Best Backflow Services in Greensboro NC
So glad that we have someone that is caring, personal and honest good ol' southern guy! Had lost all hot water at our house, called to see if he could come out to find the issue since my husband was 600 miles away! He told me right away he was finishing a job at a school and would get back to me as soon as he could. He called me a few hours later and came out at 7pm at night! I have kids and a job, the hot water was important to us. Mr Bohannon showed up, was courteous and found out our problem in no time! Our heating coils had fried after the water company repaired a pipe and had cut off and on our water flow. He fixed it right away for us as he was concerned about us not going without. I had no problem paying the bill and his office staff was willing to wait until the next day for payment since hubby had the funds with him.
Thank you Bohannon's! You will be called again!!

These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

The work that was done was good. My issue is being charged for an additional 30 minutes for a job that I was already paying $125 an hour to do which had already taken two hours. I don't feel like i should've been charged an extra $62.50 for the 10 minutes over the two hour mark since this job could've been completed in two hours easily. Plus I had to drive 30 minutes to the store to get the valve stems myself, which I was still on the clock for. This was an integrity issue for me.

P.F. Plumbing has done two major jobs for us: a new sewer line the day after Christmas (!) and a new water heater. In all instances they were clear, prompt, professional, and focused. They are contractors, which means they may not be the best call for small repairs -- they are excellent for big jobs. I highly recommend.

Skye Plumbing came out within a few hours of me calling on a Sunday afternoon.
They took extra time to make sure my drain line was clear of as many roots as possible, so that the tenants staying in my home could use the plumbing.
The response time, the work, and the price were all amazing.
Thanks Skye Plumbing!

Go Green Plumbing was awesome! Guido and Dustin were very professional and very informative. The turnaround time was great( not even 2 full days to replace the plumbing in my entire home) and quality of the work was unsurpassed. They say they want to provide great service and that's just what they did!!!They deserve 10 stars!!!

Main water valve had a leak. Called out Roto-Rooter to resolve the problem. The plumber assured me he could fix the problem for the next 20 years and that it was under warranty. He packed the nut with teflon tape and turned it off/on a few times confirming it worked. Flash forward to 8 months later, I go to turn off the water valve and it starts leaking immediately.
Do not use Roto Rooter if you possibly can help it. They charged me $187.25 for a single use fix to a slow leak.
When I called them to see if they would resolve it, they did not have any management on call at 5:45pm and would only schedule me for a paid visit.

We contacted this company to inspect and clean our gas log fireplace. Their servicemen were courteous and professional and performed quality work. Their base price was reasonable however the cost of the work was inflated by 35% for questionable and unreasonable add ons. Charging for boot covers (typically contractors put them on out of respect for your home), charged for use of a shop vac (tool of the trade), charged for a drop cloth (seriously!), and a duster! Additionally, we were never told over the phone that there was a $30 charge for out of the city limits of Greensboro (an 18 mile, 26 minute trip). Had we known about that alone, we would have sought out someone closer to our home. Needless to say we were very unhappy with the nickel and dime add ons which came to $55.

Would not recommend. Difficult to get a hold up. You can't speak with anyone local. First encountered them at a local baseball game. I have numerous rental properties and they ask for my business. But you call a number and get someone who will just lie to you when they answer the phone. They won't let you speak with anyone locally. so if you want to do business with someone in another state to doesn't really care about you, maybe give them a try but they're not local. They asked me for my business for all of my properties and I said I would give them a call and talk to them but when I called, they refused to let me speak with anyone and told me I can send an email.

Not approved by this Grandmother. We had this company come out to give an estimate on installing a gas cooktop. We understood the estimate would cost $90. As soon as the staff members, who were polite and came on time, entered our home they were encouraging us to sign up with Aurora for a comprehensive annual program. Their estimate for installing the cooktop was almost $1,900 (they said it would be discounted to about $1,600 if we signed on for the annual program). Both prices were preposterously high. Because we do not have piles of money to burn, we contacted a local appliance repair company who did the job beautifully for a total of $350 including parts. So we had the work done for about 20% of what Aurora wanted. I cannot see who would use this company unless they fall for a sales pitch that will cost them dearly.

Worthless price gouging criminals misrepresenting themselves as service techs. My warranty sent them to fix my problem. The 1st guy showed up i explained to him that mmy well pump was bad. My neighbor and I had used a meter to check it and found it pulling high amps tripping the breaker. He never used a meter and said iit was the breaker but his boss was on his way. He arrived smelling as if he needed a shower and deodorant used a meter to check the wiring at the well found high amps tripping the breaker and made a phone call. During the call he asked the person when the would be available to pull the pump from the well it is 400 feet deep. I was told the next day after noon. I asked why they didn't take care of the problem and he said we don't do that. I ask why they were sent and not someone who could fix the problem. They didn't know. I paid them my warranty service fee and waited for a receipt and estimate of the cost and work to be fine and never recieved one. Still haven't. They also never scheduled a time frame that the other techswould show up. This all took a grand total of 15 minutes. I waited and waited called my warranty and they said they were waiting on a report from the techs to review so they could make a determination ad to the next step. The techs told me this would be done and submitted before they left. I called the tech and they told me they were waiting on the warranty company the report was submitted so I called them back they said no it wasn't. A big run around. The warranty put me on hold and called the company which was closed at 4pm but they talked with an answering service and while on hold I got a text from the tech who said the report was almost finished. So they lied. An hour or so later I get a text saying my non- covered cost would be $2480 if I wanted the pressure switch replaced or $1980 if not. A pressure switch cost between $20 and $40. This is in addition to the $1500 the warranty company was liable for. I promptly asked them what for they weren't digging me new well. They still haven't provided me with a detailed list of services. I told them not to show up. I had another company come out on the 4th of July holiday no service fee pull and replace the pump, pressure tank and switch in 2 hours for $1800 with a 5 year warranty. Home services of the triad should have never addressed to come out on a well pump issue they are not certified well contractor's which you are required by state law to be to touch a well.
