipated.

Scheduler was courteous.

Ethan and Devon were nice and professional. They made a special trip to the store to get the specific plumbing item I requested.

Installation was quick.

I wouldn't hesitate to call them back for any additional plumbing issues.

Outstanding service. I have dealt with many plumbing companies, but this company is the best. They even cleaned up after the were done, and vacuumed before they started. I have found my plumber.

Great response time to a freeze problem with our well. The two servicemen were courteous, professional, and speedy! They diagnosed the problem accurately and very quickly, and resolved it without issue. They even gave some advice on how to avoid the same problem in the future. My only complaint is the cost - they weren't cheap! $300 to thaw out the well head and replace a 2-inch piece of PVC pipe and a fitting. They didn't have the fairly common-looking part in their truck, so they had to leave and come back with the correct part, which probably cost about $10 at Lowes. The initial service call fee was $45, which means they charged almost $250 for parts and labor, which seemed expensive to me.

Other than the high cost, the Plumbing Service Company was a pleasure to deal with!

Every part of my experience with this company was wonderful, though I wish it wasn't so expensive. 44.95 to come out, then $140 with a warranty to fix my toilets. Kind, professional, called ahead to see if I was home. Wanting to help me make the most of my money.

The head of my kitchen sprayer hose was leaking intermittently, and I called thinking I needed the entire hose changed. The hose itself nor the faucet was leaking but when the sprayer head leaked, water could leak down to under the sink when the sprayer was placed back into the holder in a vertical position. I had tried to unscrew the sprayer head off the hose but was unable to do so. However, I later saw it could be unscrewed after the serviceman did so. I must say that the customer service was superb, the serviceman was sent as scheduled, and he was quite friendly.
First, after he 'tested' the sprayer head and looked under the sink for any leakage, he said that he thought that the sprayer head was OK, it was just water seeking the lowest level after coming out of the front of the sprayer when the faucet was turned on without using the sprayer. I told him that it had not done that for the past eight years, so why now?

Anyway, after some conversation about that, I was offered three options. He said that the company would not recommend replacing the sprayer/hose without replacing the entire faucet and if he did so, there would be no warranty on the work done. The options offered were: Gold Level - $800+ to replace the faucet with a fancier one with pull down sprayer and soap dispenser, Bronze Level - $500+ to replace the faucet/hose with one less fancy than the first, and $212 to replace with a faucet like the current one/hose with NO warranty on the work. I refused all three options but still paid the $48 service fee. Knowing then how to get the head of the sprayer off, my grandson and I went to Home Depot and found a replacement for $8.00. He installed it and it is working perfectly. It may stop working tomorrow, but the options given to me seem QUITE unreasonable. I will add that I am a senior citizen and I would hope that others would not be convinced into taking these options thinking there are no others. I am quite displeased with the experience and will not use or recommend this company again!

Now I understand why so many one star reviews. I called, told them I needed a pressure test on my gas line due to a suspected leak. After an hour spent in the crawl space and providing an excessive number of pictures... He wanted to offer me an estimate to replace the entire supply line. I needed a pressure/bubble test. After 30 minutes sitting in the truck working on the estimate for the test, the bubble test now costs $1165.51 WTF??? Even at a generous hourly rate, the air compressor, and the bubbly soap on 200 ft of gas line... this is unconscionable. I just told them to leave. This is crazy!! Don't even waste your time with these crooks!

They came for an emergency call. Was told they would be here around 9, and it would cost $99 to diagnose. They arrived at 12:30 AM, and as soon as I signed, they told me it would be another $250 for them to get the camera out and run it through the line to diagnose. Total cost $385 to be told I had roots in my sewer line to the street.

I was then told they had located the issue under my sidewalk in my front yard (which they clearly marked) and quoted at $3,600 for repair (which would have to be done another day because it would take a full day and require concrete removal. The quote did NOT include replacing the concrete.)

I told the emergency plumber I would get a second opinion, as that sounded expensive. When I was contacted by the sales team in the morning to inquire about scheduling, I informed them I was seeking a second opinion, at which point the salesman immediately pretended to have service issues and hung up on me.

I had my contractor who is doing work on my house dig up the concrete for me to save me some money, and had another plumber (All Plumbing Services, https://www.allplumbingservicesofthetriad.com/ who was fantastic) who agreed to do the repair for $1,700.

When the plumber came by to do the work, he informed me there was no way the pipe should be where it was located, but he dug up the yard to verify, only to confirm that Plumbing & Air completely mislocated my pipes, and I dug up the sidewalk for nothing. Moreover, when they did locate the issue, it was 20 feet away at the front of my yard, not even CLOSE to my sidewalk.

So I was charged $400 for BAD information, hung up on when I asked for a second opinion, and cost additional damages because I acted on said bad information.

I would NEVER use this company, and I would NEVER recommend using them. They will rob you blind, but more importantly, their work simply can NOT be trusted.

The A/C stopped working at my mother's house. These folks were very kind and made a visit to her house promptly. Upon arrival, stated they had no problem working with a warranty. 2 1/2 hours later the two technicians had finally diagnosed the problem(s) and provided an estimate of around $3100 to replace the fan motor, capacitor, Uv light etc. all of a sudden the technician put us on the phone with some clown named Lonnie who was his manager. I was so appalled at how Lonnie spoke to us as customers via speaker phone. He was very upset that his technicians needed over 2 hours to diagnose the problem and we needed to agree to have him do the work immediately or he would leave. I have at least 3 issues with this. It wasn't our fault that the technicians were incompetent. Secondly, no manager in any industry should be that rude to any customer. We paid the service fee in cash and were prepared to pay for the service and be reimbursed by our warranty company later but Lonnie ended that idea. Thirdly, we had all of these repairs and replacements done by another company for under $800. The unit is working better now then it was prior to breaking. I would implore everyone to steer clear of this company... the technicians were very polite but clueless... Run people, as far and as fast as your feet will carry you.
