Nice people but the company policy seems to be screw tge customers as much as positive. They quoted me $2700+ to replace a faucet!!  They ended up doing for $350. And that only because I was under pressure to get done

We called Andy to snake a drain line after attempting to clear the line ourselves and after having another plumber out who couldn't clear the clog. I was fearing pipe issues requiring digging up the floor. Andy fixed us right up and gave us a great price considering it was a difficult job, not your typical clog....I've already given his number to a couple coworkers as a referral and will keep his info for any future needs. Great service!

My parents are getting a lost ready to build a home on and I reached out to Millwell excavation and they were able to help tremendously! Once getting started they ran into Caliche & that made the job twice as hard but nonetheless they worked two long days to insure they still got this done for my parents! They gave such a reasonable price on top of the services they provided for my parents. I will continue to use millwell and recommend them!

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. A few days ago I had a leaky shutoff valve under my kitchen sink, I called in the morning and they sent someone out same day which was a huge plus because of the urgency of my situation. Both techs that came were very curtios, respectful and professional, their work was A+ and we will definitely call them again if we ever need any additional plumbing work in the future.

These guys are super solid! They installed a water heater for me in late 2020. Fast forward 2.5 years, water heater failed (and it was a good one they installed). It happens, parts are bad out of the box all the time in my world. Called, explained situation, water heater was still under warranty. Expected a bunch of hemming and hawing on labor but nope, they covered parts and labor. They stand behind what they install even though the failure was in no part their doing. It doesn't get any more honest than that! Plus they were fast, sympathetic to the situation, and very efficient. Thanks guys!

Apache plumbing was incredibly conscientious, professional, and timely. They got the job done leaving little mess in my backyard. A sewer main was replaced within a day and a morning. These guys get 10 stars in my book!!!

Today was a contract AC check.  Leslie Citrone and Ricardo were here for a detailed and thorough check for my AC unit.  They both were very informative on their findings explaining terms that I did not understand.  My house is being inspected tomorrow for the sale and this scheduled visit was so timely. Responded to my request for quote right away.  Was able to get my repair done same day.  Reasonable price, great service.  I will call Christian again if I need a plumber and will refer him to friends.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Arrived on time. Fixed some minor problems, drained our tankless heaters and checked our water conditioner. Also recommended some future repairs and did a thorough check of all our house plumbing. They were very polite and efficient. Recommend them highly.

Our shower valve broke and Apple Plumbing was quick to come to the rescue. Clay was available to assess the problem the day after I originally called, and confirmed the problem, and suggesting that our present valve (due to age) may need to be replaced...he tried to get it working with the existing, and when he couldn't, made a knowledgeable recommendation as to next steps. While it involved a new shower head and valve, he was able to return a few days later and successfully complete the work. Clay is an amazing associate - genuinely cares for his customers and works to ensure satisfaction. Couldn't be more pleased with the work and given that I'm already a return customer, would absolutely use Apple again and recommend to others.

Just moved into a house and had no idea if the previous owner maintained any of larger home appliances (AC, Water heater, etc) so I decided to just call for routine maintenance on the water heater and found it was leaking and corroded but since I was still getting hot water I figured it could hold while I called around and I'm really glad I did

Won't name the companies but it unfolded as this

1st plumber - The water heater warranty is invalid, a new unit and install would be 2800$ roughly.

2nd plumber - The water heater IS under warranty, they can get a new one and install it but a few days out.

3rd plumber - (Tate from Hansen) Water heater is under warranty, I can take the info right now and get it sorted, come back same day with the new one and install it with new lines.

Ending -They saved me almost 2000$ by just being thorough and no nonsense, I will highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing

I called this company at around 1pm a couple of days before Christmas and they came out at 6pm after I got off work right when they said they would. Chris, the technician was friendly, helpful, and fast. He answered all of the questions I had about the sewer line and life cycle etc. I would highly recommend these guys.

RUN AWAY!  
They will rip you off and not do what they say they will do!
Do not get sucked into their up sales.  They came out right away when I had a back up and then up sold me to a $7000 hydro blast and pipe coating.  Instead of actually doing what they said they would they just moved the clog further down the line and when my home flooded for the 2nd time they came out with a pitch for $14,000.  I was like wait a minute you did not do the first part for $7000 correctly and your tech even said it was not done and you want more money.  Fix this original job and then we will see about the 14K.  
When I said that all of the sudden they were busy and it would be two weeks for them to correct their original screw up.  
The branch manager is super rude and down right abusive.  He kept threatening to lien my home and sue me rather than correct the problem.  He kept referencing their bids that I signed and how it was my fault and they would come after me.  
They are very horrible and especially as a women I would not trust them.  They are below a used car salesman!  
They are out to get you for everything that you have and they do not care about their customers.
I thought going with a national company would be the safest way for me to ensure I was not being taken for a ride.  
WRONG, they just have it down how they will make you pay and regret ever calling them.
