We originally got a plumber from another company to resolve the clogged sink issue. However the other company representative only took a quick look and gave me a 1250 dollars quote to reinstall clean without even trying to snake the pipe. But United plumbing experts came in, they responded very quickly and helped us to find another clean out area to clean up the clogs which is charging me only 1 fifth of the price. So great

We had a broken garbage disposal for the sink and clogged pipe. The technician came, fixed the problem, and installed the new disposal in 20 minutes. Everything was cleared and clean. Thank you Alexander and United Plumbing!
Quick response to my request for help and arrived earlier than expected. Plumber was pleasant and helpful.
In all honesty, I just needed to have the correct device to remove the ring and bolt from the copper pipe to replace the water shut-off valve. I had already removed everything else and just needed the device which thankfully the plumber had so he was able to complete the work in about 10 minutes but he did put on the new shut off valve and attach the pipe to the sink faucet.
Pricey for the amount of time spent but at the same time, worth the cost to be able to turn the water back on.

United Plumbing was responsive and professional regarding a subject we knew little about. Our home required an entirely new sewage line, a two-way cleanout, city cleanout installation, and permits. They completed the entire physical project, from groundbreaking to pipeline and cleanout installations in just 12 hours. United Plumbing accomplished all this for a flat rate and made any necessary corrections at no extra charge. They also offered an 18-month, no-interest charge payment plan through a third-party bank, helping us spread out the cost of the project more effectively.
Their technicians, field crew, and office staff were all helpful in relaying pertinent information to us and moving quickly on the work. We really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency!

Service requested: unclogged kitchen sink
Erik was quick to arrive fixed a backed up drain quickly. When you have a backed up sink not responding to your own chemical unclogging and snake attempts, I had to call some pros in. My family was getting impatient with a clogged kitchen sink which stops all business in that room as wells as the adjoining clothes washer... they being fast to arrive and quickly address the problem was a relief. Will be calling again.
We had an emergency sink clog during dinner with two young kids and bedtime looming. We reached out to about 10 plumbers and United was the first to be available immediately. Price was also reasonable relative to what we heard back from others. They came, fixed the sink, and were out by the time we tucked the kids in. The work is covered by a 30 day warranty. My plumbing issues were 1 weak water pressure and 2 foul smelling sink drain. This establishment came to me via word of mouth and I am so impressed by Umed's detailed work and Chinchin's responsiveness to scheduling the appointment. Umed cleaned the sink drain by detaching the pipes underneath the sink. He also taught me how to unscrew the showerhead to take to the store and find a better showerhead. I feel empowered now to DIY some tasks on my bathroom wishlist. This would not be possible without Umed showing me the ropes. He also showed me how to turn off the water for the sink, calling it localized, where I don't have to turn off the water for the entire house. I feel even more empowered now to attempt upgrading my bathroom sink fixtures!
The service call is $145.00. The experience is priceless. Hopefully this can be my first Mastercard commercial.

After lots of research and quotes I decided to work with United plumbing to replace water heater and water softener. It came out to be my great choice!
Bella was my project coordinator, she was very responsive and warm heart. She also gave me suggestion on choosing water softener models so it can fit in my cabinet where the old system installed. Dmitriy was my technician who did the installation on both water heater and water softener. I finally switched from my 19years old gas water heater to hybrid water heater and the system works great! I'm happy with my experience and will chose United plumbing again for my next plumbing project.

We had a leak leading into our house. They were able to provide and estimate and when they dug in and found the source of the leak, they revised their estimate (down) to account for the issue. They also sent pictures and videos of the issue.
Issue was fixed in a day. Can't complain

Even though they couldn't fix my issue I'm still giving them 5 stars for these reasons:
- super responsive all the time, whenever you have a question there is someone to help
- very on time and professional, my technician, Alexander, worked super hard and did everything to fix my issue
- they really offer one month warranty, my issue came back after 3 weeks, once called them to complain, Alexander was back in my driveway in 3 hrs on a Saturday afternoon
Great service! I needed my washing machine water valves and hoses changed, as well as the valve for my fridge changed. I called for a quote and they gave me reasonable prices (compared to other quotes I received in the area of nearly double!). They also offered me services that same day, though I deferred to the next day due to work.
Alexander came out and was timely, professional, patient and kind. I showed him what needed to be done, he went to buy the parts, and then he came back and completed the work efficiently. I wasn't sure how to shut the water off in my condo, so he was patient and took the time to figure it out with me (aka determining which of the many shut off valves outside were mine).
The whole process was quick and easy. I ended up paying what was quoted in addition to the parts purchased. Highly recommend.
The most responsive plumber I've ever encountered. They replied to me on Sunday from their web form (which brings a 10% discount) and came out the next day. My gas line ruptured and they started work on Tuesday after visiting Monday to scope the work. It's been three weeks and my normal plumber still hasn't called me back.
They replaced my entire gas line in a creative way for easy servicing far in the future and gave me a good deal. They can do any kind of work and when you need a gas line replaced, it can be hard to find anyone that can do it, or urgently. United's plumbers are very friendly and they did the whole job in slightly less than a day. So, they are capable of doing emergency repairs quickly, whereas many plumbers either don't want the work, or will charge triple to dissuade you.
You can actually fill out their web form and get a response in less than an hour, even on a weekend. I can't say enough good things about this business they deserve a 5-star rating. I normally post a lot of photos, but the weather was cold and rainy.
Another nice thing is that they'll give you price quotes for multiple scenarios to help you make an informed decision. They might save you money with a better idea than you or others have had, so I'd encourage you to let them come up with their own solution if they propose it.
Our shower drain was clogged. I called United Plumbing since I had used their service last year. Their guy showed up well within the time window and cleared out the drain. He also fixed a couple of other minor issues - put a clamp on a loose water pipe in the crawl space and tightened a loose nut behind the toilet flush handle . The loose pipe used to make a loud clanging noise whenever I turned on the dishwasher. Thankfully it turned out to be due to a minor issue.
I am happy that they are able to send someone out within a few hours of calling them.
Same day service to repair a clog that was occurring in the utility sink while running the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Alexander arrived on-time after Oscar scheduled me in the morning. The final quote was a bit higher than the initial quote because Alexander had to physically get on the roof to snake out the clog from the main line. I appreciated them calling me to make sure that I knew what was going on prior to the repair.
Despite the unforeseen increased charge, Alex fixed the issue in a fast manner, and also made sure to test his work while leaving the utility sink on for 5 minutes on full blast to make sure that the drain was completely clear. Alex also took the time to show me where the water shut off in the street was because we were new homeowners that have no idea how to actually maintain a home :)

For sure United is a 5-star operation! I had United Plumbing install a new external tankless water heater so that I can retire the old water tank inside the house as I am planning to repurpose the utility closet into a linen closet that my wife wants. I must say that I have been working with various contractors and United Plumbing has my most favorable opinion. From the beginning of the quote process, the project coordinator, Bella, has been easy to work with and there is a team of people in the office I realize just to manage the communication with customers. This is a new customer experience that I find satisfaction in. United Plumbing makes use of multi-channels of communication to collaborate with their customers - that was the main reason that I chose United vs other shops that I talked to.
The workmanship is great and the technician (Umed) sent to do the job is friendly and easy to work with. Umed listened to my concerns and was able to finish the work within a day. Given that he mostly worked by himself for this installation, he has worked diligently to get the job done and done right. I will not hesitate to use United Plumbing again in the future.

Our bathroom shower faucet started dripping last night. United plumbing was very responsive even at 1am!!! We scheduled a visit for 12-2pm. They called at 11am and asked if the technician can come early since he was in the neighborhood. Alexandr showed up in 10 mins. He simply tried turning the faucet knobs on and off. The faucet stopped leaking!!! United plumbing didn't charge me for anything since they didn't perform any job. Kudos to them for not ripping off the customers.
I'll definitely call then again if the faucet starts dripping again and get the spindle replaced.

Had a combination job with , garbage disposal and under sink hot water heater to supplement my tankless on the other side of the house. Someone else did a poor job previously. United did a great job installing my under sink heater, removing the old poor work, repiping both asb and copper. Definitely will be calling them for my further needs.

Called United Plumbing based on Yelp reviews. It is indeed a great choice. I had water backing out of my bathtub. United was able to provide a reasonable quote over the phone and send Andre out within an hour. Andre was very careful keep things clean indoor. He puts on shoe gloves, and have mopping cloths and cleaning papers around. He quickly snaked the drain and tested the water drainage thoroughly. He also helped my other questions around a water leak and identified I need new faucets to fix the leak.
The most amazing thing is that I gave 100 dollar cash extra to him (miscounted the new paper bills), and later he heads back to knock on my door to return the money. Such an honest guy. Highly recommend United Plumbing.
United Plumbing took our call on a Saturday morning and the tech arrived in less than 30 minutes. The bathroom sink and drain issues were all addressed. The parts needed were already in the truck so the entire job took less than an hour. They were very professional on the phone as well as in person. We have used them before for gas line work in the past and that went very well too.
Bella came on time to do the estimate. She is very friendly and accommodating. She called the service technician to come right after the estimate that helped me a lot since water heater is leaking.
Then Andrew came to replace the water heater. He has done very good and clean job. He also replaced all parts necessary after the water heater was installed.

My ground floor toilet was clogged three times in a year and United plumbing is the 5th plumbing company that I tried in the Bay Area. I'm impressed by how professional and patient they are to answer my questions and to resolve the issues. Now I'm clear about why my ground floor toilet is easily clogged than other toilets in the house. Their manager even refunded me the surcharge that the technician charged me as they had to go under the crawlspace and leveraged the snake to unclog the area. I will favorite this plumbing company and refer to other neighbors in the future. Recommend to others!

We had a toilet clogged for two weeks. We tried the o resolve ourselves with different tools and solutions but failed. Then I asked quota from yelp. United Plumbing responses quickly and provided the honest price and same day service.
Vmed helped us out. He is professional, quickly did some routing check and troubleshooting, identified the root cause is not toilet, but our main pipeline. He spent extra time to clean the main pipeline drain and identified the root cause is the root!
The spring rains a lot and the tree in front of our house grows some root which unfortunately impacted the pipeline. I remembered previous house owner mentioned that and suggested to check every year.
I am very thankful to Vmed and In United Plumbing to help us out! And I will definitely recommend their service to friends in the future.
Welp... it happens to everyone but never on a Sunday for us. Out toilets were clogged and plunging (and waiting) did not help this time.
I sent out a quote request from Yelp, but most places were either closed on Sunday or required a premium fee for Sunday appointments.
Not United Plumbing. In fact, their price was better than the other plumbing services that quoted me a price for a weekday price(!)

Very responsive and knowledgeable. Replaced our water heater day after it broke. Disposed of the old one too.
Called United with a bathroom sewer pipe clog that another plumber failed to clear. They were able to book us immediately, showed up right on time. They initially tried through the shower drain which was still not successful. They were very professional, informed me that the clog should be cleared by way of snaking through the vent on the roof (something that the first plumber was unaware of) and that this was a higher cost than initially quoted.
30mins later after two more attempts through the roof vent, the clog was cleared. They brought all the necessary tools, didn't leave a mess and were friendly and matter of fact.
Only negative is that they are a bit pricey, but they have a no cost guarantee of success, 30 day warranty, and get the job done quickly and effectively, so you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
Our bathroom sink drain needed repair. The T connection and the P trap needed to be replaced. Drywall had to be removed to access pipes.
United Plumbing was very responsive. Dmitriy performed the work over 2 hours and did a nice job. Drywall was repaired sufficiently (hidden by cabinet). He also documented his work with several photos.
United gave a competitive bid based on photos and my description. I had another plumbing company do an on-site bid and their quote was much higher.

Our kitchen pipe was clogged. We called 2 other plumbing companies, they couldn't run their big commercial snakes as the pipe from clear outlet was small and it couldn't go in, they told us only option was replacing the pipe, which is a very expensive project. My husband called united plumbing, they came within few hours. They also tried the similar was and it didn't work but they he ran the snake through vent from the roof and it cleared the clog. We were so happy with their service. We have already recommend them to many of our friends and we will be calling them for any plumbing need in the future. Very highly recommended!
United is one of the few companies willing to do a drain clean out from a single story roof top vent. We have an older home with no access to the drain at ground level. They arrived within the allotted time and the two technicians were professional and courteous. They didn't try to up sell me on any service I didn't ask for and did a good job clearing the drain line. And with their 30 day service warranty gave us peace of mind.
A few months ago I had another service out to clean out the house sewer drain. He used a video camera to show me the state of the drain. It was cast iron and there was erosion. He never got back to me on an estimate.
Anyway, I found United Plumbing and they gave me a great quote and were able to get started soon. They arrived on time, and it took longer than expected but finished the job the same day they started.
I don't know if the new drain improved the flow, but I can tell the kitchen sink drains a lot faster.
A small nit. They accidentally snagged the cable under the house and broke a connector and didn't tell me what they'd done. It took me some time to figure out I'd lost all internet service and it wasn't my modem. AT&T sent a tech out to fix it, and didn't charge me for it, so I didn't subtract a star. They just need to be more careful when working around cables, and let the homeowner know if they might have broken something.
The invoice came a couple days later, and showed that I'd paid.

Our kitchen sink was clogged. I wanted it to be fixed ASAP. United Plumbing promised to come right away. Erik Konor was the responsible plumber. He arrived in about 20 mins and fixed the problem in another 20-30 mins. Less than a hour, he completed the work. It's very impressive. Erik is polite and friendly. I recommend their service.
We needed a new toilet installed contacted United because of all the positive reviews. It was amazing. There was a technician at our door within an hour, new toilet installed and old one hauled away. Everything cleaned up. Perfect service.
I could not be more impressed with United Plumbing. From start to finish their service was exceptional. I had a tankless water heater replaced. They brought to my attention that a return line was never installed. They resolved the issue and now I have instant hot water.

The technician helped me unclog the kitchen sink, during the process, he was efficient and knew the best way of doing the job, e.g. I was expecting a bit messy afterwards, but everything looks fine. The technician found that my pipe was old and broken and he offered to replace it with a reasonable price change and confirmed the pricing change with his supervisor and me before proceed. The technician cared about the quality of the work, e.g. after the work is done, he performed pressure testing to make sure that it is working in a different situation;
I have a property with my house and a cottage that I rent out.
The cottage has a long pipe to the septic tank, which was broken into two pieces and ready to break in other places.
United Plumbing did a great job replacing the whole pipe and adding some sun-proof paining, since the pipe has to be above the ground to be slanted enough.
The second pipe from my house to the septic tank was leaking a little bit. And since I will have to wait until I have enough money to also have this pipe replaced, United Plumbing applied some fix, which stopped the leak for now.

My kitchen drain was clogged and located on the 2nd floor of a townhouse. After I tried to use Drano drain opener, clean the P-trap and aslo snake into the drain in the last a few days when I first saw a slow drain, yesterday it was completely clogged. At Friday 2am I sent out several requests in Yelp for online quote with same day service and United Plumbing was the first to reply with a very competitive price when I got up in the morning before 8am. Almaz showed up at my front door in an hour before 9am and did a great job snaking into the drain with 25ft and finally 50ft augers. He also helped fix some leaks and cleaned up the work zone in a very professional manner. All communication was done in Yelp and text without a call. Highly recommend their service!

Oscar sent two guys to install a brand new waterline behind a new refrigerator I was having delivered the following week. While it was difficult to converse since their English wasn't great, Oscar followed up with them on the job and they made a nice clean install with a laundry valve in the wall, and sourced it from the main water pipe under the house using some new copper piping. They were done within 1/2 day and cleaned up after themselves. I have the new refrigerator installed and the water and ice now runs clean through. Thanks Oscar!

Had a reoccurring sewer line clog. I had them come with the cameras. Very fast response. We could easily see roots invading the pipe. Then I had them replace the outside sewer line. This was done a few days later. City inspection went smooth. Quality work. I recommend them.

Toilet had been clogged despite all of my usual amateur tricks (plunger, eco friendly drain cleaner, expletives used with The Force (Happy May The Fourth Be With You BTW))...Eric came in and first checked the sink and clean out underneath, then he went to work on the toilet. Done within 10 minutes, including putting the knick knacks back under the sink and some cleanup. The most thorough plumber that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Keep on keeping on, Eric! Prices were $50 to $150 lower than some of the other pipe robber barons out there! (But seriously, major respect to all plumbers, that is literally a $hit job day in and day out...)

Called to check on a slow draining toilet and to replace a kitchen faucet and fix a leak. They scheduled a repair within 24 hours. Made their appointment window and had the necessary parts to assist with a new issue. He fixed everything that we needed and gave advice on some additional questions that we had. The price was very fair, he even reminded me that I had a discount available for me based on what I was quoted prior to scheduling the service. Even without the discount, it turned out to be 2.5x cheaper than some big brand plumbing place wanted for exactly the same work. Great work, fair prices, prompt, great customer service. I needed help with installing a new toilet and a descaling filter to my water heater, which I had purchased both already. United Plumbing sent Dmitriy. He showed up at the beginning of the arrival time window and he was straightforward and efficient. He answered a few extra questions I had I was happy with the work performed.
Another contractor tried to replace the cartridge of our leaking shower. Instead, he made it worse so I decided to hire United Plumbing instead. I was able to get ahold of Sam who was able to setup an appt. with Alex to come to my home 2 hours later. Alex was able to use the correct cartridge and replace the one the previous contractor installed. It took less than an hour to fix.
In less than half a day since contacting them, United Plumbing was able to fix my problem. I highly recommend them!

Short version: honest, hard working, and friendly.
Our toilets started gurgling and the showers backed up with stink water because we had a blockage. I called a few places and the first one gave me advice but did not work on houses with no cleanout.
United Plumbing was up for the job and ready to go up on the roof and down the breather or in through the toilet flange. Well, they went through 2 breathers and the toilet and the line did not clear.
After 3 hours and at 7 PM, they said they needed to do a camera inspection and would probably need to install cleanouts the next day. I asked what I owed for today and they said no charge because they had not solved the problem. Wow, really different than most plumbing experiences.
They gave me a quote for digging a 6-foot-deep grave in the front yard to find the old sewer line and for repiping a section and the cleanouts. I decided to handle the digging separately which took 2 strong young guys 6 hours with a shovel.
They did a snake with a cutter head and the camera again and they gave me a digital copy of the video to use to tell the city to replace the street line.
They spent 5 more hours the second day and everything is working great. The price was very reasonable for 10 man-hours of work.
Alex from United Plumbing repaired our tub/shower valve in a timely and professional manner. However, the valve turns right for hot, which is the opposite of what we were used to before.
Alex came and changed the valve direction, so very good and quick service deserving top rating. Thanks!
I recently had AT&T out to upgrade my internet and when we opened the crawl space access, everything was wet. I called United, based on a friend's recommendation and they had Alex on site in 30 minutes. The leak was fixed about 75 minutes after I'd called them.

We used united plumbing services multiple times. Each time they scheduled technicians as soon as possible and offer upfront cost. All the technicians know their stuff and solve the problem as soon as possible. Often times need to do more work and communicate of the price difference. I will call them again if required.

We have had heater problems for months. After having gone through 2 other repairmen, united plumbing came, took extra time to diagnose the issues, and fixed our heater. Very kind and respectful, wore covers on their boots in our home, and took time to check for gas leaks. I highly recommend United Plumbing. As a bonus, our technician was a refugee from Ukraine. Not sure if it was an active effort by United plumbing to hire from there, but good on them.
Did a toilet install for me. Checked on the toilet and needs via message before so had all the right parts. Quick and they cleaned up nicely. Haul away is extra so don't forget to ask for that.
Was very easy to work with and very prompt with the service. Oscar was able to give us a quote over the phone with the photos that was provided by us.

We purchased a home constructed in 1958 and worked with United Plumbing to replace all of the original galvanized and cast iron pipes and connections underneath the house, to install a two-way clean-out, and to address several smaller plumbing issues inside of the house. The price for the service was competitive with other quotes we received and Tony, our technician, was excellent - friendly, thorough, punctual, hard-working, and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff is also very flexible and responsive at all hours. Overall, it was an excellent experience working with Tony and United Plumbing.

We suddenly had flooding in our bathrooms. I called the office, their technician, Alexandr, arrived within an hour. He did a thorough inspection and explained clearly the procedure and the cost, then did a fantastic job to fix the problem, he even helped fix our kitchen faucet for free.
Would definitely use them again.
To say that I am impressed by United Plumbing is an understatement. I contacted United and several other plumbers on a late Saturday afternoon to fix a leaking pipe connected to my water heater. Most others did not respond at all or simply stated that they would be open on Monday. United reached out to me within ten minutes, diagnosed the issue over the phone/email, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled a tech to come out first thing Sunday morning.
The next day Frank and Anton arrived promptly during the scheduled window. They were extremely friendly and professional, explained the work to be done (including the fact that the supply line to the pipe did not need to be replaced as previously thought), and did a great job fixing the issue. They also explained why the pipe likely failed (static electricity buildup due to faulty grounding related to the recirculation pump) and recommended that I have an electrician look at this to avoid future problems. Overall, the communication and service was fantastic. I will definitely call on United in the future for my plumbing needs.
I needed some gas pipework brought up to code, along with a repair to the water line to top up my pool. United responded super fast to my call and they were able to provide a competitive quote from the pictures I sent them. Dimitry came the next day and did a great job on the gas lines. I think we had a slight mis-communication on the water line, however. I had asked for the valve to be replaced as well as the water line repaired but he only did the latter. A quick call into the office and Dimitry was back the next day to replace the valve for just the cost of the part. Fantastic service and excellent job!
Backed up sewer line happened on a Sunday. United was the only plumber I called that would come out on Sunday. After my call, they texted me an appt confirmation and service person's name, which was a great. Service person showed up within an hour, was super courteous, fixed the problem quickly, and left no mess. Saved me from having to book a hotel room on Sunday night.
The service is professional and responsive. Our toilet was leaking and I called United Plumbing. They asked me to take pictures of the toilet and then sent a technician to diagnose on the second day. The technician diagnosed the problem free of charge. The model of the toilet is discontinued, so the technician suggested to find the matching repair kits or replace the whole unit. We ordered the parts, which arrived 2 weeks after. United plumbing called us before the part arrived and asked for an update. After the parts arrived, we called them and the same technician came 2 days after. The technician came on time and fixed the toilet within an hour.

Stellar customer service. Someone is always checking yelp messages. I got stuck in traffic and was going to be late to the work site I needed them at and they were very nice about it. I had a water leak in the ceiling between 1st and 2nd floors and United responded quickly to my questions and called me back when they said they would. They were also available on the same day, which was a huge plus. They had to come and check the issue before they could provide a quote, as the pipe was inside the wall. The plumbers that worked the fix were pleasant and completed the repair in 2-3 hours, if I remember correctly.
All in all, the repairs were not cheap, but that's normal for this area. They wiped down the work area before they left, which was nice. If another pipe springs a leak, I would very likely call United Plumbing again.
They came out in less than 90 minutes and cleared a nasty clog via our roof. Recommended

Contracted United Plumbing to replace our 75+ year old galvanized water supply line which was starting to leak. They did the following promptly and superbly the week after Christmas.
* dig up and replace about 50-60 ft of the main water line between the old main shut-off valve and water meter.
* relocate and replace the main shut-off valve.
* Hose bib valve replacement.
* Trenching 20 deep.
* backfill (basic).
Tony and his crew worked their tails off and got the job done with soldered copper pipe in one day of HARD WORK, including working within the garage to make and hook up a new wall penetration to move the main shut off valve to a better location. They were backfilling the trench and cleaning up until it was dark (7 PM on site).
United charged a very fair price, and we are relieved and delighted to have this job well done quickly. And there were NO SURPRISES and NO HASSLES. Just great work.
Needed to clear a drain. They showed up and troubleshooted the same morning and fixed the clog within minutes. Highly recommend for quick and effective service. Reasonable prices as well.

He quickly told Joe about this issue and I was offered to get the fixed the same time. I was beyond words of how responsive, professional, and efficient Alexandr was. The rate they charged was very reasonable and I'm back on my feet within a few hours. I have NO doubt that I will come back to United Plumbing should I come across any plumbing issues in the future. The repair guy was able to get it lit by repairing it. My wife and decided however since the water heater had a slow leak and was over 15 years old, we decided to replace it. 3 hours later, we had a new water heater.
What I liked most about United was that there was no pressure or hard sale. He provided options and that was all. I would certainly recommend this company.

The faucets connecting to my laundry washer were old and rusted. After replacing with a new washer, water started leaking from the faucet handles.
I searched through Yelp for plumbing services and quotes. With a reasonable initial quote and having multiple positive reviews and a verified license, I decided to call United Plumbing. Different repair/replace options and their respective quotes were provided. With the quotes sounding good to me, an appointment was set for a 2-hour window the next day.
The technician came by shortly after the start of the appointment window. After a quick diagnosis, he stepped away to a nearby home supply store, got a pair of new faucets, came back, shut off the water supply, removed the old and replaced with new faucets, turned on water supply, and did a diagnosis to ensure the faucets work well and no leaks detected at the faucet area and the pipings behind the wall. All was done in less than an hour. And a one-year warranty comes with the job.
So in all, I had a good experience with United Plumbing! Setting up an appointment was a breeze. The technician was professional, thorough, and did the faucet replacement job well and fast. United Plumbing will be my go-to for future plumbing services!

I needed my hot water tank replaced. It sits in the attic, so it was a bit challenging. The company gave me a quote based on photos I took and sent them. Two technicians came the next day. They were both very professional and careful with my old house. When they were almost done, they let water into the tank; the pressure caused the connection from my washer to the water pipe to disconnect. My laundry room was under water. Sunday afternoon. The last thing you need is your kitchen sink deciding today is the day to get clogged. After some basic home troubleshooting, we decided it was time to call in the professionals.
United Plumbing was not only super prompt with their response but also incredibly diligent in helping us resolving the issue. They could have stopped once the clog was cleared but they figured that it was worth their extra effort to check our drain vent in case it was also part of the cause of the issue.

Our sewage line backed up on New Year's Eve (perfect timing). After some frantic calling around, I found United Plumbing. The dispatcher/owner (Oscar) was super helpful. He tried to schedule for the same evening and was able to get someone to come to my place by 6P. I got clear text messages when Sergey was on his way. Unfortunately, Sergey was unable to resolve the issue. They were very apologetic and immediately rescheduled for 12P the next day. At the scheduled time the next day, Alexander landed up and fixed the sewage issue.

Had a great experience with United Plumbing! I had a need for an emergency repair, and they responded promptly and were able to send a plumber over the same day to repair. The plumber came with the replacement part in hand and was able to fix right away without having to go back and forth to the store. Overall I was very pleased with the quality and efficiency of their work and prompt communication!

I called United Plumbing at approximately 9:30 AM for a main line clean out. I was promised a visit in the 1:30 - 3:30 PM time frame. I was given a quote over the phone for the work (which included a discount), with the option to pay by cash, check, or credit card (small additional charge for this option).
The initial time quote was from 1:30 - 3:30 PM. The technician was apparently having an issue with another job, so they reached out to me and advised that the appointment time would have to be changed to 2 - 4 PM window - no problem. I was Impressed that they followed up with me on the time expectation. The technician actually arrived at our house at about 12:20 PM! Very nice. They used text messages to advise that the technician was on the way.
I explained the issue to the technician. He started snaking the line, but was unfortunately not able to clear the blockage. He contacted his office who immediately contacted me to ask my approval for them to run a camera down the line to further investigate at no charge to me. I authorized the work. The second technician arrived very shortly thereafter and tried to see what the issue was. Unfortunately, the standing water in the pipe would not allow for a clear view.
Final result: Very nice, communicative people. Unfortunately they were not able to clear the clog - not for lack of trying. We were not charged for the visit (not even a travel fee).
The clog was able to be cleared by another entity.

I'm very happy with the work United Plumbing did. I've been a home owner for a while and dealt with many plumbing companies, but this was my first time with United. They were very responsive, had 5 star ratings on yelp, and the last plumber I worked with said they don't do any landscaping work. So I went with United and they fixed the leak. They were very professional and responsive. I am also very on guard with plumbers because I've been price gouged before. But United's price was very fair. I will now be loyal customer of theirs based on this experience.

My water heater all of a sudden did not give out hot water. I contacted United Plumbing. They responded quickly. Our first floor got flooded and we couldn't figure out why. The laminate floor plan is all bumped with water. After I started the project united plumbing respond asap and they are also the one who made an appointment the next day morning. The rest of the contractors can only make it the day after next day. When united plumbing send their contractor to coming and check up, he did it real in detail: water pressure, detector camera inside of dry wall, then eventually we found out it is the fridge is leaking(it is leaking behind and very next to it is the back of my closet) we found out also the connector for water to fridge is clogged so eventually we end up just disconnect the water from fridge and replaced the connector of the water to fridge. The contractor is really professional and patient, will definitely use them again in the future.

Second time using them. This time I had a leak under a house and had to work in conjunction with Fidelity home warranty to get United quote and report authorized for reimbursement. Joe, oscar, and Tony work diligently to come on site do the diagnosis communicate with my home warranty company to make sure it was processed and then come back on site as soon as possible to fix the issue.

We needed to replace water softener but the timeline was not clear. United Plumbing worked with this timeline. They checked regularly if we were ready. Once we scheduled the job, the technician arrived on time. After installation, he found a leak in the unit. He asked me to get a replacement/refund. He also asked me to reschedule the installation. The company did not charge for that service! This is very impressive!! I got new softener from HomeDepot and scheduled the service for the next day. The technician showed up on time and successfully installed the water softener. The company did not charge me for the extra visit. The technician help me pack up the leaky softener! We are very impressed with the professionalism of the technician and the company!

Called United Plumbing as our regular plumber was not available. Some history of my house in order to understand the bigger issue. My house was built in 1954 on a concrete slab. All sewer lines are under the slab. Both bathrooms are connected with washer and dryer in between the bathrooms. For the past few months Ever time I do the laundry a smell comes up in the bath room shower drains, like old water. I called United Plumbing for help. A plumber came out. He ran a triangle shaped light in my out side sewer line. He he said there was water in the line and he couldn't help me. He also didn't offer a diagnosis of the problem. They also didn't bill me. I was suppose to call back in a few days if the problem remained. It did remain. I didn't have confidence as the plumber at the time didn't diagnose the problem. It seemed like he couldn't wait to leave the job. I contacted my plumber and got in touch with them ( San Jose Drain and main ). Told them the problem and they recommended a larger plumbing company. They said they were too small of a company to handle my problem. He thought it was my sewer lines. I did contact the recommended plumbers are We are having to have all sewer lines under the slab relocated and repiped, I am not sure what to think about United Plumbing. The equipment United Plumbing used to scope inside the drain was not comparable in quality to what the other company used. I suspected our sewer lines would have to be replaced as a number of neighbors have already done the repiping of their sewer lines.
United Plumbing took full reasonability for issues that occurred ( as stated above ). I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars review. Here is my reason for my change. Not many companies will admit they made an error in not diagnosing or recommending to a larger plumbing company. This speaks to the company being ethical. Now a days how ethical a company is, is one of the most important factors. I would use United plumbing for smaller projects. I can say United Plumbing is an ethical plumbing company.
Our town home complex had a drainage overflow issue. It was a smelly, wet mess. United Plumbing fielded service the same day. The service technician worked a challenging problem until it was completely resolved. Polite, serious and dedicated resource. This will be our now dedicated resource going forward. Highly recommended.

They charged $350 for less than an hour of work to replace my hot and cold water valves that connect to clothes washer. This includes the guy driving to Home Depot to get the valves. This is just costs of labor. The parts were an additional costs So basic it was like &350 for 20 minutes labor of plumber.

I changed this review after management reached out to me as I had given it one star. They reached out to me leaving phone messages and by text. They asked how they could make this right and I indicated a refund of $100 would be fair to both of us as that would be $250 for a minimum one hour labor they said I should have reached out to them but I thought Ben owned the business because he's the one who answers the phone, sets the price and sends the plumber. At least we both agreed I was over charged. I did not have any issues with the work itself. I had used them 2 times prior and had a fair prie but they sad they increased their prices as they have grown.
Unfortunately, I have to drop two stars from my review. We had a new issue with the Roman tub faucets in our bathroom (cold water stopped flowing), and needed to fix it. Upon initial contact I got the quick We are happy to assist with any plumbing needs you have from Oscar M. and right away We have someone out this morning to provide service. But then they asked for faucet photos that I promptly sent, and then called and asked what faucet brand and model we want for replacement. When I said that we think the faucets themselves are okay and we are just looking to replace the cartridge and find the cause of clogging, they suddenly went Sorry, we don't do repairs. Seriously??? You are a five star plumbing company and you don't do repairs??? What DO you do, then? New installations only??
Quite disappointed this time. It was obvious to me that the dispatcher didn't want to take our job and decided to push me away. Perhaps after talking to their technician and realizing that working on Roman tub faucets is difficult because there is no access from underneath... but then, you are professional plumbers, are you not? If you can't do such job, who is supposed to?
I guess your luck really depends on who picks up your request and starts servicing you, because the first time my experience was drastically different.
Really, really great service! Competitive prices, and very, very thorough! This company really thinks things through and communicates all the details before execution which is greatly appreciated. At first it strange because no one really does business like this anymore- value added- as it should be! Kitchen sink was completely backed up over the weekend. Many companies were not open or could not respond until the work week. United plumbing was the exception. The communication was excellent, the plumber arrived early and my sink was working a little over an hour later.
Prompt communication, fixed rates, great work. We had them replace a kitchen sink faucet with one of our choice. They did all the work, cleaned the area, fixed a leak we didn't know about, and reapply silicone. I highly recommend them.

I had clogged kitchen drain, when I requested the quote and schedule the appointment, United Plumbing responded right the way, and was clear explaining what's covered for the quote. They were on time for the appointment, fixed the issue quickly and charged me less than the quote price. Compare to another company saying they have a $79 promotion rate, but afterwards gave me an outrageous estimate just because my kitchen is on the 2nd floor. I'll definitely use United Plumbing again in the future.
Super fast response via Yelp. Scheduled next day on a Sunday to fix a sink. Reasonable prices. Tony was great and thorough. Will use them in the future.

I spent a good deal of time in getting estimates from Plumbing Companies to do some work at my house.
I must admit that I was shocked at the amount of the estimates, but found that most of the Plumbing Companies were close in their estimates.
Part of this search was also checking that the plumbing companies had a plumbing license from the California's Contractors State License Board (CSLB). cslb.ca.gov.
Some Companies list this info on their website, but if not, you can search by their name.
In fact one company didn't respond when I asked for the CSLB License Number.
A few companies had complaints that were investigated by the CSLB for illegal procedures, such as conspiracy: Two or more persons conspire to commit any crime, requiring payment prior to work being done, contracting without a license, etc.
I found the United Plumbing was licensed by the CSLB (License # 942399) and had no history of complaints.
They also had a very informative website and they provide an Email to obtain an estimate.
I received an immediate response on a Sunday and was asked to provide pictures.
United Plumbing came up with a more reasonable estimate, which also included the drywall repair.
Throughout this process Joe and Oscar continued to communicate via Email.
Their Plumber Technician, Alexandr K also communicated via Text when he was going to arrive the next day and when he was on his way to start the work.
His vehicle was clean and organized, and he had two tool bags that were also organized so he could get right to work.
Great first impression.
Alexandr was definitely an experience plumber as I watched him cut, ream out the cut pieces (if you don't ream or deburr a cut pipe the water turbulence can wear a hole in the pipe or fitting) and sandpaper the pipe and fittings. He also secured the laundry box so it didn't move which allowed the plastic faceplate to snap on properly.
He also did an awesome job in dry walling around the two existing electrical receptacles while covering up the wall opening. This included shaving the edges of the drywall (for a clean seam for mudding) and using pieces of plywood behind the drywall to secure it in place.
Overall an Excellent result and Awesome work.
In my neighborhood we share our experience with good Contractors and I just sent a text to my neighbor who was getting plumbing estimates.
Unfortunately, most sites only give the option of a 5 for good work.
As a Retired Building Inspector I would give the entire process from beginning to end a 10+.
Out toilet was clogged and previous provider did not resolve it. They were super professional and helpful. Talked with me at length to understand the issue and sent somebody the next day on Sunday. They came when they said, were professional and polite and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Great service! Great communication and reliability!
Had a leak under the kitchen sink along with some old unusable shutoff valves that needed replacement. United had a fast response time, setup an appointment same day and gave me the quote over the phone within the hour. Alex was the assigned plumber and he had all the required tools and did a great job. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I was also told about the 1 year warranty in case we face future issues with the service. Only caveat is, they were pricey. In a nutshell, I was happy with the quality of work and on time service. Needed a new water heater over the weekend, and they did it for me. Workmanlike installation. Unit was the short kind so harder to find but they found one.
Dmitriy Yuriev from United Plumbing came to my home just shortly after the start of the 2-hour promised time window. He was friendly, neat and clean (I've cringed in the past when plumbers piled their dirty tools and old pipes on my butcher block island, but not Dmitriy -- he had clean plastic tubs for his tools and parts sitting on my floor). When some parts that came packaged with the garbage disposal I ordered (separately from United Plumbing) didn't fit my installation, Dmitriy replaced them with the correct larger-sized parts -- at no extra charge -- just good service. He informed me of everything he was doing, he cleaned and polished my stainless steel sink where the new drain escutcheon would be installed before installing it, and spent the time to do it right. He tested for leaks two times before leaving, showing me that the installation was leak-free. And he told me there was a one-year warranty on the installation. What could be better than this? I was thinking of doing this job myself (with the obligatory multiple-trips to the hardware store for parts), but am so glad that I hired United Plumbing and got Dmitriy as my technician. This experience was just PERFECT!
Had a leaky faucet and had reached out to United Plumbing. They responded quickly and kept me updated on when their technician ( Dmitriy ) would arrive. Dmitriy assessed the issue and suggested the required parts. He got the replacement parts and did the job professionally.

I recently moved into a new house and started to notice that our hot water pressure was fairly low and that our washer kept giving us a water supply low error which was weird because it was a brand new appliance. I started looking on yelp and reached out to united plumbing. They were very responsive and told me that they could send out a tech that same day! They then reached out to me the next day with price quotes. We went with their service, and they had very reasonable prices and great service!! They did have to cut through out wall to replace pipes but they did patch the work as well :)) We will always come back to united for any plumbing services!!
When we decided to install a reverse osmosis system, we knew we needed a professional to install it correctly. United Plumbing had experience and provided an excellent service - both in scheduling and by the plumber himself. Communication was fabulous. Our toilet drain was blocked. The United serviceman arrived within one hour. He first tried to clear the drain by going through our toilet drain pipe (I had removed the toilet). That did not work. Next he tried to go through our main drain outside cleanout. That did not work. Next he went up on the roof and went through the roof drain vent. That worked. He worked hard and did not waste a minute. He was very courteous. The fee was quite reasonable for all of the work that he did. We will not hesitate to recommend this company.

One of our toilets was making loud whistling sounds, loud enough for everyone in the household to hear. One quick conversation (quote) with United Plumbing on Yelp on Thursday night and they came to fix this first thing on Friday. Replaced the toilet flush valve and the problem was fixed, at a fair price. I plan to call them again for any plumbing problems we face in the future.
After discovering a small leak from the water line to our toilet tank, I began searching for a plumber on Yelp. I'm very happy to have found United Plumbing! I requested a quote around 7:00 PM and was surprised to receive a prompt reply that evening. I traded a few texts with Oscar and he arranged for a two hour appointment window the next morning. Alex arrived within that time period and got to work right away. He was kind and considerate (wore booties), and diagnosed the issue quickly. He informed us what the plan was and completed the repair in a timely manner. The cost was as quoted and very reasonable. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
We had a major water leak that was outside and under our driveway. 5 Star Plumbing did an amazing job finding the leak. They did their best to minimize damage while trying to find the leak.
I was impressed that the cut was clean and not just jacked hammered the concrete.
It took them about 4.5 hours to fix it and we tested by shutting the house valve and checking if the water meter was still spinning. And it was no longer spinning.
I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing. They were professional and courteous. I would use them again.

Dimitry came on time. He found that, because the way our toilet seat was placed, he didn't have access to the screws to remove the faulty faucet. Therefore, for a reasonable increase in the agreed cost, he actually removed the whole seat, fixed the faucet and put the seat back. He did all of this without making a mess, and very efficiently too. Would recommend this business.
We had a broken garbage disposal. United Plumbing answered my call quickly and they were able to send someone the next morning.
The technician did an excellent job to replace it, and left no mess behind. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend United Plumbing.
I had a property with a sewage smell and I figured an animal chewed through the pipes again. I had United Plumbing come out to do an inspection and it turned out that not only did I have a sewage leak, I also had 2 others.. One in a wall by the shower and one in a supply line way in the back. Had they not been thourough in the inspection, it could have cost me a lot more in the future. I got a quote, and while not the cheapest, I put my faith in fellow yelpers and had them do the repairs. Schedules were kept, updates were made via text, email, and yelp. Overall, pretty satisfied with the work they did and the speed in which they did it. I'll keep United Plumbing in mind for future work :)

We have an old house which needed the sewer line replaced. We thought we would need to stay elsewhere but the work was done with only a few hours interruptions. Large projects always take longer than expected especially when you need to bring everything up to code with sanitation and city but not having to stay elsewhere with additional expense was a big help. Hopefully no problems in the near future but will definitely recommend their service.
Our water heater broke in the morning. I sent out requests on Yelp for someone to come and take a look. Oscar from United plumbing was one of the first people to respond. He was able to send someone to diagnose the issue the same day. The person who came recommended that we replace the water heater. Sergey came the same day and worked late into the night to put in a new water heater so that we had hot water the next day! Excellent service and reasonable price.
I have had them come out twice - once for replacing a kitchen faucet and second time for two bathroom faucets. They were great both times, came exactly in the time frame specified. Booking appointments over Yelp was easy, they were very responsive. I liked all the questions they asked before hand including details so there were no surprises on the day of the actual work. During the bathroom faucet installation they found a leak and fixed it. I appreciate that they had the parts with them and were able to fix it right away. Will definitely use them again. I also appreciated the texts I received once when appointment was booked and second when they were on their way.

When I had a kitchen sink leak, I contacted several plumbing companies on Yelp to get quotes. United Plumbing was one of the fastest to provide not only a quote but same-day availability. I was quite impressed. And even after checking with all the quotes, United Plumbing came in at very reasonable pricing. Originally, I thought I had faulty kitchen disposal that is leaking and was even prepared to replace the whole thing. Daniel, who is the United Plumbing plumber, is super honest and down to earth. He not only pointed out that the disposal is in good shape and not leaking but helped me fasten tight the disposal pipes as well as the cranks. To do so, Daniel came back twice to confirm that the leak is fully addressed without further additional charges. I am very impressed and thankful for United Plumbing's great service and would use them again in the future for sure!

My shower handle was getting stuck and hard to turn off/on the water to the shower. I message United Plumbing in the evening and they replied within 10 minutes offering me an appointment the next afternoon. I spoke with them on the phone to give them my info and they were very polite and easy to work with. The tech arrived promptly on time and got right to work. I had water leaking from an upstairs bathroom into my kitchen through a can light in the ceiling. I contacted United Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon and they responded right away. They were able to schedule an appointment for first-thing the next morning. Alex and his assistant arrived right on time and quickly determined that the source of the leak was the shower drain. Within 2 hours they repaired the leak and they did it without having to cut an opening into the drywall! I am extremely pleased with the quick repair and the excellent service. I highly recommend United Plumbing and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing problems.
The tub water leakage has bothered me for a while. I have had two other plumbers come to help but no fix. Then I find United Plumbing. They were very
responsible, fast and professional. The 1st day Alex spent lots of time to find a matching cartridge and replaced but it did not work. Then with his boss' help, Alex came the next morning with new parts and fixed the problem quickly.
It was a tough problem but they followed it up after1st try and fixed it beautifully.

Alexandr K arrived even earlier than scheduled, worked quickly, efficiently and was still sufficiently careful not do damage anything. He replaced the wax ring under the toilet which I had expected to be the culprit. Will keep an eye on the area to make sure that nothing else caused the leak at the base of the toilet. Thank you. From initial contact with Sam on the phone to Alexander who did the excellent work to Oscar on consulting for extra work, all was a good experience. Replaced a compression fit toilet shut-off and supply line and bidet line. In addition replaced a faulty house main shut-off valve. It was very timely as well. From initial phone call to completed work, it all happened within ~2 hours! Will use them again for any plumbing needs.

One of the best experiences I've had so far with home repair. My project was to replace a water heater -- they responded to a request for quote quickly, and were available within a day to do the work, arrived on-time, worked efficiently and finished the job at a better price than any other quote that I received. I don't usually write a review. But I need to write a review for 5 start plumbing. Their system is well organized. We had a technician (Ben Nag) who came on the same day to give us the estimate. And he didn't force us to do any big change or purchase to make money which most of the construction-related companies do. He figured the possible issue and asked us to wait another day to double-check if the issue is correct or not.
After a few days, we decided to fix the problem with 5-star plumbing and the other technician (Yri Murga) came. I worried that if the technician doesn't know what the issue is since he wasn't there. But there was NO confusion or misunderstanding about the work. They are well communicated company. Also, they use an app they save the schedule and information and share it between the technicians. So when the technician came, he knew what he exactly needs to do.
And he had all the tools and parts he needs to change. And he changed pipes really fast but carefully. He kept double-checking and telling me how the work works and the process. The work was tidy and nice. And the brown water issue we had is completely gone. I highly recommend them to everyone! Best experience!

I had United install a new kitchen sink faucet and toilet. The tech did a great job. Quick and efficient. Careful attention to detail and, most important, no leaks. The only reason I didn't give them all 5 stars is that the tech spoke very little English and it was difficult to communicate with him. That said, I will hire them again.
Our kitchen sink was clogged. I tried plunging, drain cleaner, and P-trap cleaning, but no luck. Drain pipe that took the discharge water from the washing machine was blocked, resulting in flooding in the laundry room. Called United at 11:30A and they agreed to send someone on site between 1:00 and 3:00PM the same day.
Dmitry showed up at 1:20P and had things sorted out on about 50 min. Thad to clear two different drain lines to unclog everything, including checking the crawl space for possible leaks.

Called United Plumbing twice for two different issues, one was our water valve being stuck which they replaced and another was our sink backup which involved redoing the piping under our sink. They were very responsive when I called and were able to get a technician to our home very soon both times. They communicated via text and call when they were arriving. Had a broken drain pipe in the kitchen sink. Called in the morning around 7am and United Plumbing sent Alex by 830. He took apart the broken part, went I Home Depot to buy a new part and was done by 10am. Really fast and responsive.
I highly recommend Anton from United Plumbing. He just finished a few faucets, the shut-off valves, and the shower spout in my house, and he did over and above the work which I expected. I called United Plumbing first thing in the morning with a request for a plumber the same day for a clogged toilet. I left a message and they called me back with an appointment for the afternoon. Ujin later contacted me to say he could come earlier if I was available, which was great. He did a good job, wore a mask, covered his shoes to protect the floor, and was friendly. The whole visit took less than 20 minutes.
My only complaint is the cost. I understand that it takes time to get to the call, have the right equipment, have the experience, etc. However $220 (+5% processing fee to use a credit card) seems excessive to unclog one toilet.
I had 2 slow draining tubs and these guys figured it out in mins and took care of the job. But I think what's most important is how they treated us a customers.
1. They listened and understood the problem
2. They were sensitive to our safety (wore masks and shoe covers)
3. They recapped the issue and walked us through the payment process.
Also kudos to the gentleman who played with my nosy 3 year old son. He's a handful but appreciate that you didn't lose your cool.

I recently hired United Plumbing to clear our kitchen sink clogging. I called them in the morning and was able to schedule an appointment for 2-4pm on the same day.
I started waiting at home from 1:30pm but the technician had not shown up when it had past 3:30pm. I sent them a text message at 3:38pm to inquire the status but did not get a response until an hour later. During the whole time period I wasn't sure whether the technician would still come or not. Finally, I was notified at 4:39pm that the technician had run late and would be coming between 5-6pm instead. However, the actual arrival time was 6:20pm, which was more than 2 hours late. While I understood delays do occur, I just wished there were more timely notifications and they had better estimates of time.
The plumber, upon arrival, worked very hard at a very late time of day (6:20-8:10). He was able to fix the problem and even replaced a short broken pipe for me without extra charge. He was very nice and hard working but unfortunately did not speak or understand English which made communication nearly impossible during the whole time. I wished that there could be much more effective communication on the clogging problem and cause.
Overall, I am satisfied with the job done but was a bit disappointed by two things - (1) punctuality and (2) communication (before and during work).
UPDATE: United Pluming has called to explain and apologize for the delay. They also generously offered to fix any clogging for free if it occurs again within one year. I am very happy about their customer service.

We had an emergency and I called in on Saturday about 9 am they came to our home at 10:15. We were replacing a kitchen sink but ran into problems with shutoff valves not working and had a bad leak. He came and replace both valves and installed our new faucet. We had guests planed at noon but had it working in time. Thank you United and Dima!

We had an exterior hose bib start leaking very badly, gallons of water an hour. WE contacted them and they had someone here within a few hours. They replaced the leaking hose bib, and a second one that had started to drip some as well. Quality work, quick and effective, and very nice and professional plumber.
After the text message for 30 minutes. Sam has arranged on site visiting. Alex come on time. He did excellent job. He carefully reviewed my toilet clogging. Other plumbers suggest to replace my ToTo toilet, he unmount the toilet and clean my sewer line for 75 ft long. He also clear my kitchen sink clogging which is a separate sewer exit. Called Ben up Friday night and scheduled replacement of 2 toilets on Sunday. The day before (Saturday), I bought new toilets on my own locally.
On Sunday Eugene showed up and the whole thing including removal of old toilets (on second floor no less), installation of new ones, and taking the old toilets away (including the packing materials of the new ones) took about two hours. Professional service; a beautiful job done. Well worth the money!
Very happy and impressed from start to finish. Managed to replace an old shower fixture, toilet and supply inlet valve, hose bibb, kitchen sink/dishwasher inlet valves, and bathroom sink inlet valves all in one day. And the shower was very difficult - no back access, pipes stuck in a door frame, tiles and grout in the way. Excellent pricing that matched the estimate.

I had an opportunity to work with United Plumbing a few times in November. I found them to be reliable and honest.
We hired them to do camera inspection of our sewage pipe all the way to the street. They performed the inspection and shared their findings. I was very impressed by their honesty because they did not try to create work for themselves. They told me that the pipe was in good condition and does not need to be replaced or repaired.
I also called them to replace tub drain overflow valve because it was leaking. It was replaced properly but it surfaced an issue in the other bathroom, which was discovered after they left. I contacted them and their technician came back couple of days later and took care of it.
I liked their professionalism and they are my go-to plumber now.

Our kitchen sink was clogged. I did a quick research and contacted United plumbing. They quickly schedule my appointment. I was happy with the overall service . Clogging was pretty bad but the technician was able to fix it.
Joe responded immediately after I contacted United Plumbing to fix a slow running/leaky faucet. Sergey arrived at the allotted time slot and worked hard to replace the faucet with a nice model that he acquired from Home Depot. It turned out that the original plumbing in the house had begun to corrode, so he spent some good effort cleaning out the old pipes and refitting the plumbing. In the end everything works great thanks to Sergey's time and expertise!
Same--day visit to diagnose my issue, which was a steady leak from my dining room ceiling. Tony, the plumber, quickly turned off the water to the upstairs toilet and stopped the water leakage. We had a relatively large leak in our kitchen sink and called United Plumbing for help. They sent in the plumber named Dmitri, and called us back for the next day. He was able to come quickly the next day, and helped us get to work. We bought our own faucet at a hardware store, who told us the faucet we purchased would function and fit fine from the store, however, the details that we got from the hardware store would not be able to fit from the hardware store. After looking at the details from our kitchen faucet, Dmitri, looked at the details, and figured out despite what the hardware store told us, Dmitri and his manager figured out it likely would not fit. Dmitri was able to find out there would be another faucet at a somewhat similar price and better faucet brand near our house that he drove over and purchased for us and brought back to our home. Dmitri got it back to our house and installed and verified to work with no leak. Really appreciate the help with his work, and he was able to talk to his manager (I assume) to verify how to do the great work. Really a nice plumber who was able to explain what he planned to do. Really appreciate Dmitry and the United Plumbing company.

Excellent service!!! I called for a leak repair and they came out the next day; troubleshoot, and fixed the problem! What stands out about United Plumbing is they provide the service of basic patching after the leak is fixed. The technician was conscientious, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up as well as wearing mask, gloves and booties.

Dimitriy knew what he was doing, he was very professional, on time and efficient. He did a good quality job on replacing our faucet, which became very hard to operate over time due to hard water. Before Dimitriy, another plumber tried to replace it but he could not take it out because it was really stuck. We had a small slow leak in the attic which was proving hard to find as everything was bone dry. United Plumbing responded promptly. The first guy checked everything and referred the situation to another technician who came within the hour and I guess is their super sleuth as he detected the leak. This time we had another plumber who'd been recommended do the repair for a lower price. Otherwise I would have happily had United Plumbing do the repair due to their professionalism and responsiveness.

We had recently gotten our water heater replaced. However, when we applied for the water heater permit with the City of Cupertino, the building inspector provided a list of 10 items to correct. We looked for a different contractor, one that was licensed, experienced, responsive and trustworthy; we ended up using United Plumbing. Our main point of contact, Joe, was responsive and helpful.
We also appreciated the technician, Den, who was very attentive to the work at hand and made multiple trips to ensure that the job was completed adequately. He also corresponded with the building inspector and made sure that the work would be up to code.

The technician came in the same day for free inspection of my water heater. He was very friendly and he did not push to sell his product/services. He educated me on how my water heater operates and gave me advice on how to fix some issues.

Hired United Plumbing to replace our water heater. They respond quickly, answered all questions we had, and were able to find our model of choice (Bradford White). Came out the next day to install. We decided to get a permit (for insurance reasons), went through the process online (Santa Clara County), and set up an inspection. However, we also had an existing recirculation pump, so while the water heater was installed correctly, the recirculation pump (installed by another plumber previously) did not meet the new CA energy code. I won't go into details, there was lots of confusion, but what was great was that United Plumbing was always available to make corrections needed. And quickly, often the same day. The permit was approved. The bottom line is that United Plumbing is reliable and responsive.

Great service. Alex is very neat and search for the sewers line for my kitchen sink. Alex is a good worker with a gentle demeanor. Alex did such a good job that I asked him to replace my faucet as well. Very reasonable price. I will recommend him for your plumbing repair.
I have used 5 Star Plumbing for three projects/fixes on my property.
* Fixing a water leak from bathtub to downstairs
* Fixing a leaky shower faucet
* Re-installing a water heater up to standard
All three were extremely well done and more than fairly priced. I have had talked to or worked with half dozen plumbers around the area, and 5 Star Plumbing is the reason I won't have to talk to others anymore.
On all occasions I spoke with Ben on Yelp, and even at late night he would respond quickly. They were able to adapt to my schedule and come to site by the next day or two. I have had some really bad experiences with other plumbers before, so I wanted to oversea the work while Ben and Daniel do the fixes. They always explained to me what the issue is, and what they were going to do. They were quick with their fixes and was able to work around difficult challenges ( I have a condo and the room for getting to the pipe and fixing it was really tight). And most importantly, they are thorough with their work. They check and double check all their work to make sure the issue is resolved. When I am not onsite, Ben took pictures for me to show the completed job.
This company uses an automated service to send invoice, schedule and receipts, which is very efficient and much appreciated. They come wearing protective gear during COVID and never leaves any mess after their work.
Overall, nothing but great experience with Ben and the 5 Start Plumbing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good plumbers.

Great service! Called Tuesday at 4pm, they were out Wednesday at 9am. I needed a new faucet installed, but didn't have one. They brought me a replacement! And fixed the cold water shutoff I told them was broken, too. They were here for about an hour, did a great job, left everything clean and tidy, and for a very reasonable price. I'm extremely happy with the whole process.

Really appreciate the quick response and great quote from Ben. In general, I would highly recommend people taking vendors who can give you quote based on pictures. That's not just a display of pure confidence and also usually such quotes are way cheaper. I got in-person quote from someone who quote me $1200 to replace a gate valve with a ball one. And another $700 for a regulator. 2 quotes I got from vendors on yelp who give quotes based on pictures are around 300-400.
My kitchen sink was leaking in multiple places and before fixing it they gave me a quote and followed through with exact pricing. The quality of the job is perfect and the people were very respectful and nice I will definitely go to them again next time for any problem!
Made an appointment, on Friday between 4-6 pm. At 3:55, two guys show up, unload toilet, take old one out, by 4:35, they were done, I got a new toilet working really nice. Told me I have a guarantee to work for any problems leaking. So far, so good. 5 Star is good and fast. Going to need a new dishwasher soon.

In the end, let's just say the other provider was terrible and we ended up calling 5 star back! They were able to give us an appointment last minute (thank goodness!). I looked for a plumber on Yelp on a Friday morning and 5 Star Plumbing was one of the additional proposed professionals. They gave a free price estimate, and came the next day. They checked that their initial thought was correct and that the piece actually needed to be replaced. The work was completed in less than one hour. Their guy was very nice, patient and answered questions. 5 well earned stars.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday with our shower. Did a little triage on the phone and i sent a video of the issue with the supply valve. Den made it out within 2 hours of our conversation, explained what he was going to do and took care of business. He replaced the supply valve for the shower and explained what he did, let me check over the work. I was impressed he had good COVID protocol. Always had a mask and wore gloves. Left the worksite clean and asked me if i wanted to keep any of the old piping material. I did not and he took it all with him. Wonderful work on short notice. 5/5, would call on them again.

I contacted 5 Star Plumbing on yelp, and got a response very quickly! They were very responsive, and even came out to my house within the hour!! WOW! Den showed up, asked me to show him what I needed work on, and he got right to work, and fixed the issue right on the spot. I did also have a small leak in one of my showers. He took a video of what he found in the crawl space. He mentioned that he couldn't fix that on the spot since it would require two people, but offered to make an appointment for me. I said I would just message them back. I will definitely be using them again as my go-to-plumber. Great, excellent service for many reasons. Our regular plumber isn't yet going inside homes to do repairs yet. Stupid COVID-19. So I looked this place up on Yelp, and they were fantastic. Booked for the next day, the guy actually called ahead and showed up a little early, and he was great. Fast, to the point, even had me verify the leak was gone when he was done. I wish I had gotten his name. Young guy, Russian. (My son plays hockey. :-) ) I definitely would not hesitate to use this place again! Great experience.

It was Father's day yesterday and our toilet on the 2nd floor backed up overnight and it actually overflowed onto the floor and into the laundry area, then the water flowed down the ceiling on the 1st floor in the Garage...WTF??? They sent 1 guy and he was methodical in analyzing what was wrong before attempting to snake the bathroom. Removed the toilet trying to find the clog or pipe issue. Patient and after 3 hours he was able to fix it all and we're all Good. Thought the last minute Sunday call would be a crazy price but it was actually very, very reasonable. PG&E found a small gas leak in our pipe next the gas meter. We looked for a licensed plumber to help fix it on Yelp. There are a few replies. But United plumbing guys are very honest and up front to what they will fix, which is exactly PG&E suggested. They are very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Had a emergency water heater issue. Pilot was out and couldn't be re-lit on a late Friday afternoon. 5 Star Plumbing responded my request promptly and sent someone out to my house within 1.5 hour. I own rental homes in San Jose area and I've seen my share of service providers in all shades and colors.
Today, I needed a same-day service to replace a failed leaking kitchen faucet since my tenants needed to use the kitchen and the sink right away. I was fortunate to discover five star plumbing. They were able to fit me in that same day. At my suggestion, Patrick directed Daniel the plumber to pick up some supplies from Home Depot before arriving at my rental.
Daniel did excellent job very efficiently and took pictures before during and after completion and sent me invoice and receipt by email. They did not need do use the material they bought from Home Depot. Did not charge me any extra and offered to return the material at no additional cost.
Patrick also helped with facilitating with home warranty company to take care of some administrative data. Cost was reasonable. Workmanship was excellent. And above all communication with customer and looking out for the needs of the customer was going above and beyond the call of duty.

Placed a call to United Plumbing on Saturday for water pipelines relocation to change from a 60 double vanity to a 72. Water heater went kaput. They sent a technician next day and got it replaced for a good price. So far so good. Hopefully it last longer and without issues.
We identified a water leak Saturday night and turned off the water to at least stop the leak. I submitted a request for quote Sunday morning and 5 Star Plumbing responded within minutes. The tech came out and fixed the issue and it took total time of an hour and 13 minutes, which was inclusive of a trip to Home Depot for the new fixture. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. The company was overall very professional and pricing was very fair for a Sunday fix. I highly recommend

Two weeks ago I never had the chance to post. I found this company and ask for quote. Little bit hard to trust so I gave this company a try. Told him my situation that I'm having trouble with disposal that didn't work. Was told that he will able to come and take a look right away. Very fast and on time. Found out my disposal is very old and broken so he went to his van. Grab his brand new and replaced it within an hour or so due to small box underneath which is bit harder for him to get it done. If it bigger then he'll probably done little bit faster. Thanks for all the work. Give this guy a try.
Our drain got unclogged suddenly and we didn't know what to do. So just threw out messages on Yelp and see if anyone would still respond at 10:30pm. United plumbing responded and quickly scheduled the appointment on next day. They arrived on time and they were very professional. The most important thing is their price is very reasonable! Noticed a leak underneath my Master sink, looked to be the rubber ring where the pipe connected. 5 Star Plumbing promptly responded to my request for service and scheduled the service to be done the same day within a few hours which was great. Turned out it was an entire part that needed to be changed out and to my surprise the initial quote given covered the cost of labor and part. The person who came by also asked me if I knew about a 10 dollar coupon from Yelp, I hadn't noticed it and applied it. Really nice of him to have let me know. They gave me a fair quote. They followed up on the quote and asked if I had questions. I did and they answered. Den. B called to apologize and asked to make things right. He knew I had 2 leaking bathroom faucets and insisted that he replace them for free. I agreed and also asked him to put in a kitchen faucet, which I paid for. There was a small leak under one of the sinks and he came back and fixed it quickly the next day. I believe that I could now call him to fix my plumbing without any more problems.
They are responsive and reliable, helping me remove all the roots in the main pipe. But they are definitely pricy as well.
Thank you for saving us from worst nightmare and fixing our clogged sewer. The mainline from the kitchen to the sewer was completely blocked and our upstairs neighbor's sink was draining onto our sink and everything was a mess and total disaster.
After calling dozens of famous places, no one was available. Even one company canceled the appointment at the very last minute and we had to find someone on the same day. Finally, thank God we found this plumbing company.
They sent their technician and he arrived in just 30 mins. After a quick check, he told us it's gonna cost more than expected as pipes had to be replaced. The price was very reasonable, so we agreed And he solved the problem in less than an hour.

great service! quoted, scheduled and repaired the leaky faucet within ~6 hours. They had compatible faucets I could choose from so that really sped things up instead of going to buy one myself or order one online.
There were 2 bathroom leaks to fix and they quoted a fair price. They were supposed to replace a few old parts and only replaced 1 part saying rest is all fine. The price they quoted for the patch work is not justified. I got another contractor to replace the cast iron p-trap with abs.

Ujin from United Plumbing was very professional. I had a toilet mounting bolt that was broken and I needed to have the toilet remounted. They kept me updated on when they would arrive at the house. When they arrived, they put coverings on their shoes to prevent tracking in any dirt. After removing the toilet, they discovered the drain flange had broken where the bolt attached. They knew how to fix this type of issue and went to work. This wasn't a simple toilet remount, but they did not charge me any extra for the work. United Plumbing are the best and I will call them again for my next project.

Our kitchen sink overflowed due to the clog in the drain pipe. We were able to unclog it but it went down to our garage and we were on our dead-end. I contacted the company we used before but was unsuccessful.
I searched for another plumbing company and saw 5 Star Plumbing. I was impressed by their 5 Star rating so I called them. Thankfully we were accommodated the same day even if it was past their work hours. Den asked some questions to have some idea about the issue. Tony came about 10 minutes before the schedule. He acted fast and did the job in approximately 30 minutes. He knew what he's doing. True to their name, they deserve to be called 5 Star Plumbing.

The name matches to the service they provided!They deserve the 5 stars on yelp! Contacted this company yesterday to ask about running a new line for my refrigerator and received a message back within an hour. The manager was able to book an appointment for me today between 5-7. To my surprise, Den and his coworker arrived to my house earlier than expected. They were polite and wore masks and shoe coverings before entering my home which I really appreciated. They took a look in my kitchen and told me that they had to go to Home Depot to get new piping for my fridge. They came back within 30 minutes and replaced the piping in 20-25 minutes. I'm genuinely impressed with how time efficient they were. Once they were done, Den showed me the new piping and was able to pay him through his phone. Thank you for such great service! I'll definitely recommend 5 star to my friends and family if they ever need something fixed.

I had a great experience working with these guys. They were prompt to answer my message on Yelp , gave me a fair quote online, showed up on time, came in with booties and masks, showed us that we didn't have a problem (didn't try and fix something that wasn't broken). Even told us about a Yelp discount so we could save $10!

Excellent 10 minute response time when we requested a quote at night. They gave us immediate next day availability to fix our sink leak and they provided a fair quote from my description and pictures without wasting our time with calls or saying they have to come out first to check it out. They showed up on time, were very COVID safe and fixed everything as promised for the exact price on their quote. Needless to say they are now my go to plumbers. Try them out, you won't regret it!

Hi this is Jacqueline I had a broken toilet water tank. I called about my issue and he came the next day. He replaced the broken water tank into new one. He was clear what needed to be done and potential problems. Good new that we did not have any of the potential problems. Very honest and friendly. Great responsiveness, and great pricing. They came out to fix our shower cartilage with the part that was needed and were on time and efficient. The only hard part was that there was a language barrier and it was hard to communicate, other than that the service was excellent.
I'm in escrow and needed to satisfy a few issues for the inspector. Sam came out to work on my list. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. He earned his 5 stars!!
Den was on time for the scheduled appointment and wore a mask and shoe covers the whole time. He was able to unclog our stubborn kitchen sink after a little work and completely fixed our problem. He was professional and competent, checked his work and looked for any leaks afterwards, and cleaned up after he was done. Great group of plumbers to work with; they quickly responded to my quote request on a Friday afternoon as I needed to replace two faucets in one of my bathrooms including both stop valves. I provided the faucet parts, they needed to provide the rest. The quote was fair so I selected them; they gave me the option of coming the same evening or next day (Saturday). That was awesome! They asked me for some pictures and then the plumber showed up on time, wearing a mask and shoes coverage. He was very detail oriented, did a super job and left the bathroom super clean after he finished. If I need plumbing services again I will call United Plumbing without any hesitation.
I called them because my sink was clogged. They were able to come the same day. The job was not as simple as we all thought. They had try different ways and get creative. He had to leave and go get a bigger machine. At the end of the day he was able to unclog it. I really appreciate him going above and beyond. They were clean. Cleaned up after themselves. Wore gloves masks and booties in the house. Would use again and definitely recommend.

Fast, reasonably priced and courteous. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I found them on Yelp after needing an emergency fix. Very Impressed at the response time and the ability for them to come out as quickly as they did. Parviz replied to the request and was able to get a technician out same day (less than 1 1/2 hours of me requesting a quote). He explained the order and the pricing clearly. The pricing is very reasonable. The technician, Den B. was very professional, friendly and expertly installed a kitchen faucet. Overall, an exceeded expectation of service and will be keeping their information for any future plumbing needs.
Had a leak that reared it's head late on A Saturday night. Turned off the water and called them Sunday morning. They were responsive and Den arrived on time and fixed the issue and explained everything he did. Fair price as well! Will definitely use them for my next plumbing issue!

One of the best in the business. I had called them on a Sunday to address a leak situation in my garage ceiling. They came in promptly at the allocated time, explained the diagnostics process clearly to me. Both the members of the crew were wearing masks and took their time to figure out the leak source and fixed it and cleaned up before they left. Would highly recommend.

5 Star Plumbing is truly 5 star. Parviz asked good questions ahead of time that translated to an accurate quote. The appointment was timely and Dan came by on time and was very thorough with his work. Also took the time to answers my questions peacefully. Dan changed bathroom faucets and shower heads for us. Happy with the job done and will work with them in the future should there be a need.

I needed a leaky bathtub faucet fixed and I put out a request on yelp for a quote and service. 5 star plumbing responded within minutes! They were so easy to work with and SO polite. Even better though, they came right away on a Saturday! They fixed the issue within an hour. Cost was $175+cost of the cartridge. I have no ideea where this price stands in comparison, but totally worth the quick response time and ease.
Simple job to replace a garbage disposal. They were on-time and finished the job quickly.
Our bathroom sink had been draining very slow. We finally decided to fix it once and for all. We called 5 Star Plumbing and they were fantastic!! We also asked them to replace the shut off valves (angle stop) under the same sink since it was so old, it was impossible to turn them. Tony, our plumber, came and was able to snake the drain and replace the shut off valves. He did a great job in 1 1/2 hours. He kept checking to make sure everything was in working order and not leaking. Their price was very reasonable and on their Yelp page there was a $10 off coupon. WOW!! Thanks again.

These guys came in with such short notice for my faucet leak..even though the work turned out to be little longer than expected, they didn't demand a single $ extra.. unlike handyman's in the Bay Area... quality work and no complains whatsoever... will definitely prefer these guys for my next job !
I usually don't write reviews but when it comes to fixing plumbing problems I have to say time is an essence. We had a technician come to our property the same day as the quote which was great, especially when you have small kids and the toilet gets clogged. Roy was very professional and very kind. He answered all the questions we had, gave us a very good estimate and everyThing was fixed the same day. Definitely recommend.
