Had these guys over to clean out our lateral line. Price was excellent, response time was less than an hour, plumber was very methodical to put down a large tarp to ensure no mess made in basement, cleaned up work area completely afterward. What can I say, I'll definitely call these people again for any work I need done around here.

My elderly neighbor needed a sump for her manufactured home.  Kenosha Plumbing was recommended by a trusted friend.  They came today and started working at 10 am.  8 hours later and the man who came was still hard at work.  I know it was hot, dirty work but he plugged on until the job was complete.  I should note that he did this by himself and was not some 25 year old.  This is a company that needs all the recognition it can get as they work harder than anyone I've see up to this point.  5 stars just isn't enough for this company.  If there were 10 stars, I'd give them 12.  Great job, and thank you for being what people expect.

Very pleased with my experience with this company: I woke up at 6am, turned on the shower, no hot water. Hot water heater was spewing out the bottom, toast. I was leaving town at 6 pm and needed the job done and done quick. I waited til 8 and started calling around. Kenosha plumbing was the only place that would quote me over the phone, $865 out the door for a 40 gal 6-year natural gas by Rheem. Every other place said they would have to send someone out to take a look, no one would even give me an estimate so I went with keno plumbing. They had a guy out by 10am, job done by 1145 am, no hassle, no mess, charge the card and done. Also, the installer was a nice guy, didn't make me feel like I had to hide the valuables and talk up the security system. If and when I need more work, this place will be my first call.

I had a clogged kitchen sink.  I called them after hours - someone answered, took my information, and then someone called me back half an hour later and said that they would call me in the morning to let me know what time they would be out.  The guy that came out the next day was there over 3 hours trying to unclog my sink.  He never got discouraged or upset; he just kept working at it until it was fixed.  I will definitely call them the next time I have any plumbing problems!

I would recommend Kenosha Plumbing. They responded to my call & scheduled someone to come out in a couple days. I appreciate the call to update me on arrival time so I didn't have to wait around wondering when they would come. Great service & quality work!!!

One of my pipes burst under my mobile home, I called them and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. The plumber that came out was very courteous and nice and worked very quickly to get the job done. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Kenosha Plumbing!!!

Wow, honestly can't say enough good things about our experience with the team at Kenosha Plumbing! What started as an issue with a shower handle falling off on a Friday exposed quite the headache. It turned out that that the shower handle stem had been cracked at some point before we moved in, thus the handle not being able to be secured. We called over to them at 330 Friday afternoon and Katie from the company swooped in a saved the day big time! She had us take some pictures to diagnose what they would need and then sent over a team of two twenty minutes later. We had our parents flying in on Monday so it was a real life saver getting the guest shower fixed before they got here. Dylan and Christian showed up, very pleasant and professional, and informed us they were going to have to cut a hole in the wall to access the pipes but needed time to do the install. Katie once again prioritized us and got them back out on Monday morning to get the job done. They even called to see if they could come early! We had Dylan, Christian and Rick and they got the whole thing done, all new pieces installed and our shower accents installed in under two hours. Thanks so much to this team for saving the day! Will definitely use again and 100% recommend.

OK, we purchased a house only two weeks ago, but didn't start moving in until a week later. We were told prior to closing that all the things we asked to be fixed, were fixed. WRONG! As we were moving in, we noticed the smell of gas coming from the house. It was so bad, our new next door neighbor came over and said something. Long story short: we called the gas company and they came over. We had not 1, not 2, but THREE gas leaks in various appliances around the house. They shut the entire house down. We called Kenosha Plumbing on Friday, July 27, 2018. Unfortunately, they gave us a wait time for an estimate over the weekend. So, we were stuck all weekend without any hot water and without the ability to cook. On July 30, 2018, they came and gave us an estimate. I called them back to schedule an appointment to come fix it, because we liked the price of the estimate. They couldn't get us in the same day, unless we were willing to take an after hours appointment, in which they would have charged us an extra 125 bucks. We said no to that. But, the men came on July 31, 2018 to fix the leaks. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing. They even had to go back to the office to bring something they didn't have that they needed (an unusual part or something like that). Anyway, they showed up EARLY (10:20 a.m. and appointment was for between 11:00 to 12:00) for the appointment, and even with having to drive back to the office, they were done by about 11:30. They turned the gas back on for us and checked the appliances to make sure they were working. So, I would have given them 4 stars had they been able to perform the work when we first called (or at least been able to give us the estimate on the same day). Instead, we were out of hot water for 5 days, but the guys who actually fixed the leaks were very good. It is because we couldn't afford to pay the extra 125 bucks that we had to wait as long as we did, hence the reason for the 3 star rating.

Professional and responsive, from the moment I called to the completion of work.  I will never call another company again for plumbing needs.  I will recommend to neighbors and family as well.

Kenosha is fantastic!  Too many great things to say about them - our water heater went out on Thursday evening and we were scheduled for a replacement the very next day!  Katie, in the head office is amazing and wonderful to work with!  When the guys came, they were extremely professional and were in and out before you knew it.  They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

It started with a recommendation from a friend. Very pleasant initial phone call to set up appointment. The guy was here ON TIME, used shoe covers, finished the job in a snap, and the price was very reasonable. Will recommend to everyone!!! CALL THEM TODAY for your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed.

Needed help installing a grease trap but Kenosha Plumbing didn't want our business. Master plumber was too busy. This wasn't urgent but they didn't have time for us.

I cannot give enough praise to this company. I had a heating and hot water issue on my tankless water heaters because WE Energy (Wisconsin energy) installed the wrong size gas meter! The lady, I think her name is Tracy, set up an appointment on the same day, and this was right before Xmas. What luck! Tim handled the situation from thereon by assessing the issues and had the manufacturer come out a few days later to pin point the problem.  He then came back to inspect everything after the WE Energy rep installed the proper meter to make sure everything was up to par. And all of this was done as I was on vacation elsewhere.  It's refreshing to know there's a service you can trust in your own home when you are away. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

Our bathtub drained out slowly for a couple of days and then one night plugged up totally.  DH tried to clear the clog but only was able to move it farther into the pipe system.

We were able to schedule an appointment the next morning.  The plumber showed up on time.  We were clogged with sludge from the pipes being older.  He cleared us out, gave us an estimate and we had him replace the old pipes with plastic pipes right on the spot.  He cleaned up everything in our basement when he was done.  He had all of his needed supplies in his truck.

We were happy with the price paid and the quick service.  We also got an estimate on replacing our kitchen sink and pipes, and we do planning on having this company back for that work.

Woke up early this morning to a basement full of water. Apparently somewhere in the middle of the night, my hot water heater decided to stop working and burst. So I contacted Kenosha Plumbing (which was a referral from a friend) and they were at my house within 2 hours of us calling. The two men who were here Dan and Terry were probably the most professional and personable men. They were here removed and installed in an hour and a half. I could not have asked for a better service and knowledgable men.
