Fantastic company and really seems to understand and care for their customers.  Had an issue with our AC on Labor Day.  Called Duncan and Steve arrived at my home within an hour.  Steve asked a few questions and had identified the issue within 30 minutes.  We were presented several option for repair along with pros/cons of each.  Ultimately we decided to go with the more expensive repair that would extend the life of the entire system and not just replace the failed component.

We will be using Duncan for our AC service and repair work in the future!

Out of desperation I started calling plumbers, and Steve picked up.  I explained my situation and how I had had four other plumbers cancel on in the last week.  He told me he was busy but, would work me in. He texted me that he was on his way. We discussed the way to go about resolving my issues. And he got on it. It was not an easy ordeal for sure.
He was friendly, explained my options and fixed what was a complex situation.
I have him saved in my phone. I can assure you I'll will be calling Steve for all my plumbing needs.

Rudy is a great plumber and an outstanding human.  I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I got back into town from the Christmas holiday to find an outdoor faucet leak. No clue how long it had been going...could've been days! I called and they were able to get a plumber out and finished (!) within 2 hours time! Wonderful customer service, particularly for a holiday (New Year's Eve), AND a reasonable price!

Had some billing issues, but they were quick to address them. Happy with overall service provided.

I have choice warranty and from the looks of it he's done this exact same thing before my AC is not working correctly. He came out said that it needed to be replaced first he said it was under full. I needed more than he said it was over full, and it has an obstruction in it that somebody must've caused he sent that in home choice refused to pay the claim Which I'm not worried about replacing the AC but being accused of doing something to my AC is not correct when he was the last want to service it about a month ago. He was also four hours late without a call or anything that they were going to be late Very unprofessional. No if you have choice home warranty, he will deny your claim and charge you $85 if it needs to be replaced if it's just a repair he'll go ahead and take your $85 and charge them. He's there to save them a lot of money not help the homeowner.

He has the rudest people answering the phones.  My business was in an emergency situation and the woman on the phone was demeaning, rude, and argumentative over a simple thing like asking me the location of the service needed. I even went as far as to hang up the first time and double check with my customer on the address and call back to verify that the address was correct, which happened to literally be 3 doors down from one of their offices, he continued to argue that the address was not valid. Then she told me that she knew that because she was standing outside her office and didn't see my vehicle. I guess she didn't want to be bothered by having a paying customer. I've never been treated so utterly rude by a business in my life. Needless to say I hung up the phone and called another plumber who was more than happy to help.

I called to have 2 things done at my house. The idiot who shows up takes 40 minutes to fix my sink but is too fat to get under the house to hook up a water line for my refrigerator. So he calls Mr drum who comes back 2 days later and slides right under there and fixed it up in like 10 minutes. But then I got 2 separate invoices for the same service call because the first idiot that came by was too fat. The additional service call comes with an additional charge that I shouldn't have to pay just because the one guy was too fat and slow. Be careful of these crooks

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! He kept putting us off cause he was on another job. Then wouldn't return our call or text. Called another company and they were here in 15 minutes and charged only half of what this incompetent person was going to charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
