I am updating my review from one to five stars. The owner reached out and listened to my concerns and addressed them by sending out a manager with a trainee.

On their return visit they checked my vent and addressed it with their satisfaction guarantee. While my first review was negative, they earned a second chance. I would absolute hire them again, and if you chose to, communicate any issues you (might have) and give them a chance to rectify them.

Our AC would not cool and after having Chas Roberts come out to do a super quick diagnostic I called American Home Water & Air for a second opinion.  I spoke with Brad that same night and he was able to provide me with much more information than the previous tech.  Brad sent out his best tech Bill to replace and repair my compressor and all the surrounding parts.  Bill and his associate arrived promptly and immediately got to work, even in some poor conditions (water and mud around the unit).  The next day, for some reason the A/C stopped working again, I called Brad that night again and the he was at my house the very next morning.  He went in the attic and identified the issue, and other poor craftsmanship issues from the builder and contractor that installed the unit.  Once again, Brad took time out of his day to make trips to the manufacturer for the parts and to fight on our behalf.  Once he all the parts for the attic unit, Bill and his associate was once again back to work fixing our AC.  Thanks to Brad and his team, we were able to have a successful baby shower.   This is by far one of best customer service experiences we've ever had. I will definitely highly recommend American Home Water & Air.

They recently did a bunch of work for me at my home. They replaced a water heater, rebuilt my kitchen sink as well as a couple minor jobs. I've dealt with quite a few contractors since moving here and most were terrible. Did a half ass job, left a mess, argumentative. Andy and his team were the epitome of professional, friendly, clean and they did really good work. A huge relief for me. I would highly recommend them!

My parents are getting a lost ready to build a home on and I reached out to Millwell excavation and they were able to help tremendously! Once getting started they ran into Caliche & that made the job twice as hard but nonetheless they worked two long days to insure they still got this done for my parents! They gave such a reasonable price on top of the services they provided for my parents. I will continue to use millwell and recommend them!

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. A friend recommended Apache Plumbing for a leaky sink and washer valve replacements in my new [old] home. Robert showed up on time and was in and out in an hour. Great customer service from start to finish and will definitely use them again!

Our kitchen sink backed up overnight. I called them in the morning and they  responded quickly. They had a technician out within an hour after I called. My only complaint is that they did leave some water behind after it said that they had vacuumed and cleaned up the area. But that is a small gripe for the quick service

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

I sometimes think these reviews are faked or paid for, but I swear I'm legit and here to praise the honesty of these guys. I had another plumbing company come out to scope my sewers, and they told me I had roots everywhere and needed $6,000 worth of work. I wanted a second opinion, so a few months later Chris from Gold Star scoped it and showed the other guys were trying to con me. The pipes were fine, none of the root incursion the other company alleged. Saved me a ton of money and headache.

I had to get a new hot water heater as mine was leaking. JT came over and did a fantastic job. He was efficient and very professional. I have used Lawson before and I will continue to use them. They do a wonderful job and I feel that they are affordable compared to other plumbers.

Call ROCCO at 4 o'clock on Monday and fix my shower by 2 o'clock on Tuesday! Not over priced like the big companies.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

They completed a difficult underground plumbing problem and identified and repaired everything.  They were able to explain every step of the way so that we understood exactly why the issue was happening.  They included several jobs that were going to be add ons with another company's quote and their bid was much more reasonable for a complete job.  They also completed in 1 day what was estimated as 2 days with the other company. They were professional, hard working and Kyle did an excellent job at every step.  We called for a second opinion and they gave us a free estimate and we went with them immediately and we are so glad we did.  Highly recommend

I was in a bad car accident this morning.  A gentleman in an Apple Plumbing van stopped to make sure no one was seriously injured.  I really appreciate that.  I've never used their plumbing services, but this says a lot about the kind of people they are.  Thank you!!!

If I could leave no stars, I would and I'm sorry this is such a long review but the details are necessary. My elderly mother is trying to buy a house and we needed a quote and inspection report on all of the items that needed to be repaired or replaced. Initially, all was great. Jordan came out and went through the house and told us we would have the report that evening or the following day. The following day, a Friday, our realtor called Jordan and he said the office had everything to put the report together but that their computers were down.  They assured our realtor that they would get it done as soon as the computers were back up. Now, keep in mind that we are running out of time on our inspection period and my Mother needs a place to live.

The following Monday, our realtor called again, repeatedly. The office staff stated that our realtor was blowing up their phones and that they would have the report done by day end. The next day, Tuesday, our realtor called to see where the report was. To no avail. The realtor was told that they needed to reach Jordan again but it was his day off. The realtor eventually spoke with the manager and was told that they would get in touch with Jordan and complete the report. When it didn't come the realtor called again was told that they didn't appreciate having their phone blown up. The realtor eventually got the report and it was missing items and had 6th grade-level typos (ex: peddle stool sink instead of pedestal sink - this is a plumbing company writing this).

The realtor went back to them, got some serious attitude and was eventually told that maybe we should go somewhere else, which we happily did. We missed our inspection date but that's okay. We're happy to know how these people operate and we can tell the world about it on Yelp and plenty of other places. The realtor, who used to use them exclusively, will never use them again either. This business is horrible and with this attitude won't be around much longer.

Save time and aggravation and bypass this business.

Plumbing Masters is very professional from the beginning to the end. When I made a appt for someone to come out to my home shortly after hanging up I immediately was sent a text of the photo of the technician that was coming to my home. Steven came out and the work that needed to be done unfortunately was going to cost me more than I thought. However he did all he could do to find the least inexpensive way to fix the problem. Steven and Joshua were both professional in showing a print out of the cost so it's good to know it wasn't made up! Would definitely use again hopefully not anytime soon!
