Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Greensboro NC
Tyrell did a great job promptly fixing our disposal. He was very responsive in his communication and took proper COVID safety precautions. Will definitely use him again for future work!

This is an update of my initial contact review and encapsulates the final product. Let me say this: Craftsmanship without gouging or taking advantage of the customer. My leak was the result of two faulty water heaters. It was a project that took almost 10 hours to complete due to the confined spaces that our plumber (Shane) had to manage. With this new installation we also replaced a damaged faucet from recent work done in that area AND installed a main water shut off for the home owner. A tad more expensive than my self-install at another house, the cost bringing everything to code with quality equipment was worth it
Lastly, some of the little things stood out, especially if you are concerned with security: I received follow-ups from the Dispatch Team and when the technician was en route, I received a text containing his background and photo. You immediately know what your tech looks like.
Lastly, I did receive a call back from a competitor. Sight unseen he provides a quote of $500 to fix the leak. BS. FWIW, the service call from Go Green was $69, not $500. Buyer beware of others----if it doesn't feel right, your instinct is probably right.
I will use Go Green for future plumbing needs.

We had some sort of leak in our downstairs bathroom in September. We told them what was going on. Had them come out. They told us it was a toilet leaking. That the seal needed replaced. We paid over $1k for this. They checked our crawl space, our bathroom, cut multiple holes. It turns out that while we probably did need to have our toilet seal fixed and the pipe fixed, that's not what caused our leak. It was the roof. We had them come out again and check the plumbing. They'll charge you to cut the holes in your wall for discovery, but DONT leave the sheet rock they cut out to replace it with. They were very vocally pro trump, even saying they were leaving our house to go to a trump rally.
Very unhappy that they didn't do enough checking to find out what the actual issue was. We wasted over $1k on something that didn't need to be fixed.

Last spring our upstairs HVAC stopped cooling and we called our usual HVAC company in Jamestown to check it out. We assumed the freon needed recharging as we'd had a slow leak for a few years and had to recharge a small amount each year. They came out, charged it with freon for a cost of $555.10. Two weeks later, it was out again, and since we were having house guests that weekend, and we had recently met someone with Jessup Services, we called them this time. We knew we were due for a new HVAC soon, but our guests were arriving in 2 days so no time for that. Jessup sent someone out who diagnosed the problem, found the leak, sealed it as a work-around, and charged it with coolant. The technician also told us that there is a much less expensive substitute for freon available that was adaptable for our HVAC system and that there was no need to have used the expensive freon charge! I give Jessup 5 STARS for honesty, dependability, and the effort to do a work-around when we desperately needed it vs. just taking the easy way out and charging us another $550 and telling us we needed a new HVAC (which we already knew would be inevitable soon). Jessup went above and beyond to handle our problem, and 6 months later, their work-around is still working! Thank you Jessup!!

Easily a 5 star experience if I solely based my review on service rendered once Fletcher and Devin arrived at my home. Both were extremely professional yet friendly. Fletcher was very thorough in his assessment of what was going on, testing several different scenarios before he provided his overall assessment and recommendations. I will admit, the mere fact that when they arrived and were pleasant and professional and the service was quick, it negated almost all of my negative thoughts about the company. I docked one star based on the initial dispatcher not being clear when she took my appointment around 8:30 AM. She stated that my appointment would be from 1pm until 3pm when in actuality 1pm until 3pm was the window of time the technician had to arrive. After a technician was not at my home by 1:15, I called back, explained my situation (the fact that I had a hair appointment in Greensboro at 4 pm and could not take another day off work to wait ALL day for them to arrive) and eventually they were able to get my call to Fletcher and Devin. Life was good!

I will not allow this jerk back on my property!
He gave me one estimate to run new plumbing in an older house for me. He went up on that estimate two more times, with each time hundreds of dollars more. He tore the insulation down from the floor joists where he needed to work and threw it on the ground. No, he didn't replace it either. He took short cuts to do the plumbing, and left his mess - discarded pipes, crimp clamps, and other mess under my house. I asked him to put the insulation back and clean up. His answer, nope. He also walked on my brand new hardwood floors with muddy shoes, and he knew I was watching. He did other work for me in which again he went up on the initial estimate two more times. He got pissed off at me for asking for the warranty paper work. Do not hire this jerk! Oh yeah. He loves spouting his religion. I don't pay someone for their religion. I pay them to do a good job.

This is the company that my home warranty sent out to fix my heating issue in November 2021 which was initially only me smelling a burning odor whenever my heat came on but they ended up coming out about 5 times before deciding that I needed a new furnace. Anyone who is deemed the subject matter expert should not need that many times to fix a problem unless they are intentionally trying to get money out of the customers, which I believe was the case. They came out and fixed the problem. Maybe a week or so passed by and I noticed the odor was STILL there so I contacted my home warranty 2-10 again and they sent them back out this time it was that I needed a fan motor...why wasn't that the case the first time if you're coming out for the same issue? No clue. Each time they came out there was a different issue that the claimed they were fixing but every time they worked on it there was a new problem I hadn't had previously. I requested a different service tech after the 4th time but I should've requested an entirely different company through my home warranty. The next one came out and informed me of a different motor that I needed and once the part was in they would come install it. Advance Appliances called stating they couldn't find the part for my system and that the home warranty would need to find it. Home warranty found it but when advanced appliance came to install it the part was the wrong part for my system therefore could not be found and now I need a new system. The strangest thing also happened the last time they came out, I had to leave work to come home and meet them there. Once the guy was finished and I had left he contacted me stating he had left some tools in my crawl space if I mind him going back to get them....I wasn't home he knew that but I watched on my security camera this man was there for about 20 minutes. I don't believe it takes that long to get any tool you may have left. They screwed with my system little by little making me use the allotted funds my home warranty provides to cover the system then tell me I need a new system and the funds that could've been used for a new system from the beginning are now exhausted because of all the parts and labor of them coming out so many times. I had to go to my crawl space to turn on the switch for my ice machine and found that they had taken my unit apart and not put it back together when they left. It was a mess, I wish I had before and after photos of my crawl space prior to any work being done but I only have the photo of the mess they left. Absolutely unacceptable, unsatisfactory, and unprofessional! Rating would be 0 if possible but I don't recommend using this company at all.

Would not recommend. Difficult to get a hold up. You can't speak with anyone local. First encountered them at a local baseball game. I have numerous rental properties and they ask for my business. But you call a number and get someone who will just lie to you when they answer the phone. They won't let you speak with anyone locally. so if you want to do business with someone in another state to doesn't really care about you, maybe give them a try but they're not local. They asked me for my business for all of my properties and I said I would give them a call and talk to them but when I called, they refused to let me speak with anyone and told me I can send an email.

Trust is worth more than gold. That comes to mind when wanting to talk about this company because i believe them to be very trustworthy.
When I heard Aurora ProServices promotion on the radio offering a free roof inspection with no obligation, I thought yeah, right. I was concerned about two shingles on my roof that looked like they were buckling. I imagined that whoever came out to inspect would find a way to turn that into a big sale. We senior ladies--I'm 80--are easily frightened. I was wrong.
The person who inspected--his name was Alvaro-(Al for short)--checked and saw that the shingles were ok. But, while he was there he checked the rest of the roof and said all looked good. Al was very polite. Took time to explain. He was also on time.
So Aurora Proservices meant what they said in their ad. The Inspection was totally free, no obligation. And no searching for or creating a problem. (And anyone reading this probably knows what I'm talking about.)
The company also provides services for HVAC, Electricity, Plumbing. Needless to say. should there be any problems at this senior ladies home, Aurora ProServices is definitely my first , and only, choice for whatever needs to be done. Thank you Aurora Pros.

These guys were tops! Efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Shout out to Blake for being really dependable and communicative with anything I needed. I'd definitely use them again. Save yourself the pain of trying to find the total package in electric/plumbing services, and call these guys.

Hate to leave a 1 star review, especially now, but this company deserves it for their misleading policy that they guarantee their work.
My old toilet broke, so I went and bought an American Standard brand toilet, sealed new in box, from Lowe's. I had another plumber coming, but they rescheduled to Monday. Sutton was able to schedule me for Friday morning so we wouldn't have to go the whole weekend with a broken toilet.
The tech came Friday on time and was friendly and professional, and he removed the old toilet and installed the new one. He said he tested the new toilet several times, but that we needed to wait 6 hours for the caulk to dry before using. We waited the 6 hours, only to find that the flapper sticks open more often than not. We're able to close it manually, but it means having to open the tank and check this every time.
I called Monday morning requesting them to come back and fix this. I was scheduled and told no charge, but then I got a call back shortly after saying there would be another $49 dispatch charge plus whatever the fix would cost because we supplied the toilet! Gentleman on the phone told me it would've cost $700 if we opted for Sutton to supply the toilet, and that would have been guaranteed under their policy. Meanwhile, I paid them $260 including their dispatch fee to install my $180 toilet including haul away of the old one. So you're openly telling me that you would have charged your customer basically an extra $250 for a toilet with a guarantee attached. I could understand this approach more if it wasn't for the fact I bought this toilet brand new from Lowe's with receipt and all.
It's probably a quick easy fix like adjusting the chain or something to that effect, but beware that this company will not take any responsibility for the possibility they made a mistake unless you pay the high premium for it. I scheduled a different company to come fix the flapper issue and don't see myself running back to Sutton for any future plumbing issues. Sorry to say that because the tech was very nice and probably made a simple mistake. In any case, I don't see how this was tested several times when the flapper sticks open for us more times than not. Also, this policy was not disclosed to us prior to the job being done.
I understand a company has overhead to pay, but this is not the way to go about making your profits.
