Horrible customer service! Technician came out to quote a new A/C unit, did not leave anything in writing, which is their company policy. So you never have anything to hold them accountable. Called back 2 times to get them to come out and install, never called me back. Called Melissa, the manager to complain and she was smug and uninterested in my complaint. Do not use this company, you will be frustrated and disappointed.

The only thing worse than having your A/C go out in summer is having it go out on Saturday when Monday is a holiday... in the summer.

Comfort Experts worked us in today - we called back at about 8pm to see how late they work if they would still be able to come out and were told they work 'till they clear the board. It's 11:30pm and Robert, the technician, just left.

He reconnected our drain pain connection which had worked loose and flooded a bedroom ceiling, causing a huge mess. Apparently the PVC hadn't been primed before it was glued. Unrelated, but a dual problem, was that the fan had gone out on the unit outside. Robert replaced that as well.

Robert was professional, neatly dressed in uniform, and put shoe covers on before coming into the house. I would highly recommend Comfort Experts to family and friends as they went above and beyond to accommodate our family on a hot, holiday weekend.

My air froze up on us. I called comfort experts and they sent a tech out within a few hours. Dalton was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and show me what the problem was. When he walked in and out of our home, he always put boot covers over his boots which I thought was very thoughtful. So from my first call and conversation with Ginny who was very sweet and helpful to the time Dalton left our home, I was very pleased with Comfort Experts.

Jody and his crew did an excellent job with our installation.  The three of them worked well together, made time to answer our questions and completely cleaned up after themselves and were gone by 5:00.  Great job!

Run from this place.  I recently moved in and hired them based on the glowing reviews and they charged me $700 to sign up for an annual contract for all 3 units...then charged me another $1300 to install switches that stop the AC units if they start leaking water.  A little pricey, considering I had them installed in Florida for my 3 units for $500.  Anyhow, one of my AC units stopped working today and called them to come out and they said they couldn't because I had a home warranty and they don't work with those.  Mind you, I called them regardless of a home warranty...I wasn't going to use it as I was a customer of theirs and was willing to pay out of pocket...I didn't even think about my home warranty at all!

Ashley then told me they couldn't work on it because they didn't work with home warranty companies and I told her not to worry about it because I was paying out of pocket and she said NO CAN DO.  What the hell???  It's going to be 108 degrees today and I bought a package with them to service my AC units and she said NO CAN DO?????  Didn't ask about a home warranty when I signed up with them at first!

Totally unprofessional and even though they don't sell services they certainly suggest a lot.  I was also suggested I get an attic tent installed for $800.  Googled it and on Amazon you can pick one up for $50 and install it yourself.  Do yourself a favor and RUN from this crazy place!

My furnace  went out and needed fixed. Heard good reviews about this company so decided to give them a call. They came to fix it in a very short time. They were very professional and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely call these guys again.

Company profits off ignorance, they charge $350 for a $20 capacitor, call it a voltage absorption system to try and deceive  customers. That alone would be reason enough to just call any other company.

Before I made an appointment, I called Comfort Experts to ask what services will be performed for a heating tune up. the representative were very nice and patience, telling each service as I was writing them down. The technician came and performed his service. He told me that everything was fine with my one year old HVAC unit and he recommended a compressor saver kit. Due to the cost of part and labor he mentioned($495), we decided to put a pause to save the money to proceed with his recommendation. I addressed to him about my heater blowing cold air instead of hot. He said it could be other issue because the HVAC unit was good. When he left, I notice the filter was not changed and that was part of the service which he did not performed. The next day, we woke up to very cold house which made us search another company for a second opinion. The following day another technician came, checked the unit's wiring and within a minutes he found the ground wire was not working. He fix it and the HVAC began to blow hot air. He placed an anemometer to one of the vent to measure wind speed temperature.
Do to their lack of knowledge, I will not use Comfort Experts/ Hobson air conditioning Inc. services again.

A refund check was handed to me Friday July 24.  This could have all been avoided if Comfort Experts (1) installed the attic fan in a reasonable amount of time or (2) returned my payment in reasonable time.  I even gave them a fantastic review on June 6 and this is I how I am treated. My advice is to run from this company.

These guys are straight arrows and they are honest and reputable. I visited their office on the anniversary of Normandy they said the Pledge of Allegiance and watched videos in a training session honoring the soldiers of World War 2. The owner follows a strict set of morals and requires his employees to do the same. I would trust this company with my business anytime anywhere. I can't say enough good about them.

I just can't say enough good things about Comfort Experts.  I have been a customer for several years and all of my experiences (from th initial contact to my semi-annual maintenance checks) have been exceptional.  Comfort Experts goes above and beyond my wildest expectations in the areas of:  customer satisfaction; service; costs; and communications.

They will not stop calling me with their 800 number.  It's every day and I no longer want to deal with them.  Past history with their service plan was not good.  Their price to replace our unit was way too high.

Last year we used this company and it was expensive but got us through another season on our air conditioning. So I called this company out again. The tech was quite rude and in a hurry. He did not even introduce himself by name - just wanted to know what the problem was with the ac which I explained. He did not close the door shut when going in and out of the home. He checked the inside and outside units and was trying to pressure me into buying a new system with base price of $6k plus -but wasn't even knowledgeable enough to tell me what seer the system would be and made it quite clear he that he was not interested in repairing the system only selling something new. I paid the trip fee and figured it best to cut my losses at that.

Called Comfort Experts when we were having a problem with our ac they were very professional and were able to get us scheduled the same day.  The tech arrived checked our system out found the problem with our capacitor replaced it and also provided us with very important information about our unit outside and reminded us to keep it sprayed off with a waterhose and to keep the weeds cleared away.  We will be using them again should we have another problem in the future.

If you ever come into contact with these people run. They have a lengthy sales process, they sale average at best equipment, at a premium price. After being quoted north of 10,000 dollars for a system I bought from another company for around 6000 dollars, all I can say is steer clear.

Comfort Experts Dallas and Fort Worth is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Robert the installer was nice, but unfortunately he pulled a wrong breaker when installing equipment. I work from home and this caused internet to be out from Thursday at 4pm through Saturday at 11am. I am commission based using the internet. I received no call from the manager as I was told would happen.  I made a call myself this week and was offered an additional year free which I wasn't prepared to sign anything and Ralph told me to call back when I had an idea of what I wanted to do. Spoke with Ralph today the owner/manager and he is the absolute rudest most disrespectful person ever. Speaking to him on the phone he wants me to sign a form for an additional year membership and that isn't what I want. I want a credit back for the platinum membership or something since none of that service has been performed and I had a loss of work time and commission from the internet being out. Mind you I was just speaking to him in a normal tone. He said I can't believe you just said that to me. I will call you back within 24 hours when cooler heads prevail. I was perfectly calm and have no idea with the exception of his yelling was the only one who obviously couldn't manage to stay calm and he hung up the phone. What kind of company does that? Horrible customer service and attitude for Ralph and the company in general has a very bad taste in my mouth.

I received a flyer in the mail and called for appointment for general service for the $59 charge.  They arrived as stated, and spent 2 hours checking out my system.  As it turns out, I have a few parts that are getting ready to go out, but don't have the funds at this time to repair.  I do believe these guys know what they are doing though and are not just trying to make a buck.   Thanks!

I have been using Comfort Experts since I moved into my house in 2003. I have never had any issues with this company. Any negative reviews on here must have been a one-off because the guys that come to my house are always courteous and professional. Joseph is no exception. He has been the technician here for the last year at my home and is always in a good mood, very honest about what's going on, explains everything to me in detail and always addresses me with ma'am...
He has never tried to push any service on me but has explained things that could potentially go wrong in the future and how to avoid it.
I have no plans on ever changing my heating and air conditioning company to anyone else.

I have never came across such a great company. Last year my a/c went out. As a single mom and a caregiver to my disabled mom hard times are not unknown. My disabled mom was to return shortly from the hospital after 3 months. Preston, a technician, came out and fixed the unit for FREE per the owner's request. He was one of the nicest and most respectable a/c tech I have ever met. I was amazed and shocked. However, very grateful. It is great to know of a company that has so much compassion. That is hard to come by now and days. I will highly recommend this company to everyone that is in need of a commendable, honest, and friendly a/c company.

This site made me select a star this company deserves 0 stars.. I have been a customer for years I called Tuesday June 22, unit was not cooling. First they tell me if I am renting they cannot help me. However, could not tell me the reason why, then the charge was 200.00 for service call. No thank you.I will never use your company ever. You have just lost a customer . I am a home owner.

These people are terrible. I have already filed a complaint once on here and BBB. They contacted me and said they wanted to resolve it. I erased my poor review to give benefit of the doubt. Instead of coming out and assesing the damage the first service guy caused to my home they sent out another to fix the original issue they could not fix the first time. Charged me again but promised a service manager would be out to examine damage and make it right. I waited a week and nothing. I called last friday and they promised me that a service manager would be out the first of the week to finally resolve all the out-of-pocket money and problems I've dealt with but yet it is the end of that week and nobody has called. Do not try to contact me on here and do not even come out to my house now this is the most piss-poor service I have ever dealt with and nothing you can do will stop me from making sure every publication in this area has it on record. Next time put the customer first!

Erasmo Medina, came in and did a great job. It was hot but it did not slow him down. Erasmo was very professional with how he expanded what needed to happen with my A/C in the next couple of months.

I was scheduled for my bi annual Hvac maintenance. Jason was very professional and answered all my questions.  He even showed me where my drain lines were in the attic to pour the bleach to keep the lines clear.  As a single mother trying to maintain a home, I'm always very pleased with Comfort Experts' trustworthy service

I don't believe this company truly trains employees to know everything that there is about these units.

On July 5 my AC shut off. At first I thought my Google nest had died, so I charged it, put it back, but the AC was still off. I called comfort exerts to come fix, and they send out Michael.  
While he was a bit knowledgeable about one of the three parts of my unit, he only fixed the AC for it to turn back on. I was never told anything else about the other two parts of the AC system.

On August 18, Kellen had to come out and fix it again because our AC shut off. He even told us that it was a completely fried unit and that we had to receive a new one. While this is heart wrenching, and quite expensive - I can't live without air conditioning in Texas, so we did what we had to do. Four weeks later (Sept 15), the AC system shut off again! At this point I am pissed because $6000 was just spent on getting a new AC system.

Called this company to let them know that this was highly unacceptable and was told that these guys work on commission. So of course they want to give you the most amount to be spent. Y'all. I'm just sick! So calling all over, I get told the AC system or unit wasn't the issue, that it was the board that my system has. It's a shame that both Michael and Kellen didn't want to tell me, or didn't complete their job, that it was the board that was the issue because that would've cost me a whole lot less than $6000!

I need someone from corporate to call & email me. I'm disgusted.

I am on the Platinum Plan and have been for years.  Whenever I have a problem with my HVAC system they come out right away and get it fixed (Weekends and Evening too).  I especially like that they come out twice a year to service my unit. The only reason for the 4 stars is I felt sales pressure in the past from technicians.  This seems to have gotten better over the last several visits.
A technician came out last night and fixed a mistake a contractor made.  At no charge to me, I assume because I am on the Platinum Plan.  
So word to the wise, have a licensed  technician / company always work on your unit.  I now won't let just any contractor near my HVAC unit.
AC Genius Comfort Experts is a legit company.  Good customer service.  I will continue using them.

Several years back, we had a terrible experience with this company. When called for seasonal maintenance, the tech diagnosed multiple failures within the system. After rattling off a bunch of technical jargon and telling us how much it would be to repair everything (several thousand dollars), he pulls out a chart and showed us that we were in that area between where repair is suggested but really near where replacement is recommended.  He said he Honestly would suggest total replacement- of the system we had replaced six years earlier for around $10K. When asked about the warranty on our current system, he said he had called it into the office to check but it looks like it was never registered. We pay $100 for the service call and he sets up an appointment with someone in sales to come talk to us about our options. That guy, Mr. Slick, came out with his binder full of laminated pages with all kinds of pretty colors. The options given:
1. Replace it with the most cost effective system for $8- $9K
2. Replace it with a more efficient system for $16K
3. Rplace it with the top of the line system that had a lifetime warranty (parts only) for $22K
As the unit was working just fine, we told him we were going to have to think about it. Then I scheduled a service call for seasonal maintenance with two other companies, just like I had with Comfort Experts. Imagine our shock when BOTH of them found only minor issues. Repair was a couple of hundred dollars. The next month, I notice a $50 charge on to our debit card. I call the office, the lady tells me that we had signed up for their gold level maintenance agreement and that is the monthly charge for the next two years. She explains that is the reason the service call was ONLY $100. We had never agreed to any such agreement and It took MULTIPLE calls to finally get that fraud stopped, but there was no refund for the months that had been charged by that point.
So, here we are several years later. The same system is still working very well with regular maintenance. Needless to say, someone else is doing that for us. So why leave a review now? Because this company still has my phone number and is leaving me pre-recorded messages reminding me of the importance of maintaining my system for optimal performance. If this were the last remaining AC repair company in the state of Texas, I would sell my house and move to another state to avoid doing business with them again.

I never spoke to your service manager and no issues have been addressed since you reached out to me.  What we did discuss is that I would not be satisfied unless your company is willing to refund me the fees for platinum membership I paid that year, plus the sub-optimal compressor motor you installed that only lasted 1 year, plus the cost of the hotel night from when you couldn't repair my air conditioner because of an electrical problem caused by the aforementioned issues.  Until then, I will not be satisfied.  Also, your BBB rating is B- and you are not accredited.  That isn't satisfactory where I come from.

This review is specifically about Dennis C.  Dennis was very professional and took his time explaining future options to me without trying to hard to sell me something.  He listened to my concerns and looked into them then explained what he discovered.  Again this review is specific to Dennis.  If I had to rate the company as a whole, over the years my rating would not be 5 stars as the service I receive depends on the tech that comes out.  I have in the last couple of years had at least 3 things to be corrected due to the installers mistake or something a tech did wrong.

Awesome Employees, Lemon A/C unit.

Dennis C. came out to my house to fix my once again broken down a/c unit. He was professional,friendly and explained everything to me. The unit this time needed a part for the inside housing. He drove over a hour and came back and fixed the problem. The a/c died again 48 hours later, I requested Dennis C. He came out , found a totally different problem and fixed it. He was once again awesome and would not leave until he thoroughly made certain that everything was in working order. My problem is with the unit, not the employees.

+Friendly, knowledgeable dude

IN BETWEEN:
-/+ Lowest estimate offered but it was for Amana.  I'm no expert but every bit of homework I did for this purchase said don't go with that brand.
-/+ I can totally overlook some ...aroma.. from a dude that spends his day in hot attics but this was the only estimator that had the issue out of 3 that showed.

NEGATIVE:
-Company touts how they're the oldest in TX and that's why I should go with them but they still operate like they're in the old days.  My written estimate was on a sheet from a notepad rather than an itemization from ServiceTitan like the other 2.
-still wondering how they were $4500 cheaper on the 15 SEER unit but $4000 higher on the 18 SEER option.  You'd think Amana would be lower on both.  Again....maybe I'd know if I was left with some PNs or literature.
-sales pressure.  Only one of 3 pushing for an on the spot decision.  
-sales pitch is all about how they take care of you if things go wrong.  Guys, that means you expect it.  Why not just sell good equipment and do a good job installing it?

BOTTOM LINE:
I'd like to say they were last place of the 5 I contacted but they come in 3rd because they actually showed up on time.

They get three stars because they were able to come on short notice and get the AC fixed on a hot, Texas August evening.  However you are definitely going to pay for it. Their pricing structure after hours actually goes up the later you get. Old man Hobson was am awesome guy and I'm sure he wouldn't like this business model but from what I hear he has nothing to do with daily operations anymore. So if you need after hours service they will definitely come but get ready to hemorrhage money.

We had a really bad smell coming from the AC after not using it during the winter months. I spoke with Brett (owner/engineer) of Comfort Experts who immediately diagnosed the problem. He described, with astonishing accuracy, the foul odor and directed me to Google dirty sock syndrome which, evidently, is quite common and usually associated with. Sorry coil. His guys came out, cleaned the coil, and we're able to quickly eliminate the horrible odor AND it only cost me $49.

I'm not one to write horrible reviews. I don't bitch & moan about every little thing. I actually go into a business hoping, expecting and usually getting great service. When Henry Rollins said 'My optimism wears heavy boots and is loud', I think he was trying to describe me in a sentence.

There are four different locations according to Yelp, but I think this review just applies to the business overall and not just one location. Here's the link of the company I'm about to give my 2 cents about: acgenius.com

We had an HVAC unit installed two years ago. Everything was great until three or so months ago. First it was one thing, and then it became another and before we knew it, we were left 5 days and 4 nights with no air conditioning in the midst of the hottest week in Texas, simply because they misled us and didn't leave our home ensuring we understood the terms and conditions of our warranty.

Finally, (and miraculously) their technician arrived a few hours ago and was able to give us a 'temporary' fix. WHY THE HELL DIDN'T THEY DO THIS 5 DAYS AGO?!?! All because of a measly part. Couldn't they have at least made sure we wouldn't be left in the horrible heat until the stupid part arrived and the situation was settled? WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT?! I have a 3 year old to worry about. How did they expect me to sleep? Careless and inattentive are perfect words to describe this company.

To say I am aggravated and pissed off is an understatement. Not once was I able to speak with a manager, and they had a trainee deal with our problem and then the dispatch supervisor. Why the crap would you leave a trainee 'alone'? What's the dispatch supervisor going to do other than play the Messenger? We have yet to speak with a manager or supervisor (even though the technician from earlier today claimed that his supervisor would give us a call later this evening, we'll see if THAT happens). That is ridiculous and horrible customer service.

I did some googling on this company, and they are now listed as a 'D' in the Better Business Bureau site and I found mountains of horrible reviews. Turns out we're not the only customers they have done this too.

I wish I could give NO STARS, because they are not worthy of even one star.

We are now seeking legal action. We did not pay for a warranty, only to not have it honored. We've been ripped off and neglected. They better not think for one minute I'm leaving this alone without a fight.

So I tried to take advantage of a special ad by Comfort Experts, have your ac serviced for our 1960's price of only $5.62. they came out Monday and looked over our upstairs unit, everything check out OK. yesterday the outside compressor quit running and they came out to look at it. found nothing and charged me $69 for the call.
Since this has all happened they came out and did a great job fixing everything, actually went above and beyond to correct the problems, i would like to give them another opportunity as the customer service has been fantastic

Technician arrived on time and was extremely thorough. It wasn't rushed and he offered quite a bit of clarity as to options available as far as upgrades. One thing I did appreciate was he didn't up-sell any unnecessary services and gave us a reasonable timeline to work with. I look forward to working with them in the not too distant future.

I called Comfort Experts about 5 days ago to come service my AC unit. They arrived on time and as scheduled. I have waited a few days to write this post because I wanted to make sure my AC would continue to stay cold and it has!!!

The customer service I received was great, she was able to answer every question and even returned my call as she said she would.

One of the things I worry about with HVAC companies is that they will try to say things are wrong that aren't really wrong just to make an extra buck, and I was worried this would happen to me, but the service guy came in and fixed all of my issues in one trip and after a few days it is still working so I am very satisfied . This company does NOT try to make an extra buck. They seem like a great company that is very honest and they have awesome customer service!

I hope my AC doesn't go out again, but if it does, I know who to call.

I was very disappointed to learn that this company will not work on your home if you have a warranty. I wasn't even trying to file a claim with my home warranty. I simply needed my refrigerant checked for a minor issue. They refused to help me. The lady that took my call was very apologetic. None the less, there goes my hopes of doing business locally.

The tech arrived and greeted me with, what's the problem?. I explained the issue and had to ask his name to know who was working on my HVAC. Pricing was parts and labor $477. I asked the parts cost and he said about $100. Minus the service fee of $50, that left a little over $300 for labor. I asked the time it would take and he said, about 30 minutes. So I asked him to confirm if their rate was $600 an hour for labor. We don't charge by the hour but have lots of overhead so that's the price, he replied. He also suggested I pay $300 for a 2x4 plastic connector board as it is loose and could be a fire hazard. I declined..

The tech explained nothing of the work he was doing or completed. He wrote up the bill and asked how I would be paying. When I asked for a review of the service he acted frustrated that I didn't just pay $500+ no questions asked... He gave me short answers to each question and then misquoted the company's labor warranty at 2 years where the back of the receipt said 1 yr.

I called the service manager and got apologies, but no offer to discount such service. I wasn't really looking for one, but I would expect some kind of suggestion that I did not get what I paid for.

Will not use them again obviously. They were quick to respond and seemed well priced compared to others, but their techs have no people skills, respect or understanding of their business from my experience.

Do NOT use these people. Dishonest and overcharging is the name of their game. A service tech came out to check one of my units that wasn't cooling. He said the coil needed to be replaced and the system recharged. The lower unit was a little low on freon and would need to be topped off. He quoted a price of $3,000 for the coil and $599 for each unit to be charged. So $599 for ONE pound of freon...that's what they consider a fair price. He said that was standard for the industry.  I called a different company the next day..same findings but they said the price on the coil was $1,900 and they charge $65 for ONE pound of freon. So $1965 vs. $3,599....yea. I wont ever be calling Comfort Air again.

I had Comfort experts come out to do a second opinion on a recommended repair. They also recommended the repair and quoted me a much lower rate than the first company. While in my attic the tech also pointed out that I didnt have overflow sensors on my drip pans which was good to know. I have a home warranty because we recently purchased the home so I am going to file a claim with the warranty company. When I mentioned that to the Tech from Comfort experts his mood completely changed. He became abrupt and rude with me. Just based off this one experience I'm not sure that i would ever pick up the phone to call this company ever again.

Trice came out to service our heater making sure it's working properly he came just in time just pulled in from work. He did great even wore his white socks over his shoes which I told him he didn't have to but he insisted. Overall did a great job told us what we needed. Perfect place to get your unit serviced.

Be very careful with comfort experts.  
*Three hundred dollars to change an AC capacitor ;)
*400 to change a 5 dollar kitchen sink part (tech had to drive around for 2 hours of labor charge for a part readily available to home depot) ;)
*Estimate for an AC repair... $3765.  Second opinion tech made minor adjustment for 154.  There was no need to change the major part for 3765.  

I understand that people make honest mistakes.  Maybe my Mom's experience isn't typical.  However, I will say they were 3 for 3 on shady, overpriced service calls with her.
Be careful out there.

They are so expensive !   I had three quotes and they were the most expensive by 4k.   They said don't fix, just get a new one.  They were nice and very knowledgeable but so were the other people that I had quotes with.   3 stars because of their prices and their assertive recommendations

My wife called this company out, Knew before ever talking to the guy that a new unit was going to be pushed. Didn't argue because I figured if I buy a new one wouldn't have to worry for a while.
Guy sold me A 13k dollar  unit. said it might take a couple days might not. Wife asked if they would give us emergency ac, guy said yes if we cant install tomorrow we will bring you an ac.
We bought the gold service package. Get up one morning heat pump is clicking and not working, call them and am told will be the next day. I figure out it is the flood switch, dry it off and get my ac working again, they come out cant find a leak, and leave (The Tech I feel was really trying to find the problem) week later does it again. this time I see water leaking down the pipe, again gonna be another day. I dry out sensor and get ac working again, happens again see water is leaking from seam at coil unit, again another call another day. I get angry because I cant get my unit to start back, explain to the lady on the phone, want to know if she can have a tech call me so we are not sleeping in the heat, She tells me NO we don't do that. Now I am very angry, express that. They do get a tech out that night and he says we have never seen one do that, coils are probably bad, we are going to order new coils and if that doesn't fix it we will have a supervisor come talk to you Now my ac is freezing up my wife has to thaw it out every couple hours, she calls back only to be told You know its summer, it might take a week or so to get parts I am very aware it is summer because my house is not cool like it should be. Thing that gets me, is on my invoice for my gold service it says 24/7 when wife ask about that, she is told that just means we will answer the phone 24/7 and put you in line. These people have no clue what customer service is, when I asked to talk to a supervisor the lady on the phone tried to talk over me, I am your customer paying you a lot of money, and I want you to listen to my complaint. Unreal. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. You know worst part is I knew the guys was BS'ing me about my old unit just didn't feel like messing with it anymore, and I wish I had researched this company better and read the reviews. I will not make that mistake again. I feel like with a brand new unit I should not have to be fighting, and while I know they are not manf of the unit, if they are not going to stand behind what they sell, then why are they selling it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have called Brett Hobson (owner of Comfort Experts) a multiple of times to service my A/C.  He personally has come out to my home and evaluated my entire A/C system.  I have utilized many A/C guys over the years (I own many rental properties) and I have had a very bad experience with most all of them EXCEPT Brett w/Comfort Air.  He (Brett) spent a good hour not only explaining my A/C system in detail (more than I really cared to know) but told me I really did not need to repair or replace my system.  The second time (the following year) I had him personally come out again, he added some freon at a fair price and reiterated I needed no further work.  My experience with him was not only enjoyable but also comprehensive.  I do recommend Brett @ Comfort Experts.   Very knowledgable and honest.

I had a great experience!

Overall my Care was very comprehensive. They came on time and finished pretty quickly, they were very knowledgeable on what was needed to be done and telling me. I really appreciate the customer service. Joseph D fixed my air conditioning and I could have not asked for a better experience.

I would highly recommend using comfort experts!

I have been using Comfort Experts for many years. I recommend them highly now. At one time there were some issues with high pressure sales but no longer. I have been pleased with the service and quality of work on every occasion.

Over priced. They tried to charge me $300  for a new thermostat. I got a new one at lowes for $35. then tried to get me to sign up for some monthly plan at $45 that only covered my ac unit.. After the guy left I renewed my home warranty at $55 that covers my whole house plus my in ground pool. I dont see how these people are still in business.
