We reached out to have a bbq natural gas line installed. Came on time to give us a quote and was very fair. Came in cheaper than all other quotes I received. While I don't believe cheaper is always better, their team did a super clean job of installing the gas line. They cleaned up and I have not had any issues ever since the line was installed more than 6+ months ago. My go-to plumber going forward.

Oscar from Racso is amazing. Finding a good HVAC person is so challenging but I'm so happy that i found these guys. I had THREE other HVAC guys TRY to fix my heating system and every person said something different was wrong and NOBODY fixed it until I called Oscar.

These guys are the real deal. Prices are fair, they were able to get parts and fix within a week from me calling, and I finally have heat again!

Enrique from Racso Plumbing and Heating was very helpful. A few weeks ago we noticed there was a dripping in one of our copper pipes and major rusting. We didn't notice it before, but knew this was not a problem we wanted to wait. The next day Enrique came to consult and we found out instead of the pipes having to be replaced in a certain section, our water boilers had to be replaced too.

My husband found Racso Plumbing and Heating on Yelp. Told me it had great reviews and we wanted to give them a chance. Luckily we did. When Enrique went to open our old water boiler, there was so much rust in the water. Now imagine the same water we drink, shower, multiple uses - it was horrifying to know but so glad it was a problem solved.

Enrique and a few other staff members came to replace our water boiler, helped fix the water connection outside for us to have access to our hose in the backyard (the water line wasn't connected at first), have access to our front yard for water, and explained to us what was safe to keep certain things up to code which we didn't know before because previous owners did not do things correctly.

Racso Plumbing and Heating were responsive, found materials and worked on our situation for hours, and we look forward to reaching out again to Enrique. Friendly staff, all hardworking, and we appreciated the helpful advice for us to be safe and not think about an exploding water boiler. Thank you so much!

I called them to change a pump for my boiler. The employee came in a pick up truck, not a truck with any logos of the company. I told him what the job was and asked for a price. He gave a price of $550, the cost if the pump on line and at Hone Depot was $128. He wanted almost $425 to install the pump, which we thought was a ridiculous amount of money. We looked on You Tube and were able to install the pump in less than 30 minutes. We are not plumbers, a plumber would have been able to do it in half the time. That would have been $825 per hour. This company is a ripoff. Stay away from them.

We needed to replace a kitchen faucet and received a quick reasonably priced quote online. Set up an appointment and Oscar came to do the installation. He was very professional and very considerate of our safety as he came in with safety mask and footwear. He did the installation and it was very good and efficient and he addressed all our questions and concerns. After the service was done, we paid what the agreed quote and it came with a year of labor guarantee. Very happy with the service and we finally found our go to plumber and hvac servicer!

Racso did a great job replacing my boiler.  Gave a fair price and did it in a very timely manner.  I would definitely recommend them.

Oscar is the owner of the company.  We needed to check our air conditioning.  I learned that you cannot fix an air conditioner when it rains.  Oscar sent me an update that he would arrive soon.  He figured out what was wrong and the unit needed frion.   I feel better that this issue is solved.  I would recommend Rasco.

I contacted Racso for quote to install a new mini-split unit in a space where one did not already exist. The team was responsive and able to come out next day and take measurements and assess the feasibility of install. Electrical needed to be run (be a separate contractor) and Racso facilitated the electrical work. The installation occurred on time and as promised. Overall very happy with the unit and the installation.

Oscar arrived on time and charged me not a penny more than his online quote. Will use again.

Oscar is responsive and has now come to my house for 3 separate projects. Each time I know when he is coming, he confirms if it is an emergency or other in order to prioritize and charges fair prices. I would recommend Oscar for anything from snaking a drain to replacing a furnace.

It was extremely hard to schedule them and even after havjng an appointment, the plumber did not show up. Very poor response.

Oscar at Racso plumbing provided professional clean service. He installed 3 Nest thermostats for me. He was very clean using shoe covers as soon as he entered the house and blankets while he was working keeping everything very clean. He even came back after one of the thermostats started acting weird and fixed it right away even after pseg said it was not working. I will definitely be using his services again. I recommend him highly

Really couldn't ask for a better experience. Called in th morning and Oscar came over within a few hours even though I let them know it was not an emergency. Fixed both a leaky pipe and broken toilet in a very reasonable amount of time and was extremely fair with the invoice. He is clearly an honest guy! Will certainly be my new plumber going forward. Can't go wrong with these guys!

The prices are crazy. Their estimate was 4x higher than all other estimates for the same task.

My basement was ruined due to the hurricane this fall.  Rasco was the first to save the day.  I hired them to install a Sump Pump and run the line to the street.  Their crew was very professional  and though my basement was trashed from the storm damage; I loved the fact they were almost apologetic about having to make holes in my ceiling to run new lines... Imagine that!!!  That gesture made me feel like they cared about my home as if it was their own.  Needless to say; the work was flawless and minimal holes were cut.  I'm beyond happy with their service and would hire them again for any future plumbing needs.

10 stars! The best hands down! We called last night, and the phone was very nicely answered by a real person. Enrique called right back and had us send him pictures. Gave us two possibilities (told us the price for each) and said he would be at our house at 8 am. He came and brought a replacement pump for the grinder. ( Just in case-no waiting around for parts thank you!) Turns out the motor was dead and needed to be replaced. He showed us and explained what the issue was-and let me tell you these guys should be paid double for what they have to stick their gloved hands in!-God bless them!
Anyway the whole thing took about 40 minutes. They were friendly, neat, professional, knowledgeable and cheerful! And they know exactly what they are doing. Once they were done Enrique showed us that the new grinder motor was working properly. We paid the price quoted and it was exactly what he said it would be. They are just the best and I hope we never need them again but if we ever need a plumber Rasco and Enrique is who we will call. Thank you guys for saving our Christmas!

I was given Racso's contact information and it was the best thing that could've happened! Oscar and his crew came to my house to install a brand new furnace and hot water heater. The team was very mindful of working in my finished home and they made sure to use proper protection and cleaning after the job was complete. Racso is an extremely knowledgeable and professional company to work with! I would give them an extra star if I could!!! I will be calling them again for any work I may have in the future as well as giving out there information to any/everyone I know and let them know that it would be the best decision that they could make!!!

Our toilet was leaking completely in our upstairs bathroom and Oscar came quickly that same day and told us what were our options . The price was very fair and done very quickly. Excellent job installing the toilet . Thank you.

We had a sewer problem while I was away and I was convinced it was a pipe breach this time.  Oscar responded first thing the following morning and immediately diagnosed the problem as blockage in a certain spot.  It was fixed very quickly and Oscar gave good advice as to how to address it longer term.  The cost was very reasonable compared to other service providers in my experience.  Oscar was very professional and friendly. I expect to call him back in shortly for more work, so I will be a repeat customer.  Oscar's the best!

I messaged in June. In mid-November they replied 'out of our service area' .. Would be funny if not so sad. I mean, why even bother (replying..) FFS?

Quick response and appointment set up. Gave me an accurate estimate that beat four other plumbers. Showed up on time, explained my wife the best course of action to repair the problem and did a nice clean repair. I found a reliable very courteous plumber for future use and one that I would recommend my family and friends. Thank you Oscar, loved the repairs done.

Excellent service by the Racso Team in fixing our heating pipeline which had a leakage underground.  We had a couple of others come by to give quotes but also on how they will perform the work.  However Racso only only gave us a great price, they were going to action out the work where the pipe wouldn't be exposed and they would patch up all the walls as well (others wanted the $ & were leaving the pipes exposed in our family room which we would have to spend more $ to cover on our own).  The Racso team worked so fast and effectively and cleaned up after themselves and stayed until the heaters were back on and fully heated.  I highly recommend them!!! I think we found a go-to heating & plumbing specialist.

Scheduled an appt for 8am, took the day off from work and waited around until 1pm. Still never showed, no communication. Would not recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars I would.  Called at least 4 times, the customer service rep(s) said the technician would be in contact with you within the hour.  Never heard a peep from any of their techs.  Needless to say, no one ever came to service our HVAC.  Stay away from these clowns

I contacted Rasco Plumbing and Heating to get a quote on fitting my house with central air. They charged me $49 to attend (which I was happy to pay) and told me I would receive the quote within two days. After a week of not hearing from them I rang their office and got an answering service and left a message. I left a message the following day too. I still have not received a call back.

Enrique really knows what he's doing. Very professional and straightforward! They were respectful of my home and did a wonderful job.

There was a blockage in my kitchen pipe which caused a drainage problem in the sink. I spoke to Oscar on Tuesday afternoon and he was able to come over the next day. He was professional and also communicative about what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and most importantly, at a reasonable price. I am so glad that I found Racso and I am definitely going to contact him in the future with our plumbing issues.

Oscar is very responsible and thoughtful. Price is fair as well. I would recommend for sure.

My central air started blowing warm air late last night. I called Racso after reading great reviews on Yelp. Immediately Oscar answered my call. He arrived when he said he would the next morning wearing his a mask.  Oscar was professional, knowledgeable and transparent.  He knew immediately what the problem was and charged a fair price for the part and labor. He explained what he did, showed me the bad part and did not try to tell me I needed parts or repairs that weren't needed.
I will definitely call Racso again.

This was the best plumbing experience I've had in years. Oscar is smart, professional and timely. He got the job done at a very affordable price and didn't charge a visit/ inspection fee. Definitely recommend to all. He ran a snake for us and found the issue. Then he cleared it up and recommended other things we can do to save money.

Our water heater started to have burning smell. I left message to 4 different plumbers and Oscar replied back to us very quickly. He came to do an estimate on the same day. And the next he was here to replace the water heater for us. The replacement is done within 3-4hours. Very professional and responsible!

Quick response and reasonably priced quote. We needed a leak repaired in our main bathroom as well as replacing a vanity. While he was here, he noticed the toile needed to be fixed and offered to that that for a small additional charge. Very friendly and professional. Arrived on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently. We are hiring him again to do some work to our master bathroom.
