Best Water Heater Installation in Glendale AZ

Worked with Thomas and Trumble (sorry can't remember) great work they installed a soft water and RO system, installed a bidet, and helped with other services as well! They were amazing and I'm part of the membership and have already saved a ton in repeat calls and needs! Thank you for the great work and loving my dogs and letting them be lose and curious---that was a plus!!

I not only had my HVAC system installed by this company but I also had a water softener system put in. I got the PRESIDENT system which came with a 10 year warranty (WOW). Fidel installed it within an hour and then went over how it works with me. He worked quickly and did an awesome job he tacked the wiring to the wall it looks awesome. Great job and I am now considering a reverse osmosis system. I did my homework on both HVAC and water softener and had many other quotes. (5) of them to be exact. These guys beat the prices and listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to up sell me. I will definitely tell all of my friends to use this company. I'm pretty skeptical and hard to please with all of these companies out there wanting to take your money and deliver nothing...no quality,no service. American delivers both. Thanks American!

I had to have a new water heater installed. Andy ' s plumbing came out. I was amazed. Professional,  courteous,  quick, and most of all patient with my hundreds of questions.  Father and son both were the best. Now I need a new toilet, they're my guys! I like how it's family owned and operated.  Generations of expertise handed down. Doesn't get any better than this.

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. I have hired many plumbers and contractor's and this outfit ranks among the best imho.  Had my faucet replaced and toilet reset. Not a big job but some folks can make a big production out of nothing.  Not Lawson's - they kept it simple and quick!  They use only best materials and do clean work.  Jeff P was efficient, thorough and friendly.  Lawsons is easy to do business with.  Reasonable charges and punctual!  They are my go-to plumbers from now on.

Today I called Copper State Plumbing Services to resolve what the City of Avondale said was a sewer blockage somewhere between the house and the sewer line. A tech came to the house on Thurs. and said they would check the cleanout drain to see if that resolved the issue, but after helping find the cleanout drain, it had not been uncovered and once Rocco found it he was able to clear the obstruction.

Rocco was at the house for about an hour. He was very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable, and helpful. His rates were less than expected, but I was very grateful. To sum up today's trip, I would rate Copper State Plumbing Services LLC with 5 stars for the following reasons:
* wore a mask when he came to the door
*put on shoe/boot covers as not to track dirt in the house
* Familiar with my neighbor and lives close
*Returned my phone message and let me know what time he could be onsite
*Called before he came to my home earlier than expected
*Was very knowledgeable about his trade and what was the city's v.s the homeowners scope or areas of responsibility
*Charges were reasonably priced

Rocco was great to deal with, and I appreciated that he was willing to show me what and where the cleanout drain was. I would recommend this company to my friends and family and if/when the need arises, I will use him again. Thank you Rocco for a job well done.

I have finally found a company that I can rely on to get my plumbing chores done properly, with quality and attention to detail.The service was great.  Wayne, the owner, listened to the work I needed to have done, we set a date, and his employee Byron came out to complete the work.  Both of these gentlemen were courteous and professional in dealing with me.  Byron was here on time, and the work was done without making a mess of my home.  I recommend this company and its staff.  If you need work done, give Wayne a call.  If I have plumbing problems in the future, I will be sure to call Wayne at PlumbSmart.

My girlfriend and I used VETSBuilt to renovate our house after refinancing our house. We were so excited for the house to have a makeover and truly be turned into a home for our family. My girlfriend is a retired combat medic for the army so we were even more excited to use a veteran run company. I would like to warn those of you looking to use this company against it. Our house is beautiful, don't get me wrong, but there were so many mistakes, short cuts, and then there is the fact that there is no warranty on the work.                              -Before beginning the renovation I has asked Bob if I should patch the holes in the house and remove all of the nails/tacks/staples/etc. He had told me not to worry and that the painters would take care of it. The painters failed to remove those items and I know have the pleasure of continuing to remove them and repaint where they were. The holes were patched in a rushed manner. When the sun hits the patches just right, you can see where the left over spackle was smeared over the walls and the hole. Then there is the clean up for the painters. They left paint over numerous light fixtures, baseboards, the new floor, and the ceiling.                     -We originally wanted to get cabinets from Home Depot and had picked out the design and received a quote. Bob told us that his cabinet guy was the best. This was not true. The cabinet guy, his name is Jaime, was far from the best. After having sat down with both Bob and Jaime to design the cabinets, as Bob told us the ones we wanted from Home Depot were no good, the cabinets were designed ENTIRELY wrong. The design was similar to the old cabinetry that we were tossing. We informed Bob, who had told us he remembered the design we chose and agreed the ones built were not what we were paying for. The cabinets were never replaced and we received $500 off for something we didn't want. There were further issues with the cabinets when Bob failed to communicate with his guy that we were no longer able to afford a new vanity for our master bathroom. We had told him we didn't want the vanity but Bob had arranged a deal with Jaime that we could keep this vanity for free...another way to make up for the entire kitchen being done wrong. The vanity was also designed wrong, the drawers require so much force to be opened that most of the time you end up whacking yourself in the leg or crotch. I told Bob this too, and despite him also having difficulties opening the drawers and him watching me attempt to open the drawer and having it hit me in the crotch, he said it would be okay over time. To this very day, I still hit myself. The hinges used by the cabinet guy were put on in a rushed manner, Bob claimed that clients make his guy nervous (we were never in the house when he was here) and one of the cabinet doors is beginning to fall off the hinge. Bob did make an attempt to have Jaime fix the spice rack and the missing stain on the island cabinetry. However, when Jaime arrived he had stated Bob never told him about needing to bring stain to finish the island, I texted Bob right there on the spot and he told me that Jaime doesn't understand English very well so he must not have known what he was talking about.                                 -The floor we had put in began to pop up after Bob's crew left. Bob had the floor installed by someone now well versed in the type of floor we were putting in, the subfloor was uneven and despite putting down the moisture barrier pad, it didn't help - there are spots that sag and where the boards pop. The company we wanted to use would have leveled the sub floor and saved us the hassle of continuously bouncing as we walk through the house. Bob did the measurements for the house to determine how much of the flooring we needed to purchase. He measured wrong every time. I believe we had to make 2 extra trips to the store to get more flooring...which wasn't in the budget. This just seems like a rookie mistake for a contractor. And it was costly.                                                        -We had the master bathroom renovated. The crew Bob used for this portion was very nice. Other than cleaning their equipment down the shower drain and toilet, their tile work looks and is amazing. No flaws! The shower that Bob had done for us is beautiful, but leaks. The joints where the glass meet have not been sealed properly and water spills out onto the floor in a large puddle.                                                                 Like I said, we had huge hopes for our experience and partnership with this company. And it fell short. All of the issues listed above were addressed with Bob directly. Unfortunately, while he talks to you about wanting things to be perfect, and how he understands wanting things done right because you're paying for it - its a lie. When I called to make the appointment I asked if they were local and they snapped that just because I was close by I wasn't going to get a discount. If I wanted a discount I would have asked. 3 hours late. Found an issue during the job and wouldn't fix it during that visit probably because they showed up so late and it was closing time. Tried to contact the boss and he never got back to me.

My bathtub stopper is stuck in my drain. I have been dying to use my bathtub for months and have attempted to repair the stopper myself. Upon realizing that I am no match for this problem, I called the plumbing and AC medics. Michael stopped by within two hours of my call to explain to me the severity of the situation, as well as help me to understand my options. Michael is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Misleading lead time was unethical. First I was told 1.5 hrs, then when I called and they weren't there, it was another 1.5 hrs, called again, then told another 2 hrs, called again, then told yet another 2 hours, called then another 2 hrs... it was insane! The entire day was shot waiting around for someone to show up.

I have to mention that the technician, Seth was 5 star, but I would never recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone based on my experience with being flat out lied to and jerked around about the time they would arrive.

I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.
