Best Leak Detection in Glendale AZ

So I asked them to give me an estimate to replace three faucets, I was going to buy the faucets.  They told me to call the office so I did.  After calling, they said the service guy will call you back for an estimate.  So he called me the following day and I missed his call, but he left a voice message with his call back number.  So I called him back that day.  After all of this, I called him back and he tells me I have to come out and see it then give you an estimate, I said okay.  BUT he never mentioned there was a charge to come out and provide an estimate UNTIL I asked him.  PRETTY SHADY.  I even asked him for a ball park estimate just so I know what it might cost around and he would not help.  

If you just told me from the beginning that you're going to charge me for a simple estimate, I would not have wasted your time Or mine.

I'm seeing some great reviews, but I will not let Brandon back into my home ever again. He was arrogant, condescending and incredibly rude. I called to have a wax ring replaced. Next thing I know, the wax ring isn't replaced and he has $650 worth of work to add to my problem. Plus what he already added.

Called another plumber. The flange was fine wasn't in need of replacing. Had the work done correctly and politely at 1/3 the price quoted by Brenden. Never told the owner his original price was too high. New plumber did more work and a much better job.

Plumbers of Maricopa is an honest hard working business who understands all things plumbing. They corrected an issue in our home in a solid week's time (big project) and were priced reasonably. We had to get many quotes since the issue was truly unknown and some businesses came back with insanely high quotes making us feel like we were about to get ripped off. They were respectful of our property and fixed our issue. The job required more tools and labor then our usual plumber could easily manage alone and we are certainly glad we used them. Would recommend.

Apache Plumbing was able to give me an estimate over the phone to replace our water heater, that was HUNDREDS of $$ less than other big name guys (I got 4 estimates). Next time I will only make one call! Dorothy and the crew are honest and reasonable.

My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Lawson Family Plumbing came to our home to replace our hot water heater and install a Grundfos recirculating unit. Kevin was fast, courteous, and professional.  We have used Lawson Family Plumbing in the past and have always had a good experience.

Responded to my request for quote right away.  Was able to get my repair done same day.  Reasonable price, great service.  I will call Christian again if I need a plumber and will refer him to friends.

First of all.  I found Hansen Family Plumbing on yelp.  The reviews speak for themselves.  They are by far one of, if not the best, experiences I've had with any contractor I've had in my house.  They are prompt, efficient, and do really high quality work.  I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.  I've worked with a few of the professionals they have and they are all phenomenal.  They answer the phone, and respond quickly and schedule appointments even faster.  They have a text and email based system for reminders and are way more technologically advanced than I've experienced.  Definitely use these guys for everything.

I had a really bad experience with another big plumbing company that left me putting off a non-emergency repair for most of this year. I called rooter Ranger this morning after hearing an advertisement on the radio. Within about an hour from my first call the plumber was at my house and my toilet was fixed for the $47 drain clear special. The plumber was honest, friendly and quick. Next time I won't take so long to call because these guys are awesome!

I scheduled Ideal Plumbing as they were the first place to respond to my request.

They had a 4 day wait, so in the mean time, I scheduled someone else just in case the air went out.
Boy am I glad Ideal came through.

I scheduled this for my mother, not myself to be clear. The miserable heat was hitting her conditioner hard and after not being able to get her air down under 85 she finally let me know.
They were prompt, kind, and kept communication the entire time.
The tech who came out knew his stuff and was able to completely explain the problem as well as fix it.
He was kind and completely professional!

I would absolutely recommend this place! The techs know their business... They are not out to gouge you... And they show up when they are supposed to.

Jordan and his team did a great job with my bathroom. They moved the shower drain and installed a new valve and fixtures. They kept a very clean workspace. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Sam did I good job clearing the kitchen drain. Had a problem with what the $49 drain cleaning covered and it ended up costing $75 which I think is a fair price for the work he did. They need to be more up front about the $49 includes.

Louis came out first thing in the morning to repair a leaking outside pipe! Very professional and friendly. Used this company previously for my home inspection. Recommend to everyone I know! Thanks again!

Jorge saved the day!  We needed a whole new A/C system and budget was tight.  Jorge provided a system at a competitive price.  He responded immediately and had his team over within hours.  They worked long and hard in the intense heat and got the job done the same day!  I would highly recommend them for any of your cooling needs

We had a terrible experience with his company they came out and gave me a quote for $6,000 to repair a plumbing line that didn't need repaired. I had a leak locator come in and verify that there wasn't a blockage.

I will never go to another plumbing company again! I've tried cutting corners in the past with mom and pop companies until I had a terrible experience and decided to give RR a try! Cassie's persistency in helping with my rental properties was nothing short of amazing. Her attention to detail and the knowledge she possessed was evident. Cassie was not only extremely knowledgable but provided impeccable service. I felt extremely comfortable sending her to my properties and having her work directly with my tenants. She helped explain the work needed thoroughly and left everyone feeling at ease. The most important thing to me is turn around time, Cassie was super responsive whether by text phone or email I knew my questions and concerns would be immediately addressed.
