Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Glendale AZ

We just moved to the area and were having some trouble with the AC at one end of the house. The MBR just did not seem to be getting enough airflow or cool air whereas the downstairs area was too cold.  I was initially impressed at the time Trevor spent checking things out and that he also called in another person to consult when he was not sure of some things. They told us that the duct system had not been designed properly for the airflow needed and should be completely redone and they made some adjustments in the contacts, cleaned ducts, etc.  
Since they left, we get NO cooling in the MBR. And a huge sheet of ice developed on the compressor. In other words, the problem is MUCH worse now.
And today we received a bill for $3500 !!!! ( Evidently, all the hours spent and the calling in of the more senior person added more charges?)

The handyman who has worked for years on this house happened came over after all this to introduce himself and found the ice sheet. He said there has never been a problem with the ducting system and he asked why the some parts  were left disassembled by Plumbing Medic. Good question!

We now have no cooling at all in the bedroom AND a bill for much more than we agreed to for the work.
Extremely disappointing.

We had a water line leak in an exterior wall. Called BB on Friday afternoon and they said they could do it on Saturday which was great given the water was shut off. Robert was the tech who came. Took his time looking at all options for doing the repair. Decided best way was to do the repair through the outside wall. Allowed him to make the repair with minimal damage which was much better than doing from inside the house. He is a true craftsman and very professional.

I think their advertised pricing is misleading.  I had a clogged kitchen drain that was cleared but not for the $49.95 price they advertise or tell you about when you call.  All that covers is running the disposer for a few seconds and that might (emphasis on MIGHT) unclog the drain. I had already tried several drain openers to no avail so turning the disposer on/off was a joke.  Since the disposer trick didn't clear the drain, the price became $134 and change. Since they were already here, I had them do the job even though I could have had it done for around $115.  I suspect if I had not had them do it, I would have been charged a travel fee or similar charge. The 3 star rating is for the fact that they completed the job and cleared the clog.  I would not have them again.

Don't know how this outfit got such a high rating. For them supposedly being reasonably priced, no way. First he was late getting here, took a half hour to write a proposal, wanted to push me back to another day because he had another job to do in two hours. The estimate was three times the price of the company that I hired. No way would I recommend them.

Did not want a band aid job. There was only one  way to do the job. Jack hammer the floor and move the water pipe 6. I stand by my one star rating.

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. We had some contracting being done and found out that we had issues with several hose bibs and a valve.  We needed these replaced really quickly and I didn't think this was going to happen today, but Rocco responded right away and I was in luck.  He got the job done at a reasonable price and so fast there was no delay to the other work being done.  All I can say is damn!

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

Christian and team are a key part of my home improvement team. Responsive, prompt, neat and fairly priced. I trust him to work while I'm not home and the results are consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

I was able to get prompt service by a knowledgeable, friendly and fair technician. i had an emergency call which turned out to be a warranty covered by another company. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a main water pipe leak and Hansen family was able to send a tech (Jerry) out within an hour and not only they did an amazing job using high quality products but their pricing was very reasonable too. I would def do business again.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

We had a leaking hot water heater and called Apple Plumbing who we had used before. Andrew came out and replaced the hot water heater. He had lots of helpful advice and fixed a leaking kitchen facet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will use Andrew for all my future pluming needs.
