Best Toilet Installation in Glendale AZ

This was a great experience with Mountain Park Plumbing.  I thought I would need a whole new toilet installed when my four year old one got a crack all the way across the tank.  But Matt suggested calling the toilet supplier, American Standard, to see if they might still be able to ship me just the tank portion.  They did, at no cost!  This saved me several hundred dollars and replacing the whole toilet.  I called Matt back when the tank arrived and he sent a very nice plumber out to install it for me.  Nice people, smart ideas, great workmanship, thank you Mountain Park Plumbing!

I had an issue with my plumbing leaking due do a faulty product from when the house was built.  Plumbers of Maricopa was prompt to come out and assess the damage.  I was quickly provided a reasonable quote.  The respectful crew came out and repiped my entire house.  No more issues for me.  I highly recommend Plumbers of Maricopa.

Call ROCCO at 4 o'clock on Monday and fix my shower by 2 o'clock on Tuesday! Not over priced like the big companies.

Andy's Plumbing is a family business, and just fantastic. We had a plumbing crisis at 9:30 this morning and it was completely fixed by 4 this afternoon. I called, and left a message. They called me back from the east side of town but made their way to the west side, looked at the situation, fixed it and cleaned up. The total was $237, including parts and labor. If I had called a big corporate plumber, it would have been at least $600. Andy's Plumbing is the BEST!!!!

Got a quick response to my HomeAdvisor request from Nick in the office, and had same day service scheduled. John R. came out and did the work for my parents, dealt with me remotely, and went above and beyond taking care of an extra that we didn't expect for a reasonable price. Their pricing was fair to begin with, so I'm very satisfied. Will be making the call to them first for any of my future needs. 5 stars isn't enough, thanks PlumbSmart.

We used VetsBuilt Contracting to renovate our master bathroom. DJ was great to work with from start to finish. We had ideas in mind of the design we wanted and DJ did a great job of providing additional alternatives and suggestions. The crew did a wonderful job of getting the job done timely while being considerate of our home. There were a couple of minor things we noticed through the process that needed to be fixed and DJ quickly addressed our concerns with his crew and got every item on our list corrected quickly. When the bathroom was finally completed we were ecstatic about the finished product and the quality of the work that was done. DJ even gave us a thank you card and a thank you gift at the end of the project. Top notch service and quality work. I would highly recommend VetsBuilt for your construction/renovation needs.

I again called Sav-On Plumbing after the great job they did previously. Jesse called advising he could arrive early if that was okay with me.  He explained the problem and my options on how fix the issue.  The best option seemed like a new toilet instead of trying to repair one that was old and cheap.  Jesse was able to replace it within a couple of hours.  Once again I was impressed with the workmanship and professionalism. Highly recommend this company.

My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Thanks again to Devin, Mike, Kyle for your hard work and almost forgot Andrea who did an amazing job communicating with me over the phone to schedule convenient times for the crews to come out. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is.  They just do it right, they don't charge you if they don't have to.  They take their time.  Overall incredible experience and I would highly recommend.

Total rip-off and exploitation of an 86 year old woman, a client of ours.
I would give minus 5 stars if I could.
Toilet tank was running, needed new fill valve, a $10 part at HD. They charged $20, which is acceptable.
But they hit the lady with a $374.00 labor charge. When I found out and asked for an adjustment/partial refund, they told me thee job was done more than x days ago and a refund is not possible.
What a crock! Everything is possible if you are the owner!
Well, they might have made an extra $150 or $200 on that job, but they will never get another job at any of our other 40+ clients, or from office staff, family members and friends.  We are all spreading the word about who NEVER to use for any plumbing needs: Roto Rooter out of Glendale.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.
