They are the best. They go above and beyond each time I need something. On top of that, they are reliable and very skilled.

Their service was fantastic. I had a water leak outside and contacted them online. They were out here immediately and gave me a free estimate. It was a very reasonable estimate and they fixed it on the spot. Certainly saved me from having a high water bill. I recommend him highly if you want a professional fix at a reasonable price and fast response.

Gave a super competitive quote compared to the others I received, and came by the very next morning for prompt, polite, and professional service. Went above and beyond by heading to the hardware store to get parts that I needed. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely use them again if I ever need more plumbing work!

I have a home warranty and COWBOY PLUMBING was called out on the contract. Johnny was the technician assigned on the job and he DID NOT perform the work written on the ticket.  Instead, he chose to ask what what was needed instead of working the order ticket! This error caused unfinished work on the ticket,  and with  NASTY attitude, he attempted to blame the customer for HIS inadequacy and unprofessional ism.  RUN from COWBOY PLUMBING and do NOT use them. Johnny was rude, and very unprofessional!  Maybe he should retire if he doesn't want to work!  Another company had to be called in to complete a relatively simple project. I asked the warranty company  that COWBOY PLUMBING NEVER come to my home again!  Horrible customer service! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Updating to add I am now being harassed by the business owners wife.  Including a screenshot of my mom confirming their identity and a screenshot of her being crazy! I don't know a Scott Painter, but i'm assuming they handled his situation similarly  Seriously stay away!!!

Erasmo Medina, came in and did a great job. It was hot but it did not slow him down. Erasmo was very professional with how he expanded what needed to happen with my A/C in the next couple of months.

They've been sold and as a result, I would never consider using them again. I'm not complaining about their work... they would actually have to show up in order for me to do that...after 3 confirmations with Kristie in one day.
