Overall very pleased with the level of service I receive from AHWA. They had replaced both units roughly 4-5 years ago and I have had maintenance plans since installation.

Andy's Plumbing is a family business, and just fantastic. We had a plumbing crisis at 9:30 this morning and it was completely fixed by 4 this afternoon. I called, and left a message. They called me back from the east side of town but made their way to the west side, looked at the situation, fixed it and cleaned up. The total was $237, including parts and labor. If I had called a big corporate plumber, it would have been at least $600. Andy's Plumbing is the BEST!!!!

My parents are getting a lost ready to build a home on and I reached out to Millwell excavation and they were able to help tremendously! Once getting started they ran into Caliche & that made the job twice as hard but nonetheless they worked two long days to insure they still got this done for my parents! They gave such a reasonable price on top of the services they provided for my parents. I will continue to use millwell and recommend them!

Plumbers of Maricopa is an honest hard working business who understands all things plumbing. They corrected an issue in our home in a solid week's time (big project) and were priced reasonably. We had to get many quotes since the issue was truly unknown and some businesses came back with insanely high quotes making us feel like we were about to get ripped off. They were respectful of our property and fixed our issue. The job required more tools and labor then our usual plumber could easily manage alone and we are certainly glad we used them. Would recommend.

This was my 3rd time calling PlumbSmart. Every experience I have had has been wonderful.  The 1st time I contacted them, they were the only company who could come out in a reasonable time frame. We had to shut the water off to the home, so of course coming promptly was important to me.   With each experience, I have nothing bad to say. They are great with their communication; they show up within the time given.  They called me prior to coming, even call to follow up with me after the repair has been completed.  Adam was the last plumber to service my home and he was great. Friendly, repairs went well and made sure to show me how to test my own water pressure on the home.

When I first called to get an appointment the shop should have been closed, but, they answered the phone anyways and set me up with an appointment for the next day. The office was in communication with me and let me know when Jesse Guerrero would be at my house. He was there on time. Before he came in put his booties on and went to work had my job finished extremely fast. Jesse was super knowledgeable about my plumbing problem and explained everything to me. I would most definitely recommend this company.

Called them to ask them a question about a service that I (at the time I called) was 90% sure I had them perform on my house. Wanted to confirm I had it done and also see if they did a follow-up camera as I'm currently experiencing the same or similar issue in my kitchen.

Receptionist was a bit rude but said a tech had to call me to answer my questions. I truly don't think the receptionist understood that it was more of a administrative question vs. I needed a tech to come out.

Tech called me back. I tried to explain the situation but before I could even get it out there they went ballistic on me. Then they hung up. Then called me back to continue to go ballistic and all threatening on me.

I'm confident that the tech thought I was accusing them of doing bad work or asking them to come out and redo it. None of that is true. I was trying to understand what happened, if anything so I could get to the bottom of my current plumbing issue. I'm happy to pay for services and understand that sometimes repair services aren't completely successful and it's complicated as to why and often not due to any failure on the service providers part.

Staff here needs to take some customer service and communication 101. And some deep breaths. I wasn't even angry I was a very confused customer (I literally apologized for my confusion) who needed to ask some questions about prior service.  Now I'm angry bc I was verbally attacked by the tech. I blocked the techs number so they can't call me back and attack me again.

FWIW: I did receive and pay for services by this company a year ago- checked my credit card. I'm not even interested in knowing anything else at this point. I won't let this company in my home and have hired another local company to perform the work a year later without historical info.

Christian and team are a key part of my home improvement team. Responsive, prompt, neat and fairly priced. I trust him to work while I'm not home and the results are consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

Called for a clogged drain and ended up hearing about why I needed to do over $3000 dollars of other things. Felt very much like they use the clogged drain as a in road to upsell customers on a bunch of other unrelated work that may or may not be legit. I think this is their business model. I felt like it was dishonest and sketchy. They also removed the sticker on my hot water heater that was previously on it and placed a giant sticker promoting their company. Didn't ask at all. While one tech talked to me, another one swooped in to switch out the sticker. All in all, not a transparent or upfront experience.

Today was a contract AC check.  Leslie Citrone and Ricardo were here for a detailed and thorough check for my AC unit.  They both were very informative on their findings explaining terms that I did not understand.  My house is being inspected tomorrow for the sale and this scheduled visit was so timely. Thank you, again, Leslie and Ricardo for helping me today!

My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Thanks again to Devin, Mike, Kyle for your hard work and almost forgot Andrea who did an amazing job communicating with me over the phone to schedule convenient times for the crews to come out. Apple Plumbing Services is nothing short of a god send. I contacted Apple Plumbing after having a odd feeling about another plumber I had hired and worked with for a sewer line which collapsed.  Apple Plumbing came right out and confirmed my suspicions and literally hand held me through every single detail of the job and their findings. Some of the work they found to have been completed correctly and they advised me of this. But the work which was not done correctly was explained to me in laymans terms included a color coded diagram! Yes, a diagram! I was losing sleep over this disaster in my rental home and they were able to repair the problem at a fraction of a price and have assisted me obtain the information needed to rectify the situation with the first provider who was already paid an exorbitant fee. I would not trust ANY OTHER plumber or drain company ever to come to my home. They are fair and conscientious and are reasonably priced...everyone deserves to make a living and a fair living at that, but this company prides themselves on excellent work for a fair price. Joni and Randy, and the entire staff including the hand crew, have been nothing short of fantastic! Highly highly recommend them!

I purchased a water heater from Roto rooter one year ago. I was in shock when they gave me the bill, for a water heater they charged me $2,350 dollars!!!!!!! This unit started having water leaks since day one!!! I reported the problem, they sent a technician but they refused to change the unit. I kept having water leaks, so knowing that I had a supposed 6 year guarantee I called to get the unit replaced.
The technicians kept scheduling for later because of the weekend, or because of the holidays....excuses. I kept calling and finally 3 technicians show up and replaced the heater! But with another big bill!!!!! So I ended paying for the second unit on full!!! The guarantee is a scam and everything was a scam and a TERRIBLE experience!!!!!!
Do not get water heaters from this company!!!

Jessie and his apprentice came to my house promptly the day my water main broke. I had mostly dug out the hole to see where the leak was coming from. I was very shocked when he said that he would charge me $200 to dig out the remaining dirt to assess the leak. I agreed to let him do the job and pay the price. He showed me the leak and gave me estimates to spot repair the leak and to replace the entire water one from the meter to the house with PEX line. I feel he was using scare tactics to persuade me to go the expensive route. I did not give in and chose the spot repair. He worked on my property for about three hours, although he had to make a few trips to the store and was not there the whole time. His repair failed about three weeks later and I had the company come out again. The company sent a different technician over that same day (Sunday). I was impressed that the company was so quick to respond!
